Basin faucet quick-mounting base device

Abstract

The present invention discloses a basin faucet quick-mounting base device, including a base body, an adapting connector, a connecting screw, a sealing gasket, and a locking member, where the base body is provided with a central through hole and a screw mounting hole, the sealing gasket is disposed on a bottom surface of the base body to be in sealing contact with a top surface of a mounting table, and the connecting screw is disposed in the screw mounting hole and then tensions the locking member to fix the base body to the mounting table; an inner side wall of the central through hole is provided with a spline groove, a column surface of the base body is provided with a set threaded hole.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A basin faucet quick-mounting base device, comprising a base body ( 1 ), an adapting connector ( 2 ), a connecting screw ( 3 ), a sealing gasket ( 4 ), and a locking member ( 5 ), wherein the base body ( 1 ) is provided with a central through hole ( 11 ) and a screw mounting hole ( 12 ), a faucet connecting pipe passes through the central through hole ( 11 ), the sealing gasket ( 4 ) is disposed on a bottom surface of the base body ( 1 ) to be configured to be in sealing contact with a top surface of a mounting table ( 6 ), and the connecting screw ( 3 ) is disposed in the screw mounting hole ( 12 ) and then tensions the locking member ( 5 ) to tightly press the locking member against a bottom surface of the mounting table ( 6 ) and to fix the base body ( 1 ) to the mounting table ( 6 ); an inner side wall of the central through hole ( 11 ) is provided with a spline groove ( 13 ), a column surface of the base body ( 1 ) is provided with a set threaded hole ( 14 ), a set screw ( 7 ) is disposed in the set threaded hole ( 14 ), an upper end of the adapting connector ( 2 ) is provided with a main thread ( 21 ) connected to a faucet body ( 8 ), a lower end of the adapting connector ( 2 ) is provided with a spline ( 22 ) matched with the spline groove ( 13 ), and the adapting connector ( 2 ) is inserted into the base body ( 1 ) and is fixed by tightly pressing the set screw ( 7 ) against the spline ( 22 ). 
     
     
         2 . The basin faucet quick-mounting base device according to  claim 1 , wherein a protective cover ( 9 ) is disposed outside the base body ( 1 ), and the protective cover ( 9 ) is composed of two split covers that are oppositely buckled together.

The basin faucet quick-mounting base device according to  claim 1 , wherein the spline ( 22 ) is provided with a positioning ring groove ( 23 ), a head portion of the set screw ( 7 ) is clamped in the positioning ring groove ( 23 ) and tightly presses against the adapting connector ( 2 ), and a positioning blocking ring ( 24 ) is disposed between the main thread ( 21 ) of the adapting connector ( 2 ) and the positioning ring groove ( 23 ).

The basin faucet quick-mounting base device according to  claim 1 , wherein the screw mounting hole ( 12 ) is formed on a bottom portion of an inner side of the central through hole ( 11 ), two screw mounting holes ( 12 ) are provided, one connecting screw ( 3 ) is disposed in the two screw mounting holes ( 12 ) respectively to be connected to the locking member ( 5 ), and the locking member ( 5 ) is provided with a threaded hole matched with the connecting screw ( 3 ).

The basin faucet quick-mounting base device according to  claim 1 , wherein a spacer ( 10 ) is disposed between the locking member ( 5 ) and a bottom surface of the mounting table ( 6 ), shapes of the spacer ( 10 ) and the locking member ( 5 ) are the same, and the spacer ( 10 ) is provided with a relief hole for avoiding the connecting screw ( 3 ). 
     
     
         6 . The basin faucet quick-mounting base device according to  claim 1 , wherein the shape of the locking member ( 5 ) comprises a C shape, a strip shape, or an irregular semicircle arc plate. 
     
     
         7 . The basin faucet quick-mounting base device according to  claim 1 , wherein two or more set threaded holes ( 14 ) are provided, and one set screw ( 7 ) is disposed in each of the set threaded holes ( 14 ). 
     
     
         8 . The basin faucet quick-mounting base device according to  claim 1 , wherein the base body ( 1 ) is made of plastic or a metal material through processing. 
     
     
         9 . The basin faucet quick-mounting base device according to  claim 1 , wherein a bottom portion of the base body ( 1 ) is provided with a sealing ring groove for mounting the sealing gasket ( 4 ).
