Core box
Abstract
A core box for storing and holding cores includes a tray, with the tray including a base member with first and second lateral members extending from the base member. The base member includes grooves for accepting the cores. A lid covers the tray. Two embodiments of the lid are possible, with one embodiment of the lid used with cylindrical cores and another embodiment of the lid used with semi-cylindrical cores. Both embodiments of the lids may also be used together. The core boxes may be stacked in at least two ways. The core boxes may be stacked on top of each other. Alternatively, the core boxes may be stacked in crosswise layers.
