Abstract

A system for mounting shoes to a conduit bender is disclosed. The system includes a bolt having a flared portion. The system can also include a drive sprocket having a countersunk hole for receiving the bolt. A roller support assembly tool is also disclosed. The roller support assembly tool includes a first section having a first height, a second section having a second height, and a third section having a third height. Each of the first height, the second height, and the third height of the roller support assembly tool is different.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

1 . A system for mounting a shoe to a conduit bender, the system comprising at least one bolt comprising a flared portion.

2 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the at least one bolt further comprises a head, a straight shank portion, and a threaded portion.

3 . The system of claim 2 , wherein the at least one bolt is secured to the shoe via the threaded portion.

4 . The system of claim 1 , further comprising a drive sprocket, wherein the drive sprocket comprises at least one countersunk hole for receiving the at least one bolt.

5 . The system of claim 4 , wherein the at least one countersunk hole comprises a straight portion and a chamfered portion.

6 . A roller support assembly tool comprising:
a first section having a first height; a second section having a second height; and a third section having a third height, wherein each of the first height, the second height, and the third height is different.

7 . The roller support assembly tool of claim 6 , further comprising a wrench tool.

8 . The roller support assembly tool of claim 6 , further comprising a magnet.

         9 . A method comprising:
determining a section of a roller support assembly tool to use to adjust a roller support assembly of a conduit bender, wherein the roller support assembly comprises a roller assembly arm and a support leg; inserting the roller support assembly tool between the roller assembly arm and the support leg until the section of the roller support assembly tool is positioned between the roller assembly arm and the support leg; and adjusting the roller assembly arm until the roller assembly arm contacts a top surface of the section of the roller support assembly tool.

10 . The method of claim 9 , wherein adjusting the roller assembly arm until the roller assembly arm contacts the top surface of the section of the roller support assembly tool comprises adjusting a pair of threaded bolts of the roller assembly arm until the roller assembly arm contacts the top surface of the section of the roller support assembly tool.

11 . The method of claim 9 , further comprising mounting the roller support assembly tool to the conduit bender via a magnet of the roller support assembly tool.

12 . The method of claim 9 , wherein the roller support assembly tool comprises:
a first section having a first height; a second section having a second height; and a third section having a third height, wherein each of the first height, the second height, and the third height is different.

13 . The method of claim 9 , wherein the roller support assembly tool comprises a wrench tool for adjusting the roller assembly arm.

14 . The method of claim 9 , wherein determining a section of the roller support assembly tool to use to adjust the roller support assembly of the conduit bender is based on at least one of a size or type of a conduit to be bent by the conduit bender.
