Massager
Abstract
A massager includes a casing having an elongated slot on one lateral side, a motor housed in the casing, a leadscrew housed in the casing and extending along a long axis and coupled with an output end of the motor, a slide rail seat housed in the casing and threadedly coupled to the leadscrew, a massage head disposed outside the casing and connected to the slide rail seat via a connection seat extending through the elongated slot from inside the casing to outside of the casing. When in operation, the motor causes the leadscrew to rotate about the long axis to thereby drive the massage head to reciprocate linearly along the long axis relative to the casing.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A massager comprising:
a casing comprising an elongated slot on one lateral side; a motor housed in the casing; a leadscrew housed in the casing and extending along a long axis, the leadscrew having a first end coupled with an output end of the motor via a coupling; a slide rail seat housed in the casing and threadedly coupled to the leadscrew; a massage head disposed outside the casing and connected to the slide rail seat via a connection seat extending through the elongated slot from inside the casing to outside of the casing, wherein in operation, the motor causes the leadscrew to rotate about the long axis to thereby drive the massage head to reciprocate linearly along the long axis relative to the casing.
2 . The massager of claim 1 , further comprising:
a battery disposed inside the casing which powers the motor.
3 . The massager of claim 2 , further comprising:
a PCBA board, wherein the battery, the motor and massage head are all electrically connected to the PCBA board.
4 . The massager of claim 3 , further comprising:
at least one guide rail extending along the long axis on which the slide rail seat is slidably sleeved, the at least one guide rail is fixed on a guide rail fixing base connected to the casing.
5 . The massager of claim 4 , wherein the at least one guide rail comprises two guide rails, the massager further comprising:
a guide rail fixing base and a motor fixing base, wherein one end of the two guide rails is fixed to the guide rail fixing base, the other end of the two guide rails is fixed to one side of the motor fixing base, the motor is fixed to the other side of the motor fixing base, the leadscrew is disposed in the middle of the two guide rails.
6 . The massager of claim 5 , further comprising:
a copper pin having one end extending out of an end surface of the connection seat proximal to the massage head, and another end electrically connecting to the PCBA board.
7 . The massager of claim 1 , wherein the casing comprises an upper shell and a lower shell that are engaged with each other, and the elongated slot is located at a junction between the upper shell and the lower shell.
8 . The massager of claim 3 , further comprising:
a silicone button disposed on the casing, one end of the silicone button is in contact with the PCBA board.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
