Abstract

An air heating apparatus according to the present disclosure includes an expansion tank, a water heater that receives heat from a combustion gas generated by a combustion reaction and heats the water, a heating heat exchanger that receives the water heated by the water heater and exchanges heat with air to be discharged for heating, a fan that blows the air to the heating heat exchanger, and a case in which the expansion tank, the water heater, the heating heat exchanger, and the fan are arranged, wherein the case includes an outer case and a first opening cover that is coupled to the outer case, the first opening cover includes a communication part and a water replenishment cover, and when the water replenishment cover is removed, an operation of at least one of the expansion tank, the water heater, the heating heat exchanger, and the fan is stopped.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . An air heating apparatus comprising:
 an expansion tank configured to store water;   a water heater configured to receive heat from a combustion gas generated by a combustion reaction and heat the water;   a heating heat exchanger configured to receive the water heated by the water heater and exchange heat with air to be discharged for heating;   a fan configured to blow the air to the heating heat exchanger; and   a case in which the expansion tank, the water heater, the heating heat exchanger, and the fan are arranged,   wherein the case includes:   an outer case having a f first opening in a reference direction that is one direction perpendicular to a vertical direction; and   a first opening cover coupled to the outer case and configured to cover the first opening when coupled to the outer case,   wherein the first opening cover includes:   a communication part passing in the reference direction and configured to expose a water inlet for replenishing the water in the expansion tank in the reference direction; and   a water replenishment cover configured to cover the communication part, and   wherein, when the water replenishment cover is removed, an operation of at least one of the expansion tank, the water heater, the heating heat exchanger, and the fan is stopped.   
     
     
         2 . The air heating apparatus of  claim 1 , further comprising:
 a switch part electrically connected to an electric circuit for operating at least one of the expansion tank, the water heater, the heating heat exchanger, and the fan and configured to selectively open or close the electric circuit,   wherein, when the water replenishment cover is removed, the switch part opens the electric circuit.   
     
     
         3 . The air heating apparatus of  claim 2 , wherein the switch part includes:
 a first switch member electrically connected to the electric circuit; and   a second switch member electrically connected to the electric circuit, being selectively in contact with the first switch member, and coming into contact with the water replenishment cover when the water replenishment cover covers the communication part.   
     
     
         4 . The air heating apparatus of  claim 3 , wherein, when coming into contact with the water replenishment cover, the second switch member is elastically deformed by being pressed by the water replenishment cover, and thus comes into contact with the first switch member. 
     
     
         5 . The air heating apparatus of  claim 2 , wherein the switch part includes:
 a first switch member selectively connected to the electric circuit; and   a second switch member connected to the first switch member and coming into contact with the water replenishment cover when the water replenishment cover covers the communication part.   
     
     
         6 . The air heating apparatus of  claim 5 , wherein, when coming into contact with the water replenishment cover, the second switch member is elastically deformed by being pressed by the water replenishment cover, and
 wherein the first switch member moves toward the electric circuit due to the elastic deformation of the second switch member and thus is connected to the electric circuit.   
     
     
         7 . The air heating apparatus of  claim 6 , wherein the switch part further includes:
 a switch body connected to the first switch member and the second switch member,   wherein a first hole and a second hole spaced apart from each other and passing in a direction perpendicular to the vertical direction and the reference direction are formed in the switch body, and   wherein the switch part further includes a first fastening member passing through the first hole and a second fastening member passing through the second hole.   
     
     
         8 . The air heating apparatus of  claim 7 , wherein the switch part further includes:
 a position fixing member coupled to the first fastening member and the second fastening member and coupled to the case to fix a position of the switch body.   
     
     
         9 . The air heating apparatus of  claim 8 , wherein the case further includes:
 a first partition wall being perpendicular to the vertical direction, configured to partition an interior of the outer case, and positioned above the expansion tank, and   wherein the position fixing member has an upper end coupled to a lower surface of the first partition wall.   
     
     
         10 . The air heating apparatus of  claim 9 , wherein the upper end of the position fixing member has a shape protruding in the direction perpendicular to the vertical direction and the reference direction, and
 wherein a pair of fastening holes passing in the vertical direction and arranged in the reference direction are formed at the upper end of the position fixing member.   
     
     
         11 . The air heating apparatus of  claim 9 , wherein the position fixing member includes:
 a first fixing hole formed to correspond to a position of the first fastening member and connected to the first fastening member; and   a second fixing hole formed to correspond to a position of the second fastening member and connected to the second fastening member.   
     
     
         12 . The air heating apparatus of  claim 11 , wherein the position fixing member further includes:
 a third fixing hole which is spaced apart from the second fixing hole and in which a distance spaced apart from the first fixing hole corresponds to a distance by which the first fixing hole and the second fixing hole are spaced apart from each other.   
     
     
         13 . The air heating apparatus of  claim 11 , wherein the position fixing member further includes:
 a seating area which is recessed to correspond to a shape of a lower portion of the switch body and on which the switch body is seated, and   wherein, when the switch body is seated on the seating area, the first fixing hole and the first hole communicate with each other.   
     
     
         14 . The air heating apparatus of  claim 6 , wherein the switch part is spaced apart from the water inlet in a direction perpendicular to the vertical direction and the reference direction. 
     
     
         15 . The air heating apparatus of  claim 14 , further comprising:
 a wetting preventing part disposed between the switch part and the water inlet and configured to prevent wetting of the switch part.   
     
     
         16 . The air heating apparatus of  claim 15 , wherein, when viewed in the direction perpendicular to the vertical direction and the reference direction, the wetting preventing part covers at least a portion of the switch part. 
     
     
         17 . The air heating apparatus of  claim 6 , wherein the second switch member has a shape inclined in the reference direction with respect to the vertical direction. 
     
     
         18 . The air heating apparatus of  claim 7 , wherein an end portion of the second switch member in the reference direction has a shape bent downward. 
     
     
         19 . The air heating apparatus of  claim 6 , wherein the second switch member has an area protruding in the reference direction as compared to an end portion of the first switch member in the reference direction. 
     
     
         20 . An air heating apparatus comprising:
 an expansion tank configured to store water;   a water heater configured to receive heat from a combustion gas generated by a combustion reaction and heat the water;   a heating heat exchanger configured to receive the water heated by the water heater and exchange heat with air to be discharged for heating;   a fan configured to blow the air to the heating heat exchanger;   a case in which the expansion tank, the water heater, the heating heat exchanger, and the fan are arranged; and   a switch part electrically connected to an electric circuit for operating at least one of the expansion tank, the water heater, the heating heat exchanger, and the fan and configured to selectively open or close the electric circuit,   wherein the case includes:   an outer case having a first opening in a reference direction that is one direction perpendicular to a vertical direction; and   a first opening cover coupled to the outer case and configured to cover the first opening when coupled to the outer case,   wherein the first opening cover includes:   a communication part passing in the reference direction and configured to expose a water inlet for replenishing the water in the expansion tank in the reference direction; and   a water replenishment cover configured to cover the communication part, and   wherein at least a portion of the switch part is in contact with the water replenishment cover.
