Claims
Abstract
A supporting element for a loading unit comprises a main body associable with a loading pallet of a loading unit, the main body being provided with a receiving component/unit/element/device or the like (e.g., a receiver) of at least one stiffening element of the loading unit to support it, wherein the main body is made at least partly of a plastic material, and the supporting element comprises fastening component/unit/element/device or the like (e.g., a fastener) associated with the main body and configured to allow the main body to be fastened to the loading pallet.

exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 ) A supporting element for a loading unit, the supporting element comprising:
a main body associable with a loading pallet of the loading unit, said main body being provided with receiving means of at least one stiffening element of said loading unit to support said at least one stiffening element, wherein said main body is made at least partly of a plastic material, and fastening means associated with said main body and configured to allow said main body to be fastened to said loading pallet.
2 ) The supporting element according to claim 1 , wherein said fastening means are configured to fasten said main body to said loading pallet in a removable manner.
3 ) The supporting element according to claim 1 , wherein said fastening means comprise at least a first fastening arm having an elongated conformation and adapted to abut against a portion of said loading pallet, fastening thereto.
4 ) The supporting element according to claim 3 , wherein said first fastening arm comprises at least one abutment portion associated with an end of said first fastening arm and arranged substantially orthogonally thereto, in use, being intended to at least partly wrap a portion of said loading pallet.
5 ) The supporting element according to claim 4 , wherein said abutment portion lies on a vertical plane passing through the end of said first fastening arm.
6 ) The supporting element according to claim 1 , wherein said main body comprises at least one adhesion portion which is shaped so as to adhere to at least one sidewall of said loading pallet when said fastening means are fastened to said loading pallet.
7 ) The supporting element according to claim 6 , wherein said adhesion portion comprises a first lateral wall and a second lateral wall orthogonal to said first lateral wall, said first lateral wall and said second lateral wall, in use, being intended to be positioned against a sidewall of said loading pallet, respectively.
8 ) The supporting element according to claim 7 , wherein said adhesion portion comprises a connecting wall positioned between said first and second lateral walls, said connecting wall having a shape substantially complementary to the joining corner of said sidewalls of said loading pallet.
9 ) The supporting element according to claim 8 , wherein said connecting wall has a substantially rounded shape.
10 ) The supporting element according to wherein said connecting wall comprises at least one counteracting element arranged transversely to said connecting wall to abut against said corner of said loading pallet.
11 ) The supporting element according to claim 7 , wherein said fastening means comprise at least a second fastening arm having an elongated conformation and extending substantially transversely to said second lateral wall and substantially parallel to said first lateral wall.
12 ) The supporting element according to claim 11 , wherein said second fastening arm has an end provided with an abutment surface intended, in use, to abut against at least one portion of said loading pallet.
13 ) The supporting element according to claim 12 , wherein said second fastening arm has an upper edge and a lower edge, said abutment surface being arranged at said lower edge.
14 ) The supporting element according to claim 13 , wherein said abutment surface lies on a horizontal plane orthogonal to said lower edge.
15 ) The supporting element according to claim 7 , wherein said main body comprises at least one wedge-shaped element arranged transversely to said first lateral wall and to said second lateral wall and intended, in use, to adhere superiorly to said loading pallet.
16 ) The supporting element according to claim 1 , wherein said main body comprises a spacer element associated externally with said main body to allow said main body to be spaced apart from additional loading units arranged adjacent to said loading unit.
17 ) The supporting element according to claim 6 , wherein said adhesion portion extends along a direction of longitudinal development having an extension equal to the height of said loading pallet said adhesion portion being provided with a lower edge, in use, abutting against a supporting plane.
18 ) The loading unit according to claim 1 , comprising at least one:
