Magnetically mounted shower items

Abstract

A magnetic shower item mounting system includes a magnetic board configured to be installed on a shower wall. The magnetic board has a magnetic section and an installation section. The system can include a magnetic sleeve configured to wrap around a shower item, with the sleeve having a tubular section, a magnetic insert encapsulated by a water resistant grip material with a slip-resistant texture, and the sleeve is adjustable to tighten the tubular section around the shower item. The magnetic insert magnetically attaches the sleeve to the magnetic section of the magnetic board to attach the shower item to the magnetic board.

         7 . A magnetic shower item mounting system comprising:
 a magnetic board configured to be mounted on a shower wall, the magnetic board having a first side surface and a second side surface, the magnetic board is formed from a magnetic material, and an entire area of the first side surface is magnetic, whereby a shower item having at least one magnet disposed thereon can be magnetically attached anywhere on the first side surface.   
     
     
         8 . The magnetic shower item mounting system of  claim 7 , further comprising a shower item having at least one magnet disposed thereon wherein the shower item is magnetically attachable to the first side surface of the magnetic board. 
     
     
         9 . The magnetic shower item mounting system of  claim 7 , wherein the first side surface is planar. 
     
     
         10 . The magnetic shower item mounting system of  claim 7 , wherein the magnetic board is constructed from metal. 
     
     
         11 . The magnetic shower item mounting system of  claim 10 , wherein the metal comprises a ferrous metal. 
     
     
         12 . The magnetic shower item mounting system of  claim 7 , further comprising a grab bar, and the magnetic board and the grab bar are attached to one another. 
     
     
         13 . The magnetic shower item mounting system of  claim 12 , wherein the grab bar is attached to the shower wall and the magnetic board is attached to the grab bar. 
     
     
         14 . The magnetic shower item mounting system of  claim 12 , wherein the grab bar includes a portion with a roughened texture.
