Abstract
A backpack chair device is provided. The device is comprised of a backpack chair device. The device is comprised of a backpack body with at least one chair assembly. During use, the chair assembly can be unfolded from the backpack and used as a temporary seat. The chair assembly is comprised of a backrest, a seat, and at least one leg. In different embodiments the chair assembly may be removable or non-removable from the backpack body.

3 . The backpack chair device of claim 2 , wherein the first hinge is comprised of a locking hinge.
4 . The backpack chair device of claim 1 , wherein the leg attaches to the seat via a second hinge.
5 . The backpack chair device of claim 4 , wherein the second hinge is comprised of a locking hinge.
6 . The backpack chair device of claim 1 , wherein the chair assembly removably attaches to the backpack body.
7 . The backpack chair device of claim 1 , wherein the backpack body is comprised of a strap.
8 . The backpack chair device of claim 1 , wherein the backpack body is comprised of a pocket.
9 . The backpack chair device of claim 1 , wherein the backpack body is comprised of a handle.
10 . A backpack chair device comprising:
a backpack body; and a chair assembly attached to a back area of the backpack body, the chair assembly comprised of a backrest, a seat attached to the backrest via a first hinge, and a telescopic leg attached to the seat via a second hinge.
11 . The backpack chair device of claim 10 , wherein the telescopic leg is comprised of a locking member.
12 . The backpack chair device of claim 10 , wherein the first hinge is comprised of a locking hinge.
13 . The backpack chair device of claim 10 , wherein the second hinge is comprised of a locking hinge.
14 . The backpack chair device of claim 10 , wherein the chair assembly removably attaches to the backpack body.
15 . The backpack chair device of claim 10 , wherein the backpack body is comprised of a strap.
16 . The backpack chair device of claim 10 , wherein the backpack body is comprised of a pocket.
17 . The backpack chair device of claim 10 , wherein the backpack body is comprised of a handle.
18 . A method of using a backpack chair device, the method comprising the following steps:
providing a backpack chair device comprised of a backpack body comprised of a chair assembly comprised of a backrest, a seat, and a leg; unfolding the seat from the backrest and locking the seat into a position wherein a horizontal axis of the seat is perpendicular to a vertical axis of the backrest; unfolding the leg from the seat and locking the leg into a position wherein a vertical axis of the leg is perpendicular to a horizontal axis of the seat; and sitting on the chair assembly.
19 . The method of using a backpack chair device of claim 18 , wherein the seat attaches to the backrest via a first locking hinge.
