Abstract
Ground Effect Airfoils (GEAs) are designed to use motion and reflect atmospheric fluids towards the. ground, thus bouncing off the earth to re-engage the wing type apparatus, creating a cushion of air that provides lift. Traditionally increasing GEA wing spans enhances efficiencies, however limits their land. use and some waterborne operational activities. LB-GEV addresses this issue by converting the wing span into horizontally stacked airfoils to gain the same efficiencies, and produce new art by creating a Constricted Low Altitude Atmosphere River (C-LAAR) or Dynamic Fluidic Stream (DFS) moving through succeeding GEAs. Additional new art is also generated when combined with V-Hull configurations whereas the C-LAAR pressurizes the V-Hull as a boat sitting in water to generate extra lift. Further LB-GEV art is created using over sized inner tube apparatus for simultaneous all terrain and water buoyant requirements during take off and landing.

Constricted Low Altitude Atmospheric River
The Long Boat Ground Effect Vehicle, heretofore referenced as Long Boat is based upon prior Wing-In-Ground-Effect (WIG) art, whereas a wing type apparatus in motion causes atmospheric fluids to reflect towards the ground, thus bouncing off the earth re-engaging the airfoil, creating a cushion of air that provides lift. Wing in ground craft do not operate higher than their own air cushion, which is dictated by their wing span, meaning they are not capable of open air flight as traditional airfoils using the Bernoulli principle. Otherwise stated, WIG in motion gathers and compresses atmospheric fluids in a reciprocal process bouncing off the earth, yielding an air cushion.
Based on prior WIG art, however now in a linear form factor, the Long Boat Ground Effect Vehicle produces a Constricted Low Altitude Atmospheric River (C-LAAR), or otherwise stated, a fluidic stream is created moving through succeeding reverse delta wings, generating an air cushion from the initial to the final airfoil. The C-LAAR enhances the fluidic flow towards the succeeding split reverse delta wings, which also increases lifting pressures against the row boat structure, meaning the hull is resting on and supported by a dynamic river of air.
Tug & Trailer Ground Effect Vehicle (T&T-GEV)
Traditional ground effect vehicles are not configured in a tug and trailer form factor, as towed gliders were during World War II. The Long Boat Ground Effect Vehicle, heretofore referenced as Long Boat is based upon prior Wing-In-Ground-Effect (WIG) art, whereas a wing type apparatus in motion causes atmospheric fluids to reflect towards the ground, thus bouncing off the earth re-engaging the airfoil, creating a cushion of air that provides lift. Usual configurations for WIG vehicles to enhance lift includes greatly expanding the wind apparatus vice creating a linear structure, thus does not traditionally include a trailer type form factor.

However, now the Long Boat Tug & Trailer scenario, becomes viable due to the C-LAAR stability referenced in Claim Sheet #1, of the linearly placed reverse delta wings and low altitude operation, allows the operation with an actively powered Trailer without controls, using a Tug with controlling surfaces to guide the Trailer is new art. Otherwise stated, as the newly configured Long Boat configuration WIG in motion gathers and compresses atmospheric fluids in a reciprocal process bouncing off the earth, yielding a highly stable horizontal air cushion, a tug and trailer form factor becomes possible, enhancing application and operation.
Flexible Waterborne & All Terrain Take Off/Landing Gear
Traditional ground effect vehicles use pontoons or similar flotation apparatus for water borne activity,. and land based ground effect vehicles use tires. Combinations of these two capabilities exist such as pontoons with tires, however due to environmental operating constraints, usually these vehicles are designed to operate in one specific arena. The large tires are designed as highly flexible inner tube structures, allowing for pliable engagement with large rocks or other debris during take off and landing. Further, the highly flexible large tires serve as large floats for water borne operations, also absorbing the impact from waves in motion.
