Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedI claim:
1 . A hair treatment device comprising:
a cap being dome shaped and defining a cavity, said cap being configured for containing a hair of a user in said cavity; and a pocket being coupled to an inner surface of said cap, said pocket being perforated, said pocket being configured for containing herbs, said pocket having an opening configured for receiving the herbs.
2 . The device of claim 1 , wherein said pocket comprises a netting.
3 . The device of claim 1 , wherein said pocket is one of a plurality of pockets being coupled to an inner surface of said cap, each pocket of said plurality of pockets being perforated, each pocket of said plurality of pockets being configured for containing herbs, each pocket of said plurality of pockets having an opening being configured for receiving the herbs.
4 . The device of claim 3 , wherein each pocket of said plurality of pockets comprises a netting.
5 . The device of claim 3 , wherein said openings of said plurality of pockets face a same direction.
6 . The device of claim 1 , wherein said cap has an inner layer and an outer layer, each of said inner layer and said outer layer being flexible.
7 . The device of claim 6 , wherein said inner layer comprises a mesh.
8 . The device of claim 1 , further comprising a closure having a first mating member being coupled to said pocket and a second mating member being coupled to said cap, said first mating member being removably securable to said second mating member.
9 . The device of claim 3 , further comprising a plurality of closures, each closure being associated with a respective pocket of said plurality of pockets, each closure having a first mating member being coupled to said respective pocket and a second mating member being coupled to said cap, said first mating member of an associated closure of said plurality of closures being removably securable to said second mating member of said associated closure to close said respective pocket.
10 . The device of claim 9 , wherein each closure of said plurality of closures is a hook-and-loop fastener.
11 . The device of claim 1 , further comprising a band being coupled to and extending along a rim of said cap, said band being stretchable such that said band is configured for stretching around a head of the user.
12 . The device of claim 6 , wherein said outer layer of said cap comprises silk.
13 . The device of claim 6 , wherein said outer layer of said cap comprises satin.
14 . A hair treatment device comprising:
a cap being dome shaped and defining a cavity, said cap being configured for containing a hair of a user in said cavity, said cap having an inner layer and an outer layer, each of said inner layer and said outer layer being flexible, said inner layer comprising a mesh; a plurality of pockets being coupled to an inner surface of said cap, each pocket of said plurality of pockets being perforated, each pocket of said plurality of pockets being configured for containing herbs, each said pocket of said plurality of pockets comprising a netting, each said pocket of said plurality of pockets having an opening configured for receiving the herbs, said openings of said plurality of pockets facing a same direction; a plurality of closures, each closure being associated with a respective pocket of said plurality of pockets, each closure having a first mating member being coupled to said respective pocket and a second mating member being coupled to said cap, said first mating member of an associated closure of said plurality of closures being removably securable to said second mating member of said associated closure to close said respective pocket, each closure of said plurality of closures being a hook-and-loop fastener; and a band being coupled to and extending along a rim of said cap, said band being stretchable such that said band is configured for stretching around a head of the user.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
