Abstract

A spike structure of golf shoes with deformation effect has a spike disk made of thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), and having a disk ring portion, and a pressed portion connected to an inner rim of the disk ring portion, the pressed portion is capable of actuating between a normal position and a pressed position; and a plurality of spike claws made of thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), and radially arranged on the disk ring portion and extending outwardly and downwardly; when the pressed portion of the spike disk is in the pressed position, each of the spike claws is driven by compressed deformation of the pressed portion to deform synchronously, and each of the spike claws retracts and deforms inwardly synchronously; when the pressed portion of the spike disk is in the normal position, each of the spike claws restores to its original shape.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

1 . A spike structure of golf shoes with deformation effect applicable for disposing on a sole, the sole having a joint column facing downward, the spike structure of golf shoes with deformation effect comprising:
a spike disk made of thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), and having a disk ring portion disposed on the joint column, and a pressed portion connected to an inner rim of the disk ring portion and attached to a bottom of the joint column, the pressed portion being capable of actuating between a normal position and a pressed position of being pressed and deformed toward a direction of the sole; and a plurality of spike claws made of thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), and radially arranged on the disk ring portion of the spike disk and extending outwardly and downwardly, each of the spike claws having a connecting portion connected to an outer rim of the disk ring portion, and a claw portion connected to the connecting portion; when the pressed portion of the spike disk being in the pressed position, each of the spike claws being driven by the pressed portion being pressed and deformed toward a direction of the sole to deform synchronously, and the claw portion of each of the spike claws retracting and deforming inwardly synchronously; when the pressed portion of the spike disk being in the normal position, the claw portion of each of the spike claws restoring to its original shape.

2 . The spike structure of golf shoes with deformation effect as claimed in claim 1 , wherein when the pressed portion of the spike disk is in the normal position and the claw portion of each of the spike claws is pressed by an upward force, the claw portion of each of the spike claws expands outward.

3 . The spike structure of golf shoes with deformation effect as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the pressed portion of the spike disk is capable of automatically restoring to the normal position from the pressed position.

4 . The spike structure of golf shoes with deformation effect as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the joint column of the sole has a ring side and a bottom side, the disk ring portion is disposed on the ring side of the joint column, and the pressed portion is disposed on the bottom side of the joint column.

5 . The spike structure of golf shoes with deformation effect as claimed in claim 4 , wherein the spike disk further has a joint ring portion disposed on the inner rim of the disk ring portion and located above the pressed portion, a joint groove for the joint column to insert partially therein is formed between the joint ring portion and the pressed portion, and the joint ring portion is disposed on the ring side of the joint column of the sole.

6 . The spike structure of golf shoes with deformation effect as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the pressed portion of the spike disk has a plurality of ribs radiating outwardly from a center.
