Abstract

A textile sheet product (1) including a thermoplastic filament (2) extending along a filament path (3), wherein the thermoplastic filament (2) forms a plurality of partially superimposed loops (L1, L2) along the filament path (3) and a plurality of crossings (c1, c2, c3, c4) at which the thermoplastic filament (2) crosses itself and forms a material-bonded, in particular fused connection with itself. Furthermore, an upper with such a sheet product and a shoe with such an upper is disclosed.

A textile sheet product ( 1 ) comprising a thermoplastic filament ( 2 ) extending along a filament path ( 3 ), wherein the thermoplastic filament ( 2 ) forms a plurality of partially superimposed loops (L1, L2) along the filament path ( 3 ) and a plurality of crossings (c1, c2, c3, c4) at which the thermoplastic filament ( 2 ) crosses itself and forms a material-bonded connection with itself. 
     
     
         2 . The textile sheet product according to  claim 1 , wherein the textile sheet product comprises a filament crossing density of at least 200 crossings per cm2, in particular at least 300 crossing per cm2, more particular at least 500 crossings per cm2. 
     
     
         3 . The textile sheet product according to  claim 1 , wherein the textile sheet product comprises a loop density of 0.5 to 15 loops per cm2, in particular 0.7 to 10 loops per cm2, more particular 0.7 to 5 loops per cm2. 
     
     
         4 . The textile sheet product ( 1 ) according to  claim 1 , wherein the thermoplastic filament ( 2 ) forms a plurality of fused bulge portions, formed from multiple fused together filament sections of the thermoplastic filament ( 2 ). 
     
     
         5 . The textile sheet product ( 1 ) according to  claim 1 , wherein the partially superimposed loops (L1, L2) are along the filament path ( 3 ) arranged one after another and wherein the superimposed loops (L1) are along the filament path ( 3 ) arranged underneath their next adjacently arranged loop (L2). 
     
     
         6 . The textile sheet product ( 1 ) according to  claim 1 , wherein the plurality of superimposed loops (L1, L2) are stacked on top of each other along the filament path ( 3 ). 
     
     
         7 . The textile sheet ( 1 ) product according to  claim 1 , wherein each loop (L1, L2) defines a maximum clear distance of 5 mm to 50 mm, in particular 5 mm to 30 mm. 
     
     
         8 . The textile sheet product ( 1 ) according to  claim 1 , wherein the thermoplastic filament ( 2 ) and/or thermoplastic filament sections ( 13   a ,  13   b ) has a maximum filament thickness (t) of 10 μm to 1000 μm, in particular 50 μm to 500 μm, more particular of 50 μm to 300 μm. 
     
     
         9 . The textile sheet product ( 1 ) according to  claim 1 , wherein the partially superimposed loops (L1, L2) form a regular laying pattern. 
     
     
         10 . The textile sheet product ( 1 ) according to  claim 1 , wherein each crossing (c1, c2, c3, c4) is formed from a lower filament section ( 2   a ) of the thermoplastic filament ( 2 ) and an upper filament section ( 2   b ) of the thermoplastic filament ( 2 ) being arranged above the lower filament section ( 2   a ). 
     
     
         11 . The textile sheet product ( 1 ) according to  claim 10 , wherein the upper filament section ( 2   b ) is sank partially into the lower filament section ( 2   a ). 
     
     
         12 . The textile sheet product ( 1 ) according to  claim 10 , wherein each crossing (c1, c2, c3, c4) comprises a protuberance with a height being larger than the maximum filament thickness of the thermoplastic filament ( 3 ). 
     
     
         13 . The textile sheet product ( 1 ) according to  claim 1 , wherein the textile sheet product ( 1 ) is formed from a single thermoplastic filament ( 2 ) and wherein the thermoplastic filament ( 2 ) has a filament length of at least 0.1 m, in particular at least 1 m, more particular at least 100 m, more particular at least 1000 m.

The textile sheet product ( 1 ) according to  claim 1 , wherein the textile sheet product ( 1 ) comprises a first area ( 7   a ,  7   b ,  7   c ,  7   d ,  7   e ,  7   f ) and second area ( 8   a ,  8   b ) being different from the first area ( 7   a ,  7   b ,  7   c ,  7   d ,  7   e ,  7   f ), wherein the first area ( 7   a ,  7   b ,  7   c ,  7   d ,  7   e ,  7   f ) differs in at least one physical property, from the second area ( 8   a ,  8   b ).

The textile sheet product ( 1 ) according to  claim 14 , wherein in the first area ( 7   a ,  7   b ,  7   c ,  7   d ,  7   e ,  7   f ) the filament crossing density is higher than the filament crossing density in the second area ( 8   a ,  8   b ), wherein a ratio of filament crossing density in the second area ( 8   a ,  8   b ) to the filament crossing density in the first area ( 7   a ,  7   b ,  7   c ,  7   d ,  7   e ,  7   f ) is between 0.05 to 0.5 in particular 0.1 to 0.5. 
     
     
         16 . The textile sheet product ( 1 ) according to  claim 14 , wherein the loop density in the first area ( 7   a ,  7   b ,  7   c ,  7   d ,  7   e ,  7   f ) is higher than in the second area ( 8   a ,  8   b ), wherein a ratio of the loop density in the second area ( 8   a ,  8   b ) to the loop density in the first area ( 7   a ,  7   b ,  7   c ,  7   d ,  7   e ,  7   f ) is between 0.05 to 0.6, in particular 0.1 to 0.5. 
     
     
         17 . The textile sheet product ( 1 ) according to  claim 1 , wherein the thermoplastic filament ( 2 ) comprises along the loops (L1, L2) a crossing number of at least 10, in particular at least 100, in particular at least 200. 
     
     
         18 . An upper ( 4 ) for a shoe comprising the textile sheet product ( 1 ) according to  claim 1 . 
     
     
         19 . The upper ( 4 ) according to  claim 18 , wherein the upper ( 4 ) comprises a medial side and a lateral side, a heel area with a heel edge, a forefoot area with a tip, and a midfoot area being arranged between the forefoot area and heel area. 
     
     
         20 . The upper ( 4 ) according to  claim 18 , wherein the upper ( 4 ) comprises as the first area ( 7   a ,  7   b ,  7   c ,  7   d ,  7   e ) of the textile sheet product one or more reinforcement band structures, which have a higher filament crossing density, and/or a higher loop density, and/or a higher crossing number along each loop than the second area ( 8   a ,  8   b ) of the upper ( 4 ), in particular of the textile sheet product ( 1 ). 
     
     
         21 . The upper ( 4 ) according to  claim 19 , wherein one or more of the reinforcement band structures extend from the medial side of the upper ( 4 ) over an instep area of the upper ( 4 ) to the lateral side of the upper ( 4 ). 
     
     
         22 . The upper ( 4 ) according to  claim 21 , wherein the one or more of the reinforcement band structures are arranged in the midfoot area and/or the forefoot area and/or the heel area of the upper ( 4 ). 
     
     
         23 . The upper ( 4 ) according to  claim 21 , wherein one of the one or more reinforcement band structures extends on the medial side and on the lateral side towards the tip of the upper ( 4 ), and/or wherein one of the one or more reinforcement band structures extends on the medial side and on the lateral side towards the heel edge of the upper ( 4 ). 
     
     
         24 . The upper ( 4 ) according to  claim 20 , wherein one or more of the reinforcement band structures are arranged at a peripheral bottom section of the upper ( 4 ), in the forefoot area of the upper ( 4 ) and/or on the lateral side of the upper ( 4 ). 
     
     
         25 . The upper ( 4 ) according to  claim 20 , wherein the upper ( 4 ) defines a foot access opening ( 5 ) and wherein one of the reinforcement band structures is circumferentially arranged around the foot access opening ( 5 ). 
     
     
         26 . The upper ( 4 ) according to  claim 20 , wherein one of the reinforcement band structures extends on the lateral side and at least in the midfoot area along a longitudinal direction of the upper ( 4 ), in particular linearly; and/or wherein one of the reinforcement band structures extends on the medial side and at least in the midfoot area along a longitudinal direction of the upper ( 4 ); and/or wherein one of the reinforcement band structures extends linearly from the medial side of the upper around the heel edge to the lateral side of the upper ( 4 ). 
     
     
         27 . The upper ( 4 ) according to  claim 20 , wherein the upper ( 4 ) comprises the second area ( 8   a ,  8   b ) of the textile sheet product at least in an instep area of the upper ( 4 ) in the center of the upper ( 4 ). 
     
     
         28 . The upper ( 4 ) according to  claim 18 , wherein the upper ( 4 ) delimits one or more through-going cut-outs ( 15 ). 
     
     
         29 . The upper ( 4 ) according to  claim 18 , wherein the upper ( 4 ), and the thermoplastic filament ( 3 ) of the textile sheet product ( 1 ), has a weight of 15 g to 50 g, in particular 15 g to 30 g. 
     
     
         30 . A shoe ( 100 ) comprising an upper ( 4 ) according to  claim 18  and a sole unit ( 6 ) being connected to the upper ( 4 ) in a connection area ( 9 ), wherein the upper ( 4 ) defines a foot accommodation compartment and a foot access opening ( 5 ) to the foot accommodation compartment. 
     
     
         31 . The shoe ( 100 ) according to  claim 30 , wherein the filament path along which the partially superimposed loops (L1, L2) are formed, extends helically from the connection area ( 9 ) towards the foot access opening ( 5 ). 
     
     
         32 . The textile sheet product ( 1 ) of  claim 1  wherein the material-bonded connection is fused.
