Claims

Abstract

A sanding tool includes a body and a battery pack. The body includes a housing formed with a battery pack coupling portion, a main handle connected to the housing, a sanding assembly connected to the housing with a base plate, where the base plate forms a support plane; and an electric motor in the housing. The mounting surface of the battery pack is at least partially disposed between the electric motor and the main handle. The projection point of the center of gravity of the whole machine on an extended surface of the support plane is located within the support plane of the base plate. Along the front and rear direction of the housing, the base plate has a first centerline, and the distance from the projection point to the first centerline is greater than or equal to 0 mm and less than or equal to 38 mm.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A sanding tool, comprising:
 a body; and   a battery pack,   wherein the body comprises a housing formed with a battery pack coupling portion where the battery pack coupling portion has a mounting surface for detachably mounting the battery pack, a main handle connected to the housing, a sanding assembly connected to the housing and comprising a base plate where the base plate forms a support plane, and an electric motor disposed in the housing and used for driving the sanding assembly to operate, a mounting surface of the battery pack is at least partially disposed between the electric motor and the main handle, when the battery pack is mounted on the battery pack coupling portion, the body and the battery pack form a whole machine, a projection point of a center of gravity of the whole machine on an extended surface of the support plane is located within the support plane of the base plate, along a front and rear direction of the housing the base plate has a first centerline, and a distance D from the projection point to the first centerline is greater than or equal to 0 mm and less than or equal to 38 mm.   
     
     
         2 . The sanding tool of  claim 1 , wherein the distance D from the projection point to the first centerline is less than or equal to 25 mm. 
     
     
         3 . The sanding tool of  claim 1 , wherein the projection point of the center of gravity of the battery pack on the extended surface of the support plane is basically located within the support plane. 
     
     
         4 . The sanding tool of  claim 1 , wherein the battery pack is capable of being coupled to the battery pack coupling portion along a direction of a first straight line, and the first straight line is parallel to the extended surface of the support plane. 
     
     
         5 . The sanding tool of  claim 1 , wherein the battery pack is capable of being coupled to the battery pack coupling portion along a direction of a first straight line, and the first straight line obliquely intersects with the extended surface of the support plane. 
     
     
         6 . The sanding tool of  claim 1 , wherein the battery pack is capable of being coupled to the battery pack coupling portion along a direction of a first straight line, a plane where the mounting surface is located is perpendicular to the extended surface of the support plane, and the first straight line is perpendicular to the support plane. 
     
     
         7 . The sanding tool of  claim 1 , wherein a plane where the mounting surface is located obliquely intersects with or is parallel to the extended surface of the support plane. 
     
     
         8 . The sanding tool of  claim 1 , wherein the sanding assembly further comprises a speed regulation switch configured to control a rotational speed of the electric motor disposed on a first grip of the main handle. 
     
     
         9 . The sanding tool of  claim 1 , wherein the electric motor rotates about a motor axis, the battery pack is coupled to the mounting surface of the battery pack along a direction of a first straight line, and the direction of the first straight line is basically perpendicular to a direction of the motor axis. 
     
     
         10 . The sanding tool of  claim 1 , wherein the main handle comprises a first grip, and a rear end of the first grip extends obliquely downward relative to the housing. 
     
     
         11 . The sanding tool of  claim 10 , wherein a distance between the rear end of the first grip and the extended surface of the support plane is less than or equal to 50 mm. 
     
     
         12 . The sanding tool of  claim 10 , wherein a trigger is disposed on the first grip, and a distance between the trigger and the extended surface of the support plane is less than or equal to 80 mm. 
     
     
         13 . The sanding tool of  claim 10 , wherein the sanding assembly further comprises a drive wheel and a driven wheel, the drive wheel is located on a rear side of the base plate, the driven wheel is located on a front side of the base plate, a sanding member is sleeved on the drive wheel and the driven wheel, a trigger is disposed on the first grip, and, along a direction perpendicular to the support plane, the trigger is located between a highest point of the drive wheel and a center of gravity of the battery pack. 
     
     
         14 . The sanding tool of  claim 13 , wherein the trigger is located behind the drive wheel along the front and rear direction of the housing. 
     
     
         15 . The sanding tool of  claim 13 , wherein the trigger is basically located in a middle of the base plate along a left and right direction of the housing. 
     
     
         16 . The sanding tool of  claim 1 , wherein the electric motor is at least partially located between the mounting surface and the main handle. 
     
     
         17 . A sanding tool, comprising:
 a body; and   a battery pack,   wherein the body comprises a housing formed with a battery pack coupling portion where the battery pack coupling portion has a mounting surface for detachably mounting the battery pack, a main handle connected to the housing, a sanding assembly connected to the housing and comprising a base plate where the base plate forms a support plane, and an electric motor disposed in the housing and used for driving the sanding assembly to operate, the electric motor is at least partially located between the mounting surface and the main handle, when the battery pack is mounted on the battery pack coupling portion, the body and the battery pack form a whole machine, a projection point of a center of gravity of the whole machine on an extended surface of the support plane is located within the support plane of the base plate, along a front and rear direction of the housing, the base plate has a first centerline, and a distance D from the projection point to the first centerline is greater than or equal to 0 mm and less than or equal to 38 mm.   
     
     
         18 . The sanding tool of  claim 17 , wherein the distance D from the projection point to the first centerline is less than or equal to 25 mm. 
     
     
         19 . The sanding tool of  claim 17 , wherein the projection point of the center of gravity of the battery pack on the extended surface of the support plane is basically located within the support plane. 
     
     
         20 . A belt sander, comprising:
 a body; and   a battery pack,   wherein the body comprises a housing formed with a battery pack coupling portion where the battery pack coupling portion has a mounting surface for mounting the battery pack, a main handle connected to the housing, a sanding assembly connected to the housing and comprising a base plate where the base plate forms a support plane, and an electric motor disposed in the housing and used for driving the sanding assembly to operate, the electric motor is at least partially located between the mounting surface and the main handle, when the battery pack is mounted on the battery pack coupling portion, the body and the battery pack form a whole machine, and a projection point of a center of gravity of the whole machine on an extended surface of the support plane is located within the support plane of the base plate.
