Apparatus for facilitating carrying and consuming of liquid by a user

Abstract

An apparatus for facilitating carrying and consuming of liquid by a user. The apparatus includes a container comprising a neck portion, a body portion, and a securing portion. The body portion includes an exterior wall defining an interior space. The neck portion includes an opening leading into the interior space. The body portion stores a liquid in the interior space. The neck portion allows retrievably transferring of the liquid in the interior space through the opening for facilitating the consuming of the liquid by the user. The securing portion is attached to an apparel wearable by the user, for movably securing the container to the apparel for facilitating the carrying of the liquid in the container. The container is removably disposable between at least one of two layers of a portion of the apparel, and a layer of the portion of the apparel and a skin surface of the user.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . An apparatus for facilitating carrying and consuming of liquid by a user, the apparatus comprising:
 a container comprising:
 a neck portion; 
 a body portion comprising at least one exterior wall defining at least one interior space, wherein the neck portion comprises at least one opening leading into the at least one interior space, wherein the body portion is configured for storing at least one liquid in the at least one interior space of the body portion, wherein the neck portion is configured for allowing retrievably transferring of the at least one liquid in the at least one interior space through the at least one opening for facilitating the consuming of the at least one liquid by the user; and 
 a securing portion configured to be attached to at least one apparel for movably securing the container to the at least one apparel for facilitating the carrying of the at least one liquid in the container, wherein the at least one apparel is wearable by the user, wherein the container is removably disposable between at least one of at least two layers of at least a portion of the at least one apparel, and a layer of at least the portion of the at least one apparel and a skin surface of the user.

The apparatus of  claim 1 , wherein the neck portion is configured to be coupled with at least one of a plurality of attachments, wherein the plurality of attachments comprises at least one first attachment, wherein the at least one first attachment allows drawing the at least one liquid from the at least one interior space through the at least one opening of the neck portion based on at least one action of the user receivable by the at least one first attachment. 
     
     
         3 . The apparatus of  claim 2 , wherein the plurality of attachments comprises at least one second attachment, wherein the at least one second attachment is configured for openably closing the at least one opening of the neck portion by transitioning the at least one opening between a closed state and at least one open state, wherein the retrievably transferring of the at least one liquid is allowed in the at least one open state, wherein the retrievably transferring of the at least one liquid is restricted in the closed state. 
     
     
         4 . The apparatus of  claim 1 , wherein the at least one exterior wall is comprised of at least one material, wherein the body portion is configured to be transitioned between a plurality of shapes with the at least one liquid stored in the at least one interior space of the body portion based on the at least one material. 
     
     
         5 . The apparatus of  claim 4 , wherein the transitioning of the body portion between the plurality of shapes is based on a variation of at least one wall feature of at least one exterior wall portion of the at least one exterior wall. 
     
     
         6 . The apparatus of  claim 5 , wherein the storing of the at least one liquid comprises storing at least one amount of the at least one liquid, wherein the body portion storing the at least one amount of the at least one liquid is associated with at least one external volume corresponding to the at least one amount of the at least one liquid, wherein the at least one external volume remains constant during the transitioning of the body portion between the plurality of shapes. 
     
     
         7 . The apparatus of  claim 1 , wherein the neck portion is comprised of at least one elastically deformable material, wherein the neck portion elastically deforms based on the at least one elastically deformable material. 
     
     
         8 . The apparatus of  claim 1 , wherein the body portion extends between a first end and a second end, wherein the first end opposes the second end, wherein the neck portion is comprised in the first end, wherein the securing portion is comprised in the second end. 
     
     
         9 . The apparatus of  claim 1 , wherein the securing portion comprises at least one hole, wherein the attaching of the securing portion to the at least one apparel comprises attaching the securing portion to the at least one apparel using at least one attaching element, wherein the at least one attaching element comprises a first end comprising at least one loop element, and a second end attached to the at least one apparel, wherein the at least one hole receives at least a portion of the at least one loop element for the attaching of the securing portion to the at least one apparel using the at least one attaching element. 
     
     
         10 . The apparatus of  claim 1 , wherein the container comprises a first lateral surface and a second lateral surface opposing the first lateral surface, wherein a lateral surface area of each of the first lateral surface and the second lateral surface is less than a surface area of at least one of the at least two layers and the layer of at least the portion of the at least one apparel. 
     
     
         11 . The apparatus of  claim 1 , wherein the at least one apparel is comprised of at least one elastically deformable material, wherein at least the portion of the at least one apparel elastically deforms based on the at least one elastically deformable material, wherein the at least one apparel secures the container in at least one position after the disposing of the container based on the at least one elastically deformable material. 
     
     
         12 . The apparatus of  claim 1 , wherein the securing portion comprises at least one surface feature on at least one exterior surface of the securing portion, wherein the at least one surface feature allows the securing portion to be gripped by the user for holdingly manipulating the container. 
     
     
         13 . The apparatus of  claim 12 , wherein the at least one exterior wall of the body portion comprises at least one wall surface feature on at least one wall exterior surface of the at least one exterior wall, wherein the at least one wall surface feature facilitates substantially frictionless removably inserting the container between at least one of the at least two layers of at least the portion of the at least one apparel, and the layer of at least the portion of the at least one apparel and the skin surface of the user, wherein the removably disposing of the container is based on the substantially frictionless removably inserting of the container. 
     
     
         14 . The apparatus of  claim 1 , wherein the container comprises a cover portion comprising at least one cover wall, wherein the at least one cover wall defines a cover interior space, wherein the body portion is disposed in the cover interior space, wherein the at least one cover wall comprises a first end and a second end, wherein the first end is exteriorly attached around a first periphery between the neck portion and the body portion, and the second end is exteriorly attached around a second periphery between the body portion and the securing portion. 
     
     
         15 . The apparatus of  claim 14 , wherein a volume of the cover interior space is greater than an exterior volume of the body portion. 
     
     
         16 . The apparatus of  claim 15 , wherein the body portion is comprised of at least one flexibly elastic material, wherein the body portion with the at least one liquid stored in the at least one interior space retractably expands within the cover interior space for retractably extending a body surface area of the body portion while constantly retaining a body volume of the body portion based on the at least one flexibly elastic material, wherein the cover portion is comprised of at least one flexibly non elastic material, wherein the cover portion transitions between a plurality of cover shapes while constantly retaining a cover surface area of the cover portion based on the at least one flexibly non elastic material. 
     
     
         17 . The apparatus of  claim 1 , wherein the neck portion comprises at least one valve, wherein the at least one valve is fluidly coupled with the at least one opening and the at least one interior space based on the coupling with the neck portion, wherein the at least one valve is configured to be transitioned between a plurality of states, wherein the at least one valve is configured for:
 allowing a first transfer of the at least one liquid into the at least one interior space of the body portion through the at least one opening in a first state of the plurality of states; and   restricting a second transfer of the at least one liquid from the at least one interior space of the body portion through the at least one opening in a second state of the plurality of states.   
     
     
         18 . The apparatus of  claim 17 , wherein the body portion comprises at least one marking on at least one wall exterior surface of the at least one exterior wall, wherein the at least one marking indicates at least one amount of the at least one liquid is required to be transferred into the at least interior space of the body portion, wherein the allowing of the first transfer of the at least one liquid into the at least one interior space comprises allowing the first transfer of the at least one amount of the at least one liquid into the at least one interior space of the body portion through the at least one opening in the first state based on the at least one marking, wherein at least one first amount of at least one gas is transferred into the at least one interior space of the body portion during the first transfer of the at least one amount of the at least one liquid, wherein the at least one valve is further configured for:
 allowing a third transfer of the at least one first amount of the at least one gas from the at least one interior space of the body portion through the at least one opening in the second state based on at least one action receivable by the body portion; and   restricting at least one transfer of at least one fluid into the at least one interior space through the at least one opening in the second state.   
     
     
         19 . An apparatus for facilitating carrying and consuming of liquid by a user, the apparatus comprising:
 a container comprising:
 a neck portion; 
 a body portion comprising at least one exterior wall defining at least one interior space, wherein the neck portion comprises at least one opening leading into the at least one interior space, wherein the body portion is configured for storing at least one liquid in the at least one interior space of the body portion, wherein the neck portion is configured for allowing retrievably transferring of the at least one liquid in the at least one interior space through the at least one opening for facilitating the consuming of the at least one liquid by the user; and 
 a securing portion configured to be attached to at least one apparel for movably securing the container to the at least one apparel for facilitating the carrying of the at least one liquid in the container, wherein the at least one apparel is wearable by the user, wherein the container is removably disposable between at least one of at least two layers of at least a portion of the at least one apparel, and a layer of at least the portion of the at least one apparel and a skin surface of the user, wherein the container comprises a first lateral surface and a second lateral surface opposing the first lateral surface, wherein a lateral surface area of each of the first lateral surface and the second lateral surface is less than a surface area of at least one of the at least two layers and the layer of at least the portion of the at least one apparel. 
   
     
     
         20 . An apparatus for facilitating carrying and consuming of liquid by a user, the apparatus comprising:
 a container comprising:
 a neck portion; 
 a body portion comprising at least one exterior wall defining at least one interior space, wherein the neck portion comprises at least one opening leading into the at least one interior space, wherein the body portion is configured for storing at least one liquid in the at least one interior space of the body portion, wherein the neck portion is configured for allowing retrievably transferring of the at least one liquid in the at least one interior space through the at least one opening for facilitating the consuming of the at least one liquid by the user; and 
 a securing portion configured to be attached to at least one apparel for movably securing the container to the at least one apparel for facilitating the carrying of the at least one liquid in the container, wherein the at least one apparel is wearable by the user, wherein the securing portion comprises at least one hole, wherein the attaching of the securing portion to the at least one apparel comprises attaching the securing portion to the at least one apparel using at least one attaching element, wherein the at least one attaching element comprises a first end comprising at least one loop element, and a second end attached to the at least one apparel, wherein the at least one hole receives at least a portion of the at least one loop element for the attaching of the securing portion to the at least one apparel using the at least one attaching element, wherein the container is removably disposable between at least one of at least two layers of at least a portion of the at least one apparel, and a layer of at least the portion of the at least one apparel and a skin surface of the user.
