Abstract
A device for applying a substance to an area of the body is configured to be mechanically associated with a compressible and/or elastically yielding tank, at an opening of the outlet tank for the substance, the device the device includes at least one dispensing body equipped with at least one outlet mouth configured to be placed in communication with the outlet opening of the tank, for thus dispensing the substance contained in the tank. The device also includes valve means mechanically associated with the dispensing body, and a bristle body including a plurality of bristles. The valve means are movable with respect to the dispensing body between a closed configuration, in which the valve means prevent the passage of said substance to be applied and an open configuration.

A device ( 1 ) for applying a substance to an area of the body, said device being configured to be mechanically associated with a compressible and/or elastically yielding tank ( 100 ), at an opening ( 101 ) of said outlet tank ( 100 ) for said substance, said device ( 1 ) the device comprising:
at least one dispensing body ( 2 ) equipped with at least one outlet mouth ( 5 ) configured to be placed in communication with said outlet opening ( 101 ) of said tank ( 100 ), for thus dispensing said substance contained in said tank ( 100 ); valve means ( 6 ) mechanically associated with said dispensing body ( 2 ), a bristle body ( 80 ) comprising a plurality of bristles ( 18 ), said valve means ( 6 ) being movable with respect to said dispensing body ( 2 ) between a closed configuration, in which said valve means ( 6 ) prevent passage of said substance to be applied from and/or through said at least outlet mouth ( 5 ) towards said bristles ( 18 ) of the bristle body ( 80 ) and in which said valve means ( 6 ) separate said substance to be applied from an external environment, and an open configuration, in which said valve means ( 6 ) allow the passage of said substance to be applied from and/or through said at least one outlet mouth ( 5 ) towards said bristles ( 18 ) of the bristle body ( 80 ), said bristle body ( 80 ) is mechanically associated in a removable way to said valve means ( 6 ) and is configured in such a way as to intercept with said bristles ( 18 ) said substance coming out of said at least one outlet mouth ( 5 ) to distribute said substance on at least an area of a user's body.
2 . The device according to claim 1 , wherein said dispensing body ( 2 ) comprises a dispensing channel ( 3 ) which extends between an inlet mouth ( 4 ), configured to be substantially opposite to said outlet opening ( 101 ) of said tank ( 100 ), and said at least one outlet mouth ( 5 ).

4 . The device according to claim 1 , wherein said dispensing body ( 2 ) internally comprises a dispensing channel ( 3 ) which:
is configured to be placed in direct fluid communication with the interior of the tank ( 100 ) containing the substance to be applied, and communicates with the outside only through said at least one outlet mouth ( 5 ), thus allowing said substance to escape from the dispensing channel ( 3 ) only through said at least one outlet mouth ( 5 ).

The device according to claim 1 , wherein said valve means ( 6 ) comprise at least one passage hole ( 16 ) configured to put in communication said at least one outlet mouth ( 5 ) of the dispensing body ( 2 ) with the bristles ( 18 ) of the bristle body ( 80 ), said bristle body ( 80 ) being configured so as to intercept with said bristles ( 18 ) said substance which, when the valve means ( 6 ) are in an open configuration, emerges from said at least one outlet mouth ( 5 ) and then passes through said at least one passage hole ( 16 ) of the valve means ( 6 ) until it reaches said bristles ( 18 ).

The device according to claim 1 , wherein said valve means ( 6 ) comprise at least one valve body ( 7 ) disposed externally with respect to said dispensing body ( 2 ) and comprising a shutter element ( 8 ) which is movable between a first position in which it is adjacent or in contact with said at least one outlet mouth ( 5 ) and a second position in which it is further spaced with respect to said at least one outlet mouth ( 5 ), to thus respectively define said closed configuration and said open configuration of said valve means.

The device according to claim 1 , wherein said valve means ( 6 ) comprise at least one valve body ( 7 ) disposed externally with respect to said dispensing body ( 2 ), said valve body ( 7 ) being configured to translate in a guided manner with respect to said dispensing body ( 2 ) along a movement direction (X), to thus move said shutter element ( 8 ) between said first position and said second position.

The device according to claim 11 , wherein said at least one valve body ( 7 ) of the valve means ( 6 ) comprises a shutter element ( 8 ) for closing said at least one outlet mouth ( 5 ) of the dispensing body ( 2 ) and wherein said dispensing body ( 2 ) comprises a shutter member ( 17 ) for closing said at least one passage hole ( 16 ) obtained in the at least one valve body ( 7 ) of said valve means ( 6 ).

14 . The device according to claim 11 , further comprising guide means ( 10 ) mechanically interposed between said dispensing body ( 2 ) and said at least one valve body ( 7 ) of said valve means ( 6 ) for guiding the movement of said at least one valve body ( 7 ).
15 . The device according to claim 14 , wherein said guide means ( 10 ) are also configured to define the limit switches for moving said at least one valve body ( 7 ) between said first position and said second position.
16 . The device according to claim 14 , wherein said guide means ( 10 ) comprise:
at least one pin ( 11 ) protruding from said dispensing body ( 2 ) radially with respect to said direction of movement; at least one slot ( 12 ) made on said at least one valve body ( 7 ), extending parallel to said movement direction (X) and slidingly engaged by said pin ( 11 ).
17 . The device according to claim 1 , wherein said bristle body ( 80 ) is mechanically associated in a removable way to the valve means ( 6 ) by means of a removable mechanical engagement in a shape/interlocking relationship.

19 . The device according to claim 11 , wherein said bristle body ( 80 ) is mounted externally at the end of the at least one valve body ( 7 ) into which said at least one passage hole ( 16 ) of said at least one valve body ( 7 ) opens.
20 . The device according to claim 1 , wherein said bristle body ( 80 ) comprises a substantially annular base ( 81 ) from which said plurality of bristles ( 18 ) develops, said base ( 81 ) being configured to be mechanically associated in a removable way to said valve means ( 6 ).
21 . The device according to claim 20 , wherein said base ( 81 ) and said bristles ( 18 ) are made of polymeric material and are molded in a single piece.
22 . The device according to claim 1 , further comprises a locking element ( 19 ) configured to mechanically lock in a removable way said bristle body ( 80 ) to the valve means ( 6 ).
23 . The device according to claim 11 , wherein said locking element ( 19 ) is configured to be mounted or inserted externally around the bristle body ( 80 ) and to be mechanically associated in a removable way to the at least one valve body ( 7 ) of the valve means ( 6 ) so as to keep the bristle body ( 80 ) bound to the valve body ( 7 ).
24 . The device according to claim 11 , wherein locking element ( 19 ) is mechanically connected to the at least one valve body ( 7 ) by means of a mechanical coupling which is activated by rotating the locking element ( 19 ) around the at least one valve body ( 7 ).
25 . The device according to claim 11 , wherein said bristles ( 18 ) of said bristle body ( 80 ) are made of elastically yielding material and are mechanically fixed in a removable way on said at least one valve body ( 7 ) of said valve means ( 6 ).
26 . An apparatus for the application of a substance on an area of a user's body comprising:
at least one tank ( 100 ) containing the substance to be applied, said at least one tank being compressible and/or elastically yielding, and also being provided with an outlet opening ( 101 ) for said substance; a device ( 1 ) according to claim 1 , which is mechanically associated or associable with said at least one tank ( 100 ) at said outlet opening ( 101 ) of said tank ( 100 ).
27 . The apparatus according to claim 26 , wherein said substance to be applied comprises at least one of:
