Abstract
The disclosed embodiments generally relate to a spill-free refillable torch fluid container that may include a filler spout in an upper surface on the container that allows for clean, fast, and convenient torch refilling without the need to remove a container lid or extinguishing of a lit torch.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedI/We claim:
1 . A spill-free refillable torch container, comprising:
a body defining a cavity therein; a neck defining a first passage in fluid communication with the cavity; a spout defining a second passage in fluid communication with the first passage; and a wick at least partially disposed within the cavity and at least partially exposed outside of the cavity.
2 . A spill-free refillable torch container as in claim 1 , wherein the body, neck, and spot comprise metal.
3 . A spill-free refillable torch container as in claim 1 , wherein the body is generally cylindrical.
4 . A spill-free refillable torch container as in claim 1 , wherein the body comprises a top substrate, bottom substrate, and a generally cylindrical body therebetween, the body further defining a wick through hole and a neck through hole in the top substrate.
5 . A spill-free refillable torch container as in claim 4 , wherein the first passage and the second passage are in fluid communication with a neck through hole.
6 . A spill-free refillable torch container as in claim 5 , wherein the wick is at least partially disposed within the wick through hole.
7 . A spill-free refillable torch container as in claim 6 , wherein the spill-free refillable torch container is constructed and arranged such that fluid may be wicked up the wick.
8 . A spill-free refillable torch container as in claim 6 , wherein the neck, the spout, the first passage, and the second passage are constructed and arranged to receive fluid therein to fill the cavity and provide fluid to the wick.
9 . A spill-free refillable torch container as in claim 6 , wherein the spill-free refillable torch container is constructed and arranged to facilitate refilling of the cavity without needing to move the wick.
10 . A spill-free refillable torch container, comprising:
a generally cylindrical body defining a cavity therein; a circular flange attached to the body and being constructed and arranged to facilitate positioning of the spill-free refillable torch container within an object; a neck defining a first passage in fluid communication with the cavity; and a wick at least partially disposed within the cavity and at least partially exposed outside of the cavity.
11 . A spill-free refillable torch container as in claim 10 , wherein the body, neck, and spot comprise metal.
12 . A spill-free refillable torch container as in claim 10 , wherein the body comprises a top substrate and a bottom substrate, the body further defining a wick through hole and a neck through hole in the top substrate.
13 . A spill-free refillable torch container as in claim 12 , wherein the first passage is in fluid communication with a neck through hole.
14 . A spill-free refillable torch container as in claim 13 , wherein the wick is at least partially disposed within the wick through hole.
15 . A spill-free refillable torch container as in claim 14 , wherein the spill-free refillable torch container is constructed and arranged such that fluid may be wicked up the wick.
16 . A spill-free refillable torch container as in claim 15 , wherein the neck and the first passage are constructed and arranged to receive fluid therein to fill the cavity and provide fluid to the wick.
17 . A spill-free refillable torch container as in claim 16 , wherein the spill-free refillable torch container is constructed and arranged to facilitate refilling of the cavity without needing to move the wick.
18 . A spill-free refillable torch container as in claim 16 , wherein the spill-free refillable torch container is constructed and arranged to facilitate refilling of the cavity without needing to remove a cap or a lid.
19 . A spill-free refillable torch container, comprising:
a generally cylindrical body defining a cavity therein, the body comprising a top substrate, bottom substrate, and a generally cylindrical body therebetween, the body further defining a wick through hole and a neck through hole in the top substrate; a circular flange attached to the body and being constructed and arranged to facilitate positioning of the spill-free refillable torch container within an object; a neck defining a first passage in fluid communication with the cavity, the first passage being in fluid communication with the neck through hole; a spout defining a second passage in fluid communication with the first passage; and a wick at least partially disposed within the cavity and at least partially exposed outside of the cavity, the wick being disposed within the wick through hole.
20 . A spill-free refillable torch container as in claim 19 , wherein the generally cylindrical body, the circular flange, the neck, and the spout comprise metal.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
