Abstract

The present invention discloses a new type of fence, of which two adjacent fence frames are connected by a first connector, a support shaft that can rotate and connect with the first connector is provided on the upper connecting base of the frame, the first connector can perform vertical reciprocating motion relative to the support shaft to lock or unlock the upper connecting base, and the angle between adjacent frames cannot be adjusted when the upper connecting base is locked. Compared with traditional methods, the present invention presents a simple structure that can be conveniently operated and allows for quick adjustment of the angle between adjacent frames of the fence.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A new type of fence, including a plurality of frames ( 300 ) having a upper connecting base ( 100 ) and a lower connecting base ( 200 ), and a plurality of frames ( 300 ) are sequentially connected, wherein a first connector ( 1 ) is also provided, the upper connecting base ( 100 ) is fixed with a vertically extended support shaft, and the first connector ( 1 ) is provided with two insertion holes ( 11 ) at intervals, the support shafts on adjacent two frames can be rotated and inserted into two insertion holes ( 11 ), and the first connector ( 1 ) can also perform vertical reciprocating motion relative to the support shaft to lock or unlock the upper connecting base ( 100 ) and, in addition, a locking mechanism is provided to lock the first connector ( 1 ) and support shaft to restrict the first connector from performing vertical reciprocating motion. 
     
     
         2 . The new type of fence according to  claim 1 , wherein the outer wall at the lower end of the support shaft is provided with a plurality of first latches ( 102 ) that are spaced annularly at intervals, and the position of inner wall of the insertion hole ( 11 ) corresponding to the position between two adjacent first latches ( 102 ) is provided with a second latch ( 12 ), and the first connector performing the vertical reciprocating motion, can drive the second latch ( 12 ) to extend downwards between adjacent first latches ( 102 ) to lock the upper connecting base or move upwards away from the first latch ( 102 ) to unlock the upper connecting base. 
     
     
         3 . The new type of fence according to  claim 2 , wherein one of the support shafts ( 101 A) is provided with a locking mechanism, and a circular groove ( 103 ) coaxial with the support shaft ( 101 A) is provided on the peripheral wall of the support shaft ( 101 A);
 the locking mechanism includes an annular member ( 21 ), a cover body ( 22 ), a spherical member ( 23 ), and a top spring ( 24 );   the annular member ( 21 ) is movably sleeved on the support shaft ( 101 A), and the annular member ( 21 ) is provided with a through hole ( 211 ) that fits the spherical member ( 23 ), and the inner wall of the insertion hole ( 11 ) corresponding to the position above the second latch ( 12 ) is provided with a support portion ( 13 ) for contacting the bottom wall of the annular member ( 21 );   the spherical member ( 23 ) is disposed in the through hole ( 211 ) and partially located in the annular groove ( 103 );   the cover body ( 22 ) is movably disposed on the support shaft ( 101 A) and can cover the through hole ( 211 ), the inner wall of the cover body ( 22 ) is provided with a spherical groove ( 221 ), and the cover body ( 22 ) can move relative to the annular member ( 21 ) between the positions where the spherical groove ( 221 ) is connected with and disconnected from the through hole ( 211 ); when the spherical groove ( 221 ) is disconnected from the through hole ( 211 ), the spherical member ( 23 ) is locally located in the annular groove ( 103 ) to lock the annular member ( 21 ) and support shaft ( 101 A), thereby locking the first connector ( 1 ) and the upper connecting base ( 100 ); when the spherical groove ( 221 ) is connected to the through-hole ( 211 ), the spherical member ( 23 ) rolls in the direction of the spherical groove ( 221 ), causing the spherical member ( 23 ) to partially exit the annular groove ( 103 ) and enter the spherical groove ( 221 ), unlocking the annular member ( 21 ) from the support shaft ( 101 A) and thereby unlocking the first connector ( 1 ) and the upper connecting base ( 100 );   the top spring ( 24 ) is vertically disposed inside the cover body ( 22 ), and the upper end of the top spring ( 24 ) is in contact with the top wall inside the cover body ( 22 ), the lower end of the top spring ( 24 ) is elastically pressed against the top wall of the annular member ( 21 ), and the top spring ( 24 ) is used to apply elastic force to the cover body ( 22 ) to move in the direction staggered from the spherical groove ( 221 ) and through-hole ( 211 ).   
     
     
         4 . The new type of fence according to  claim 3 , wherein the corresponding position of through-hole ( 211 ) in contact with the bottom of the spherical member is inclined downwards towards the direction of the spherical groove ( 221 ). 
     
     
         5 . The new type of fence according to  claim 3 , wherein the inner top wall of the cover body ( 22 ) is provided with a ring body ( 222 ) that extends downward and surrounds the upper end of the support shaft ( 101 A), and the upper end of the top spring ( 24 ) is sleeved on the ring body ( 222 ). 
     
     
         6 . The new type of fence according to  claim 5 , wherein the outer wall of the support shaft ( 101 A) is provided with a limiting portion ( 104 ), the ring body ( 222 ) is provided with a limiting groove ( 223 ) that extends vertically, and the limit portion ( 104 ) is located in the limiting groove ( 223 ) to limit the rotation of the cover-like member relative to the support shaft ( 101 A). 
     
     
         7 . The new type of fence according to  claim 1 , wherein the support shaft is secured to the upper connecting base ( 100 ) by screws. 
     
     
         8 . The new type of fence according to  claim 3 , wherein the outer wall of the annular member ( 21 ) is provided with a guide groove ( 212 ) that extends vertically, and the position of the cover body ( 22 ) corresponding to the guide groove ( 212 ) is provided with a hook portion ( 224 ) that extends into the guide groove ( 212 ), and the cover body ( 22 ) can move between the position where the hook portion ( 224 ) is aligned with the top wall of the guide groove ( 212 ) and the position where the hook portion ( 224 ) is away from the top wall of the guide groove ( 212 ). 
     
     
         9 . The new type of fence according to  claim 7 , wherein the lower end of the support shaft ( 101 A) is provided with a non circular first insertion portion ( 105 ), the upper connecting base ( 100 ) is provided with a first insertion slot ( 1061 ) that fits the first insertion portion ( 105 ), and the support shaft ( 101 A) is secured by screws after the first insertion portion ( 105 ) is inserted into the first insertion slot ( 1061 ). 
     
     
         10 . The new type of fence according to  claim 9 , wherein the upper connecting base ( 100 ) is provided with a first protrusion ( 106 ) that can be inserted into the insertion hole ( 11 ), the top wall of the first protrusion ( 106 ) is provided with a first insertion slot ( 1061 ), and the peripheral wall of the first protrusion ( 106 ) is provided with a first latch ( 102 ). 
     
     
         11 . The new fence according to  claim 3 , wherein the lower end of the other support shaft ( 101 B) is provided with a non circular second insertion portion ( 107 ), the upper connecting base ( 100 ) connected to the support shaft ( 101 B) is provided with a second protrusion ( 108 ) that fits the insertion hole ( 11 ), and the top wall of the second protrusion ( 108 ) is provided with a second insertion slot ( 1081 ) that fits the second insertion portion ( 107 ), the peripheral wall of the second protrusion ( 108 ) is provided with a first latch ( 102 ), and after the second protrusion ( 108 ) is inserted into the insertion hole ( 11 ) from bottom to top, the support shaft ( 101 B) can be inserted into the insertion hole ( 11 ) from top to bottom and the second insertion part ( 107 ) is inserted into the second insertion slot ( 1081 ), the upper end of the support shaft ( 101 B) is also provided with an extending portion ( 109 ) that extends outward, a limit block ( 111 ) is provided below the extending portion ( 109 ) corresponding to the inner wall of the insertion hole ( 11 ), and the first connector ( 1 ) can move between the positions where the limit block ( 111 ) and the first connector ( 1 ) are in contact. 
     
     
         12 . The new type of fence according to  claim 1 , wherein the frame ( 300 ) includes two upper connecting bases ( 100 ), two lower connecting bases ( 200 ), and two first tubular members ( 400 ), the upper connecting base ( 100 ) and the lower connecting base ( 200 ) are respectively fixed at both ends of the first tubular member ( 400 ), and a first joint ( 500 ) is connected between the two upper connecting bases ( 100 ), and the first joint ( 500 ) can bend between the positions where the upper part of the frame ( 300 ) is folded when the two upper connecting bases ( 100 ) are contacting with each other and where the upper part of the frame ( 300 ) is unfolded when the two upper connecting bases ( 100 ) are separating from each other; a second joint ( 600 ) is connected between the two lower connecting bases ( 200 ), and the second joint ( 600 ) can bend between the positions where the lower part of the frame ( 300 ) is folded when the two lower connecting bases ( 200 ) are contacting with each other and where the lower part of the frame ( 300 ) is unfolded when the two lower connecting bases ( 200 ) are separating from each other. 
     
     
         13 . The new type of fence according to  claim 11 , wherein the first joint ( 500 ) includes a joint seat ( 501 ) and two second tubular members ( 502 ), one end of the two second tubular members ( 502 ) is rotationally hinged to the two upper connecting bases ( 100 ), and the other end is rotationally connected to the joint seat ( 501 ), the joint seat ( 501 ) is movably provided with a push block ( 503 ) and two swinging members ( 504 ), the push block ( 503 ) can perform vertical reciprocating motion relative to the joint seat ( 501 ), the lower ends of the two swinging members ( 504 ) are respectively rotatably connected to the push block ( 503 ), and the upper ends of the two swinging members ( 504 ) are respectively movably connected to the joint seat ( 501 ), the push block ( 503 ) performing vertical reciprocating motion can drive the upper end of the swinging member ( 504 ) to swing between the positions where the swinging member ( 504 ) is in contact with the end of the second tubular member ( 502 ) and far away from the end of the second tubular member ( 502 ), in order to lock or unlock the second tubular member ( 502 ) and the joint seat ( 501 ); a tension spring ( 505 ) is additionally provided, and both ends of the tension spring ( 505 ) are fixedly connected to the lower ends of the two swinging members ( 504 ), used to apply a pulling force to two swinging members ( 504 ) in the direction in which the upper end of swinging member ( 504 ) and the second tubular member ( 502 ) are in contact with each other in the up and down direction. 
     
     
         14 . The new fence according to  claim 12 , wherein the second joint ( 600 ) includes two third tubular members ( 601 ) and a hinge seat formed by two hinge members ( 602 ), one end of the two third tubular members ( 601 ) is hinged to the two lower connecting bases ( 200 ), respectively, and the other end is fixedly connected to the two hinge members ( 602 ), respectively, and the two third tubular members ( 601 ) can swing through the hinge seat between the end alignment position and the vertical adjacent position, and one of the third tubular members ( 601 ) is movably provided with a moving part ( 603 ) that can move relative to the third tubular member ( 601 ) between the positions where the third tubular member ( 601 ) is locally inserted into and away from another third tubular member ( 601 ), a spring ( 604 ) is additionally provided to apply elastic force to the moving part ( 603 ) to move in the direction towards another third tubular member ( 601 ). 
     
     
         15 . The new type of fence according to  claim 1 , wherein a second connector ( 3 ) is also provided, the lower connecting base ( 200 ) is provided with a third protrusion ( 201 ), the second connector ( 3 ) is provided with two pivot holes ( 31 ) that extend vertically and are spaced apart, and the adjacent two lower connecting bases ( 200 ) are rotatably connected to the second connector ( 3 ) when the third protrusion ( 201 ) is inserted into the pivot hole ( 31 ), the circumferential wall of the third protrusion ( 201 ) is provided with a plurality of vertically extending concave positions ( 202 ) at intervals, and the inner wall of the pivot hole ( 31 ) is provided with an elastic strip ( 32 ) that can swing along with the rotation of the second connector ( 3 ) between the position where the elastic strip ( 32 ) is clipped into the protrusion ( 202 ) and the position where the elastic strip ( 32 ) elastically contacts the circumferential wall of the third protrusion ( 201 ). 
     
     
         16 . The new type of fence according to  claim 15 , wherein the bottom of the second connector ( 3 ) is provided with a sucker ( 4 ), and the new type of fence can be adsorbed and fixed to the installation position through the sucker ( 4 ). 
     
     
         17 . The new type of fence according to  claim 16 , wherein an insertion column ( 41 ) that vertically extends is provided at the top of the sucker ( 4 ), the cross-section of the insertion column ( 41 ) is non circular, and the second connector is provided with a connection hole ( 33 ) for bottom-up insertion of the insertion column ( 41 ), and the insertion column ( 41 ), after being inserted into the connection hole ( 33 ), is locked with the second connector by screws. 
     
     
         18 . The new type of fence according to  claim 17 , wherein the outer wall of the second connector is provided with a strip hole ( 34 ) that extends vertically, and one side of the strip hole ( 34 ) near the insertion column ( 41 ) is partially opened to form a vertically extending mobile channel ( 35 ), the mobile channel ( 35 ) is connected to the connecting hole ( 33 ), and the rod of the screw can be rotably connected to the insertion column ( 41 ) after passing through the mobile channel ( 35 ). 
     
     
         19 . The new type of fence according to  claim 16 , wherein the sucker ( 4 ) includes a first sucker body ( 42 ) and a second sucker body ( 43 ), the first sucker body ( 42 ) is internally provided with a cavity ( 421 ) that fits the second sucker body ( 43 ), the top of the first sucker body ( 42 ) is provided with an opening for the cavity ( 421 ), the second sucker body ( 43 ) is disposed in the cavity ( 421 ), and the top of the second sucker body ( 43 ) is provided with an insertion column ( 41 ) that can pass through the opening of the cavity ( 421 ) and be exposed to the outside; the top of the first sucker body ( 42 ) is annually provided with a plurality of positioning holes ( 422 ) at intervals connected to the cavity ( 421 ), the position of the corresponding positioning hole ( 422 ) of the sucker body ( 43 ) is provided with a positioning portion ( 431 ) that can pass through the positioning hole ( 422 ) and be exposed to the outside, and the first sucker body ( 42 ) and the second sucker body ( 43 ) can be locked by the positioning hole ( 422 ) and the positioning portion ( 431 ) together. 
     
     
         20 . The new type of fence according to  claim 19 , wherein a protective hood ( 5 ) is also provided, the protective hood ( 5 ) is sleeved on the insertion column ( 41 ) and has a part of bottom wall that is in contact with the positioning portion ( 431 ), and the bottom wall of the second connector ( 3 ) is in contact with a part of top wall of the protective hood ( 5 ).
