Abstract

The present invention discloses a portable beach sunshade tent, and belongs to the technical field of tents. The technical solution of the present invention involves a portable beach sunshade tent, which comprises a sunshade canopy and a vertical support rod. One end of the vertical support rod can be plugged and fixed on the ground, and the other end of the vertical support rod is detachably and rotationally connected to a transverse support rod. One side of the sunshade canopy is detachably connected to the transverse support rod. With the above solution, the portable beach sunshade tent of the present invention can be more conveniently installed, fixed and carried with the provision of achieving sunshade purposes.

A portable beach sunshade tent, comprising a sunshade canopy ( 100 ) and a vertical support rod ( 200 ), one end of the vertical support rod ( 200 ) can be plugged and fixed on the ground, and the other end of the vertical support rod ( 200 ) is detachably and rotationally connected to a transverse support rod ( 300 ), one side of the sunshade canopy ( 100 ) is detachably connected to the transverse support rod ( 300 ). 
     
     
         2 . The portable beach sunshade tent according to  claim 1 , wherein the vertical support rod ( 200 ) comprises a plurality of support rods, the plurality of support rods are sequentially connected, and the total length of the vertical support rod ( 200 ) is adjustable. 
     
     
         3 . The portable beach sunshade tent according to  claim 2 , wherein the plurality of the support rods are detachably connected;
 the support rod comprises a bottom support rod ( 210 ) connected to the ground and a top support rod ( 230 ) detachably and rotationally connected to the transverse support rod ( 300 ); a plurality of middle support rods ( 220 ) are sequentially connected end-to-end between the bottom support rod ( 210 ) and the top support rods ( 230 );   the bottom support rod ( 210 ) and the middle support rod ( 220 ) therebetween, adjacent middle support rods ( 220 ) therebetween, as well as the middle support rod ( 220 ) and the top support rod ( 230 ) therebetween are detachably connected by a snap-in structure ( 240 ).   
     
     
         4 . The portable beach sunshade tent according to  claim 3 , wherein the bottom support rod ( 210 ) and each of the middle support rods ( 220 ) are formed with a first inserted joint tube ( 211 ) at the end close to the sunshade canopy ( 100 );
 each of the middle support rod ( 220 ) and the top support rod ( 230 ) is formed with a first inserted joint aperture ( 221 ) at the end away from the sunshade canopy ( 100 ), and the outer diameter of the first inserted joint tube ( 211 ) is smaller than the diameter of the first inserted joint aperture ( 221 );   a first limiting aperture ( 211   a ) is provided on the side wall of the first inserted joint tube ( 211 ), and a second limiting aperture ( 222 ) is provided on the middle support rod ( 220 ) and the top support rod ( 230 ), the second limiting aperture ( 222 ) is located in the segment where the first inserted joint aperture ( 221 ) is located, and is connected with the first inserted joint aperture ( 221 );   the snap-in structure ( 240 ) comprises a V-shaped elastic plate ( 241 ), which is located in the first inserted joint tube ( 211 ), and both ends of the elastic plate ( 241 ) elastically abuts against the inner wall of the first inserted joint tube ( 211 );   a dowel pin ( 242 ) is fixed on the side of the elastic plate ( 241 ) away from the center of the first inserted joint tube ( 211 ), and the dowel pin ( 242 ) passes through the first limiting aperture ( 211   a );   When the first inserted joint tube ( 211 ) is inserted into the first inserted joint aperture ( 221 ), the dowel pin ( 242 ) can pass through the second limiting aperture ( 222 ).

 the support rod comprises a bottom support sleeve ( 260 ) that is plugged into the ground, a top support sleeve ( 270 ) that is detachably and rotationally connected to the transverse support rod ( 300 ), and a middle support sleeve ( 280 ) located between the bottom support sleeve ( 260 ) and the top support sleeve ( 270 );   the middle support sleeve ( 280 ) and the top support sleeve ( 270 ) are both provided with an abutment structure ( 290 ) at the end away from the transverse support rod ( 300 );   the bottom support sleeve ( 260 ) and the middle support sleeve ( 280 ) are fixed with a limiting collar ( 261 ) at the end close to the transverse support rod ( 300 ), and one end of the limiting collar ( 261 ) is fixed on the bottom support sleeve ( 260 ) or the middle support sleeve ( 280 ), the other end extends outward to limit the abutment structure ( 290 ).   
     
     
         6 . The portable beach sunshade tent according to  claim 5 , wherein the abutment structure ( 290 ) comprises a mounting base ( 291 ) fixed on the middle support sleeve ( 280 ) or the top support sleeve ( 270 );
 the mounting seat ( 291 ) comprises a base ( 2911 ) fixedly connected to the middle support sleeve ( 280 ) or the top support sleeve ( 270 ), and an eccentric shaft ( 2912 ) is fixedly connected to the base ( 2911 ), the other end of the eccentric shaft ( 2912 ) is connected to the limiting plate ( 2913 ); the limiting plate ( 2913 ) and the base ( 2911 ) are circular and can be slidably plugged into the bottom support sleeve ( 260 ) or the middle support sleeve ( 280 );   the position of the eccentric shaft ( 2912 ) deviates from the center of the base ( 2911 ) and the limiting plate ( 2913 ), and a locking ring ( 292 ) is provided on the eccentric shaft ( 2912 );   an opening ( 2921 ) is formed on one side of the locking ring ( 292 ), which is an elastic ring, and an eccentric aperture ( 2922 ) is formed in the middle of the locking ring ( 292 ), the eccentric shaft ( 2912 ) passes through the eccentric aperture ( 2922 );   the outer diameter of the locking ring ( 292 ) is larger than the inner diameter of the bottom support sleeve ( 260 ) or the middle support sleeve ( 280 ), and when inserted into the bottom support sleeve ( 260 ) or the middle support sleeve ( 280 ), the locking ring ( 292 ) is in elastic contact with the bottom support sleeve ( 260 ) or the middle support sleeve ( 280 ).   
     
     
         7 . The portable beach sunshade tent according to any one of  claims 1 to 6 , wherein the end of the vertical support rod ( 200 ) that is plugged and fixed on the ground is formed with a chamfered portion ( 212 );
 a plurality of latch apertures ( 213 ) are provided with interval along the vertical direction on the rod segment of the vertical support rod ( 200 ) close to the chamfered portion ( 212 );   a long latch rod ( 214 ) is detachably inserted into the latch aperture ( 213 ), and the long latch rod ( 214 ) passes through the latch aperture ( 213 ).   
     
     
         8 . The portable beach sunshade tent according to any one of  claims 1 to 6 , wherein a thimble ( 250 ) is fixed on the end of the vertical support rod ( 200 ) close to the transverse support rod ( 300 );
 a penetrative mounting aperture ( 310 ) is provided in the middle of the transverse support rod ( 300 ), the mounting aperture ( 310 ) is perpendicular to the lengthwise direction of the transverse support rod ( 300 ), and the thimble ( 250 ) passes through the mounting aperture ( 310 ) and is rotatably connected to the mounting aperture ( 310 ); a rubber sleeve ( 251 ) is provided on the upper side cover of the thimble ( 250 ).   
     
     
         9 . The portable beach sunshade tent according to  claim 8 , wherein the transverse support rod ( 300 ) comprises a plurality of transverse rods, the plurality of transverse rods are sequentially connected, and the total length of the transverse support rod ( 300 ) is adjustable.

The portable beach sunshade tent according to  claim 9 , wherein the transverse rods comprise a middle transverse tube ( 320 ) connected to the vertical support rod ( 200 ) and a terminal transverse tube ( 330 ) located at both ends, a plurality of communicating transverse tubes ( 390 ) are respectively provided between both ends of the middle transverse tube ( 320 ) and the terminal transverse tube ( 330 );
 a reinforcing tube segment ( 321 ) is formed on the outside and in the middle of the middle transverse tube ( 320 ), and the mounting aperture ( 310 ) is provided on the reinforcing tube segment ( 321 );   a cover ( 331 ) is provided on the end of the two terminal transverse tubes ( 330 ) away from the middle transverse tube, respectively, and an elastic band ( 340 ) is fixedly connected between the two covers ( 331 ), and the elastic band ( 340 ) passes through the terminal transverse tube ( 330 ), the communicating transverse tube ( 390 ) and the middle transverse tube ( 320 ), and is in a elongated state;   a second inserted joint tube ( 322 ) is fixed at both ends of the middle transverse tube ( 320 ), the end of the communicating transverse tube ( 390 ) away from the middle transverse tube ( 320 ), respectively, and the second inserted joint tube ( 322 ) can be plugged into the communicating transverse tube ( 390 ) and the terminal transverse tube ( 330 ).

The portable beach sunshade tent according to  claim 9 , wherein the transverse rod comprises a connecting column ( 350 ) connected to the vertical support rod ( 200 ), and a mounting sleeve ( 360 ) is fixedly or detachably connected to both ends of the connecting column ( 350 ), respectively, and a telescopic tube assembly ( 370 ) is slidably connected within the mounting sleeve ( 360 );
 the mounting aperture ( 310 ) is provided in the middle of the connecting column ( 350 );   an operating column ( 380 ) is provided at the end of the telescopic tube assembly ( 370 ) away from the connecting column ( 350 ), and a rubber column ( 381 ) is fixed at the end of the operating column ( 380 ) close to the connecting column ( 350 ), the diameter of the rubber column ( 381 ) is larger than the inner diameter of the mounting sleeve ( 360 ); when the telescopic tube assembly ( 370 ) is shortened, the rubber column ( 381 ) elastically abuts inside the end of the mounting sleeve ( 360 ).   
     
     
         12 . The portable beach sunshade tent according to  claim 1 , wherein a rope ( 400 ) is connected to the end of the vertical support rod ( 200 ) close to the transverse support rod ( 300 ), and the other end of the rope ( 400 ) is connected to a ground plug ( 410 ), and a plurality of second inserted joint apertures are provided on the ground plug ( 410 ) with intervals along the vertical direction. 
     
     
         13 . The portable beach sunshade tent according to  claim 1 , wherein one side of the sunshade canopy ( 100 ) is sewn with a strip-shaped edging ( 110 ), and a connecting aperture is formed within the edging ( 110 ), and a mounting opening is provided in the middle of the edging ( 110 ); the vertical support rod ( 200 ) passes through the mounting opening and is connected to the transverse support rod ( 300 ).
