Drink pouch

Abstract

A drink pouch includes an outer bag and an inner bag. The inner bag is floatingly disposed in the outer bag. The inner bag contains at least one brewable substance. A porous structure is formed on a surface of the inner bag. Water is able to be filled in the outer bag and brew the at least one brewable substance in the inner bag through the porous structure to form a beverage.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A drink pouch comprising:
 an outer bag; and   an inner bag floatingly disposed in the outer bag, the inner bag containing at least one brewable substance, a porous structure being formed on a surface of the inner bag;   wherein water is able to be filled in the outer bag and brew the at least one brewable substance in the inner bag through the porous structure to form a beverage.   
     
     
         2 . The drink pouch of  claim 1 , further comprising a capsule disposed in the outer bag, wherein the capsule contains a flavoring agent, and the capsule is able to be pressed and ruptured to release the flavoring agent, such that the beverage is mixed with the flavoring agent. 
     
     
         3 . The drink pouch of  claim 2 , wherein the outer bag has a restraining structure inside, and the restraining structure restrains the capsule from moving. 
     
     
         4 . The drink pouch of  claim 1 , further comprising a capsule disposed in the inner bag, wherein the capsule contains a flavoring agent, and the capsule is able to be pressed and ruptured to release the flavoring agent, such that the beverage is mixed with the flavoring agent. 
     
     
         5 . The drink pouch of  claim 4 , wherein a body of the capsule is larger than a pore diameter of the porous structure. 
     
     
         6 . The drink pouch of  claim 1 , wherein the at least one brewable substance comprises tea leaves and/or milk powder. 
     
     
         7 . The drink pouch of  claim 1 , further comprising an accessory, wherein the accessory contains at least one ingredient, and the at least one ingredient is able to be added to the outer bag from the accessory, such that the beverage is mixed with the at least one ingredient. 
     
     
         8 . The drink pouch of  claim 7 , wherein the accessory is connected to a side of the outer bag. 
     
     
         9 . The drink pouch of  claim 7 , wherein the at least one ingredient comprises tapioca balls. 
     
     
         10 . The drink pouch of  claim 1 , wherein the outer bag comprises an opening and a lid, and the lid is detachably disposed on the opening.
