Abstract
A scoop holder assembly for inhibiting a scoop from being buried in a powdered nutritional supplement includes a block that is attachable to a lid of a container for powdered nutritional supplement. A channel is integrated into the block and the channel is exposed when the block is attached to the lid. A peg is slidable into the channel in the block for mounting the peg to the lid. A slot is integrated into the peg thereby facilitating the slot to insertably receive a handle of a scoop to facilitate the scoop to be accessible for a user.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedI claim:
1 . A scoop holder assembly for holding a scoop for a powdered nutritional supplement on a lid of a container, said assembly comprising:
a block being attachable to a lid of a container for powdered nutritional supplement, said block having a channel integrated into said block, said channel being exposed when said block is attached to said lid; and a peg being slidable into said channel in said block for mounting said peg to said lid, said peg having a slot being integrated into said peg thereby facilitating said slot to insertably receive a handle of a scoop wherein said peg is configured to facilitate said scoop to be accessible for a user.
2 . The assembly according to claim 1 , wherein:
said block has a lower surface, an upper surface and an outer surface extending between said lower surface and said upper surface, said outer surface having a front side and a back side; said channel extends through said front side toward said back side, said channel being centrally located along said front side, said channel having a terminal end being rounded; and said block has an opening extending through said lower surface and into said channel, said opening extending from said front side of said outer surface toward said terminal end of said channel, said opening having a width being less than a width of said channel, said opening having a terminal end being rounded.
3 . The assembly according to claim 2 , further comprising:
an adhesive layer being applied to said upper surface of said block having said adhesive layer completely covering said upper surface, an exposed surface of said adhesive layer adhering to a bottom surface of said lid of said container; and a protective sheet being removably applied to an exposed surface of said adhesive layer to inhibit said exposed surface from being adhered, said protective sheet completely covering said exposed surface.
4 . The assembly according to claim 2 , wherein:
said peg has a head and a stem extending away from said head, said stem having a distal end with respect to said head; said slot extends through said distal end of said stem toward said head, said slot extending outwardly through an outside surface of said stem; said head is slidable into said channel in said block having said stem extending outwardly through said opening in said block such that a lower surface of said head abuts a threshold between said channel and said opening thereby inhibiting said peg from falling out of said channel when said lid is attached to said container; and said head abuts said terminal end of said channel and said stem abuts said terminal end of said opening when said peg is fully seated in said channel.
5 . A scoop holder assembly for holding a scoop for a powdered nutritional supplement on a lid of a container, said assembly comprising:
a block being attachable to a lid of a container of a powdered nutritional supplement, said block having a channel integrated into said block, said channel being exposed when said block is attached to said lid, said block having a lower surface, an upper surface and an outer surface extending between said lower surface and said upper surface, said outer surface having a front side and a back side, said channel extending through said front side toward said back side, said channel being centrally located along said front side, said channel having a terminal end being rounded, said block having an opening extending through said lower surface and into said channel, said opening extending from said front side of said outer surface toward said terminal end of said channel, said opening having a width being less than a width of said channel, said opening having a terminal end being rounded; an adhesive layer being applied to said upper surface of said block having said adhesive layer completely covering said upper surface, an exposed surface of said adhesive layer adhering to a bottom surface of said lid of said container; a protective sheet being removably applied to an exposed surface of said adhesive layer to inhibit said exposed surface from being adhered, said protective sheet completely covering said exposed surface; and a peg being slidable into said channel in said block for mounting said peg to said lid, said peg having a slot being integrated into said peg thereby facilitating said slot to insertably receive a handle of a scoop wherein said peg is configured to facilitate said scoop to be accessible for a user, said peg having a head and a stem extending away from said head, said stem having a distal end with respect to said head, said slot extending through said distal end of said stem toward said head, said slot extending outwardly through an outside surface of said stem, said head being slidable into said channel in said block having said stem extending outwardly through said opening in said block such that a lower surface of said head abuts a threshold between said channel and said opening thereby inhibiting said peg from falling out of said channel when said lid is attached to said container, said head abutting said terminal end of said channel and said stem abutting said terminal end of said opening when said peg is fully seated in said channel.
6 . A scoop holder system for holding a scoop for a powdered nutritional supplement on a lid of a container, said assembly comprising:
a container which contains a powdered nutritional supplement; a lid being removably attachable to said container, said lid having a bottom surface; a block being attachable to said lid, said block having a channel integrated into said block, said channel being exposed when said block is attached to said lid, said block having a lower surface, an upper surface and an outer surface extending between said lower surface and said upper surface, said outer surface having a front side and a back side, said channel extending through said front side toward said back side, said channel being centrally located along said front side, said channel having a terminal end being rounded, said block having an opening extending through said lower surface and into said channel, said opening extending from said front side of said outer surface toward said terminal end of said channel, said opening having a width being less than a width of said channel, said opening having a terminal end being rounded; an adhesive layer being applied to said upper surface of said block having said adhesive layer completely covering said upper surface, an exposed surface of said adhesive layer adhering to said bottom surface of said lid; a protective sheet being removably applied to an exposed surface of said adhesive layer to inhibit said exposed surface from being adhered, said protective sheet completely covering said exposed surface; and a peg being slidable into said channel in said block for mounting said peg to said lid, said peg having a slot being integrated into said peg thereby facilitating said slot to insertably receive a handle of a scoop wherein said peg is configured to facilitate said scoop to be accessible for a user, said peg having a head and a stem extending away from said head, said stem having a distal end with respect to said head, said slot extending through said distal end of said stem toward said head, said slot extending outwardly through an outside surface of said stem, said head being slidable into said channel in said block having said stem extending outwardly through said opening in said block such that a lower surface of said head abuts a threshold between said channel and said opening thereby inhibiting said peg from falling out of said channel when said lid is attached to said container, said head abutting said terminal end of said channel and said stem abutting said terminal end of said opening when said peg is fully seated in said channel.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
