Abstract

A Bimini top frame system is provided which is engageable to the gunwales of a water craft to provide support for a cover, such as a Bimini top on a water craft. The frame is adjustable for both width and height, and rotation of side supports will tilt the engaged fabric cover to change the shaded area provided thereby.
