Abstract
A tennis stroke training tool includes a wrist band; a resilient tether; and a waist band. The wrist band has ends with mating fasteners that secure the band around a player's wrist. Midway along the wrist band, a ring is stitched within a fabric loop, the ring carrying a snap hook. The tether has posts with holes at each end. The wrist snap hook attaches to one of the posts. The waist band has mating fasteners that secure around the player's waist. A ring within a fabric loop is stitched to an edge of the waist band and carries a snap hook which is attached to the second post.
