Abstract

The present disclosure relates to a leak-proof vessel for storing fluid that comprises a cylindrical body for storing a fluid. The cylindrical body includes a neck portion, which includes a threaded interior surface that enables seamless sealing with a threaded exterior surface of an inner lid. The inner lid comprises a disk plate with an orifice and an air vent, wherein one or more grooves are formed on an interior surface of the inner lid. Further the leak-proof vessel comprises an outer lid including one or more locking elements, wherein the one or more locking elements interlock with the one or more grooves to firmly engage the inner lid with the outer lid. Further, a base aperture securely holds the outer lid within the base aperture, for providing a hands-free experience to a user.

1 . A leak-proof vessel for storing fluid, comprising:
 a cylindrical body for storing a fluid, wherein the cylindrical body includes a neck portion;   the neck portion includes a threaded interior surface that enables a seamless sealing with a threaded exterior surface of an inner lid;   the inner lid comprises a disk plate with an orifice and an air vent, wherein one or more protrusions are formed on a portion of an interior surface of the inner lid, wherein the one or more protrusions are discontinuous and extend only along part of the interior surface of the inner lid;   an outer lid comprises one or more locking elements secured on an interior surface of the outer lid, wherein each locking element of the one or more locking elements corresponds with a protrusion of the one or more protrusions and interlock to firmly engage the inner lid with the outer lid, wherein the one or more locking elements are discontinuous and extend only along part of the interior surface of the outer lid; and   a base aperture formed on a bottom portion of the cylindrical body which accommodates a magnetic element that securely holds the outer lid within the base aperture, wherein the outer lid is oriented such that the interior surface of the outer lid is contained within the base aperture and wherein the outer lid when secured within the base aperture extends below the bottom portion of the cylindrical body forming an insulative layer between the cylindrical body and a vessel resting surface.   
     
     
         2 . The leak-proof vessel for storing fluid of  claim 1 , wherein the cylindrical body is insulated. 
     
     
         3 . The leak-proof vessel for storing fluid of  claim 1 , wherein the neck portion is a narrower and more elevated portion of the cylindrical body, wherein the elevated portion has a height ranging from approximately 4 mm to approximately 5 mm. 
     
     
         4 . The leak-proof vessel for storing fluid of  claim 1 , wherein the threaded interior surface of the neck portion comprises a series of helical ridges, forming a spiral pattern. 
     
     
         5 . The leak-proof vessel for storing fluid of  claim 1 , wherein the inner lid is made of a plastic material. 
     
     
         6 . The leak-proof vessel for storing fluid of  claim 1 , wherein the outer lid is made of a metal. 
     
     
         7 . The leak-proof vessel for storing fluid of  claim 1 , wherein the leak-proof vessel has a height ranging from approximately 160 mm to approximately 170 mm. 
     
     
         8 . The leak-proof vessel for storing fluid of  claim 1 , wherein the outer lid has a height ranging from approximately 20 mm to approximately 30 mm. 
     
     
         9 . The leak-proof vessel for storing fluid of  claim 1 , wherein the inner lid has a height ranging from approximately 22 mm to approximately 26 mm. 
     
     
         10 . The leak-proof vessel for storing fluid of  claim 1 , wherein the outer lid and the inner lid are fabricated with one or more tactile grip portions respectively to provide an enhanced and comfortable grip for the user. 
     
     
         11 . The leak-proof vessel for storing fluid of  claim 1 , wherein the one or more locking elements interlock with the one or more protrusions to firmly engage the inner lid with the outer lid, accompanied by a mechanical click sound, indicating a successful and secure closure. 
     
     
         12 . The leak-proof vessel for storing fluid of  claim 1 , wherein the one or more protrusions are three equally spaced protrusions at an equidistance ranging from approximately 20 mm to approximately 22 mm from each other on the interior surface of the inner lid. 
     
     
         13 . The leak-proof vessel for storing fluid of  claim 1 , wherein the one or more locking elements are secured at an angle ranging from approximately 2.5 degree to approximately 3 degrees away from a diameter of the outer lid. 
     
     
         14 . The leak-proof vessel for storing fluid of  claim 1 , wherein the base aperture holds the outer lid for protecting the bottom portion of the cylindrical body and the outer lid from damage and potential exposure to one or more undesirable substances. 
     
     
         15 . The leak-proof vessel for storing fluid of  claim 1 , wherein the base aperture securely holds the outer lid which serves as a coaster. 
     
     
         16 . The leak-proof vessel for storing fluid of  claim 1 , wherein the base aperture includes a depth ranging from approximately 17 mm to approximately 20 mm. 
     
     
         17 . The leak-proof vessel for storing fluid of  claim 1  comprises a first gasket is configured to fill a space between the threaded interior surface of the neck portion and the threaded exterior surface of the inner lid. 
     
     
         18 . The leak-proof vessel for storing fluid of  claim 1  comprises a second gasket is configured to fill a space between the interior surface of the inner lid and the exterior surface of the outer lid. 
     
     
         19 . The leak-proof vessel for storing fluid of  claim 1 , wherein the leak-proof vessel is painted with a ceramic powder coating. 
     
     
         20 . A leak-proof vessel for storing fluid, comprising:
 a cylindrical body configured to store a fluid, the cylindrical body having a neck portion with a threaded interior surface;   an inner lid comprising:
 a disk plate with an orifice and an air vent, 
 one or more protrusions formed on an interior surface of the inner lid, and 
 a threaded exterior surface configured to engage with the threaded interior surface of the neck portion, forming a seal between the inner lid and the cylindrical body; 
   an outer lid comprising one or more locking elements on an interior surface of the outer lid, wherein the locking elements are configured to interlock with the one or more protrusions of the inner lid to firmly engage the inner lid with the outer lid; and   a base aperture formed on a bottom portion of the cylindrical body, the base aperture configured to securely hold the outer lid within the base aperture when the outer lid is not in use;   wherein the outer lid is oriented such that the interior surface of the outer lid is contained within the base aperture; and   wherein the outer lid when secured within the base aperture extends below the bottom portion of the cylindrical body forming an insulative layer between the cylindrical body and a vessel resting surface.
