Abstract

A nail treatment kit for preventing recently applied nail polish from transferring to external surfaces includes a nail polish drying substance is configured to absorb solvents in the nail polish and evaporate more readily than the solvents of the nail polish. A sleeve has an open rear end and a closed front end. The sleeve also has a size such that the sleeve is configured for receiving the plurality of toenails and a plurality of toes of the foot through the open rear end. The sleeve comprises a fluid impermeable material such that the sleeve is configured to inhibit the nail polish from permeating the sleeve. The fluid impermeable material is flexible such that the fluid impermeable material is configured to conform to an exterior of the foot.

I claim: 
     
         1 . A nail treatment kit for preventing nail polish which has been applied to a plurality of toenails of a foot from transferring to external surfaces, the kit comprising:
 a nail polish drying substance being configured to absorb solvents in the nail polish and evaporate more readily than the solvents of the nail polish; and   a sleeve having an open rear end and a closed front end, the sleeve having a size such that the sleeve is configured for receiving the plurality of toenails and a plurality of toes of the foot through the open rear end, the sleeve comprising a fluid impermeable material such that the sleeve is configured to inhibit the nail polish from permeating the sleeve, the fluid impermeable material being flexible such that the fluid impermeable material is configured to conform to an exterior of the foot.   
     
     
         2 . The kit of  claim 1 , wherein the nail polish drying substance comprises tea tree oil. 
     
     
         3 . The kit of  claim 1 , wherein the nail polish drying substance comprises tea Vitamin E. 
     
     
         4 . The kit of  claim 1 , wherein the nail polish drying substance comprises tea a mineral oil. 
     
     
         5 . The kit of  claim 1 , further comprising a spray bottle containing the nail polish drying substance, the spray bottle being operable to diffusely spray the nail polish drying substance onto the nail polish. 
     
     
         6 . The kit of  claim 1 , wherein the size of the sleeve is such that the sleeve is configured to extend from the toes to a plurality of metatarsophalangeal joints of the foot. 
     
     
         7 . The kit of  claim 1 , further comprising a cuticle oil coating a front portion of an inner surface of the sleeve, the cuticle oil being configured for moisturizing a plurality of nail beds of the foot. 
     
     
         8 . The kit of  claim 1 , further comprising an adhesive coating a rear portion of the inner surface of the sleeve, the adhesive being configured for removably adhering to the foot to form a seal between the sleeve and the foot. 
     
     
         9 . The kit of  claim 8 , further comprising a shielding strip being removably coupled to the adhesive, the shielding strip being configured for preventing the adhesive from adhering to a surface. 
     
     
         10 . A nail treatment kit for preventing nail polish which has been applied to a plurality of toenails of a foot from transferring to external surfaces, the kit comprising:
 a nail polish drying substance being configured to absorb solvents in the nail polish and evaporate more readily than the solvents of the nail polish, the nail polish drying substance comprising tea tree oil, Vitamin E, and a mineral oil;   a spray bottle containing the nail polish drying substance, the spray bottle being operable to diffusely spray the nail polish drying substance onto the nail polish;   a sleeve having an open rear end and a closed front end, the sleeve having a size such that the sleeve is configured for receiving the plurality of toenails and a plurality of toes of the foot through the open rear end, the sleeve comprising a fluid impermeable material such that the sleeve is configured to inhibit the nail polish from permeating the sleeve, the fluid impermeable material being flexible such that the fluid impermeable material is configured to conform to an exterior of the foot, the size of the sleeve being such that the sleeve is configured to extend from the toes to a plurality of metatarsophalangeal joints of the foot;   a cuticle oil coating a front portion of an inner surface of the sleeve, the cuticle oil being configured for moisturizing a plurality of nail beds of the foot;   an adhesive coating a rear portion of the inner surface of the sleeve, the adhesive being configured for removably adhering to the foot to form a seal between the sleeve and the foot; and   a shielding strip being removably coupled to the adhesive, the shielding strip being configured for preventing the adhesive from adhering to a surface.   
     
     
         11 . A method of preventing nail polish which has been applied to a plurality of toenails of a foot from transferring to external surfaces, the method comprising:
 depositing a nail polish drying substance onto the plurality of toenails; and   inserting the plurality of toenails and a plurality of toes of the foot into an open rear end of a sleeve, wherein the sleeve has a closed front end, wherein the sleeve is fluid impermeable such that the sleeve inhibits the nail polish from permeating the sleeve.   
     
     
         12 . The method of  claim 11 , further comprising positioning the plurality of toenails against a cuticle oil which coats a front portion of an inner surface of the sleeve. 
     
     
         13 . The method of  claim 11 , further comprising adhering a rear portion of the inner surface of the sleeve to the foot to form a seal between the sleeve and the foot. 
     
     
         14 . The method of  claim 11 , further comprising inserting the foot and the sleeve into an article of footwear, whereby the sleeve prevents the nail polish from transferring from the plurality of toenails to the article of footwear.
