Abstract

The present invention discloses a hybrid wearable garment designed to integrate the comfort and flexibility of leggings with the refined elegance of hosiery. The garment comprises a top portion made from breathable and flexible materials, covering the waist and upper leg or mid-thigh area of the wearer. The top portion is seamlessly fused with a bottom portion resembling hosiery, extending to cover the foot of the wearer. A transitive seam joins the top portion and bottom portion, offering customizable fit options. Further, the garment includes a sock portion for additional comfort and moisture-wicking properties. This innovative design caters to diverse fashion preferences, providing a versatile solution suitable for both casual and formal occasions.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A hybrid wearable garment, the hybrid wearable garment comprises of:
 a top portion; and   a bottom portion;   wherein the top portion comprises breathable and flexible material and the bottom portion comprises of pantyhose or tights;   wherein the top and the bottom portions fused along a transitive seam;   wherein the transitive seam is disposed horizontally along a length of the garment.   
     
     
         2 . The hybrid wearable garment as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the top portion comprises customized supportive panels and/or waistbands configured to provide comfort and support to a baby bump. 
     
     
         3 . The hybrid wearable garment as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the transitive seam is removably coupled by means of hook and loop enclosure, button, snap fit closure, string ties. 
     
     
         4 . The hybrid wearable garment as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the top portion configured to include pattern, seams, material, and colour. 
     
     
         5 . The hybrid wearable garment as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the materials of the top portion are adjusted to optimize characteristics such as flexibility, comfort and thickness. 
     
     
         6 . The hybrid wearable garment as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the top portion comprises a legging style-garment that is constructed from nylon, spandex or other such suitable material. 
     
     
         7 . The hybrid wearable garment as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the top portion extends from waist to upper thigh or mid-thigh or knee area. 
     
     
         8 . The hybrid wearable garment as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the bottom portion extends from lower thigh down to cover the foot and is seamless. 
     
     
         9 . The hybrid wearable garment as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the bottom portion includes nylon or other such material to provide elegant, stylish and modest appearance to the wearer. 
     
     
         10 . The hybrid wearable garment as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the bottom portion comprises a hosiery style garment. 
     
     
         11 . The hybrid wearable garment as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the transitive seam is positioned above the wearer's knee. 
     
     
         12 . The hybrid wearable garment as claimed in  claim 1 , further comprising a sock portion fused along the one or more lower seams, covering the foot of the wearer. 
     
     
         13 . The hybrid wearable garment as claimed in  claim 12 , wherein the sock portion comprised of moisture-wicking material. 
     
     
         14 . The hybrid wearable garment as claimed in  claim 12 , wherein the sock portion variably adjusts in length from ankle bone to mid-calf, catering to different footwear styles for optimal comfort and appearance. 
     
     
         15 . The hybrid wearable garment as claimed in  claim 12 , wherein the sock portion allows seamless pairing with various types of footwear such as low rise boots or sneakers. 
     
     
         16 . A hybrid wearable garment, the hybrid wearable garment comprises of:
 a top portion;   a bottom portion; and   a customized supportive panels and/or waistbands configured to provide comfort and support to a baby bump;   wherein the top portion comprises breathable and flexible material and the bottom portion comprises of pantyhose or tights;   wherein the top and the bottom portions fused along a transitive seam;   wherein the transitive seam is disposed horizontally along a length of the garment.   
     
     
         17 . The hybrid wearable garment as claimed in  claim 16 , further comprising a sock portion fused along the one or more lower seams, covering the foot of the wearer, and configured of moisture-wicking material. 
     
     
         18 . A hybrid wearable garment, the hybrid wearable garment comprises of:
 a top portion;   a bottom portion;   a customized supportive panels or waistbands configured to support a baby bump; and   a sock portion;   wherein the top portion comprises breathable and flexible material and the bottom portion comprises of pantyhose or tights;   wherein the top and the bottom portions fused along a transitive seam;   wherein the transitive seam is disposed horizontally along a length of the garment;   wherein the sock portion is fused to the bottom portion via a lower seam, covering the foot of the wearer.   
     
     
         19 . The hybrid wearable garment as claimed in  claim 18 , wherein the sock portion extends to the mid-calf. 
     
     
         20 . The hybrid wearable garment as claimed in  claim 18 , wherein the lower seam is configured to be disposed of to traverse the circumference of the wearer's ankle.
