Phosphorescent Smoking Paper Device

Abstract

A phosphorescent smoking paper device is provided. The device is comprised of a phosphorescent smoking paper device. The device is comprised of at least one phosphorescent indicia that allows a user to easily identify smoking and lighting ends of a smoking product (such as, but not limited to, a cigarette, cigar, etc.,) in low light conditions.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A phosphorescent smoking paper device comprising:
 a cigarette body comprised of a first end comprised of a smoking paper and a second end comprised of a tipping paper, the tipping paper comprised of a first phosphorescent indicia.   
     
     
         2 . The phosphorescent smoking paper device of  claim 1 , wherein the tipping paper adhesively attaches to the smoking paper. 
     
     
         3 . The phosphorescent smoking paper device of  claim 1 , wherein the tipping paper is inseparably attached to the smoking paper. 
     
     
         4 . The phosphorescent smoking paper device of  claim 1 , wherein the tipping paper is comprised of an opening. 
     
     
         5 . The phosphorescent smoking paper device of  claim 1 , wherein the first phosphorescent indicia glows a color. 
     
     
         6 . The phosphorescent smoking paper device of  claim 1 , wherein the first phosphorescent indicia is comprised of a ring, a pattern, a symbol, a shape, a design, a logo, a letter, a number, or a word. 
     
     
         7 . The phosphorescent smoking paper device of  claim 1 , wherein the smoking paper is comprised of a second phosphorescent indicia. 
     
     
         8 . The phosphorescent smoking paper device of  claim 7 , wherein the second phosphorescent indicia is comprised of a ring, a pattern, a symbol, a shape, a design, a logo, a letter, a number, or a word. 
     
     
         9 . The phosphorescent smoking paper device of  claim 8 , wherein a size, a color, or a type of a first phosphorescent indicia differs from a size, a color, or a type of the second phosphorescent indicia. 
     
     
         10 . A phosphorescent smoking paper device comprising:
 a smoking paper body comprised of a first end comprised of a first phosphorescent indicia.   
     
     
         11 . The phosphorescent smoking paper device of  claim 10 , wherein the smoking paper body is comprised of a cigarette body, a joint body, or a cigar body. 
     
     
         12 . The phosphorescent smoking paper device of  claim 10 , wherein the first phosphorescent indicia glows a color. 
     
     
         13 . The phosphorescent smoking paper device of  claim 10 , wherein the first phosphorescent indicia is comprised of a ring, a pattern, a symbol, a shape, a design, a logo, a letter, a number, or a word. 
     
     
         14 . The phosphorescent smoking paper device of  claim 10 , wherein a second end of the smoking paper body is comprised of a second phosphorescent indicia. 
     
     
         15 . The phosphorescent smoking paper device of  claim 14 , wherein the second phosphorescent indicia is comprised of a ring, a pattern, a symbol, a shape, a design, a logo, a letter, a number, or a word. 
     
     
         16 . A method of using a phosphorescent smoking paper device, the method comprising the following steps:
 providing a phosphorescent smoking paper device comprised of a cigarette body comprised of a first end comprised of a smoking paper and second end comprised of a tipping paper, the tipping paper comprised of an indicia;   exposing the cigarette body to a light;   viewing the indicia in a low light environment to determine whether to light the first end or the second end of the cigarette body; and   lighting the first end and smoking from the second end after observing the indicia is not present on the first end.   
     
     
         17 . The method of using a phosphorescent smoking paper device of  claim 16 , wherein the indicia is comprised of a phosphorescent indicia. 
     
     
         18 . The phosphorescent smoking paper device of  claim 17 , wherein the indicia glows a color. 
     
     
         19 . The phosphorescent smoking paper device of  claim 18 , wherein the indicia is comprised of a ring, a pattern, a symbol, a shape, a design, a logo, a letter, a number, or a word. 
     
     
         20 . The phosphorescent smoking paper device of  claim 16 , wherein the tipping paper is comprised of an opening.
