Abstract
The fixing device (15) for fixing profile elements (11) of walk-in closets (10) and furniture in general to a support wall (12) comprises a base body (16) fixable to a support wall (12), and a connecting member (17) adjustably fixed to said base body (16) and connectable to a profile element (11) of a walk-in closet (10); the fixing device (15) comprises a retaining device (23; 31, 32) conformed and arranged to retain the fixing device (15) along the profile element (11).
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . Fixing device ( 15 ) for fixing profile elements ( 11 ) of walk-in closets ( 10 ) and furniture in general to a support wall ( 12 ), the fixing device ( 15 ) comprising:
a base body ( 16 ) fixable to a support wall ( 12 ), and a connecting member ( 17 ) adjustably fixed to said base body ( 16 ), the connecting member ( 17 ) being connectable to a profile element ( 11 ) of a walk-in closet ( 10 ), characterized by comprising a retaining device ( 23 ; 31 , 32 ) conformed and arranged to retain the fixing device ( 15 ) along the profile element ( 11 ).
2 . Fixing device ( 15 ) according to claim 1 , characterized in that said retaining device comprises at least a movable retaining element biased to be engageable with a part of the profile element ( 11 ).
3 . Fixing device ( 15 ) according to claim 2 , characterized in that said retaining device comprises a retaining element conformed as a leaf spring ( 23 ) arranged on a side of the base body ( 16 ) in order to be facing towards the profile element ( 11 ).
4 . Fixing device ( 15 ) according to claim 3 , characterized in that said leaf spring ( 23 ) comprises a central part ( 23 ′) fixable to the base body ( 16 ) and at least a movable elastic arm ( 23 ″), preferentially a first and a second movable elastic arm ( 23 ″) extending on opposite sides of the central part ( 23 ′) in such a way to be arranged substantially parallel to the longitudinal axis along which the profile element ( 11 ) extends.
5 . Fixing device ( 15 ) according to claim 4 , characterized in that said elastic arms ( 23 ″) of the leaf spring ( 23 ), in a mounting condition of the fixing device ( 15 ) on the profile element ( 11 ), are moved and elastically deformed against the profile element ( 11 ) in order to generate a retaining force by friction.
6 . Fixing device ( 15 ) according to claim 4 , characterized in that the leaf spring ( 23 ) has an Omega shape with the arms ( 23 ″) extending towards the profile element ( 11 ).
7 . Fixing device ( 15 ) according to claim 2 , characterized in that the retaining device comprises at least a first and a second elastically yieldable retaining element ( 31 , 32 ) extending substantially parallel and spaced apart each other from the base body ( 16 ) for engaging with and/or for embracing opposite side walls ( 27 ) of the profile element ( 11 ).
8 . Fixing device ( 15 ) according to claim 7 , characterized in that the retaining elements ( 31 , 32 ) are conformed as elastic arms made by an elastically yieldable material.
9 . Fixing device ( 15 ) according to claim 1 , characterized by comprising at least an anti-rotation guide element ( 26 ) extending from the base body ( 16 ) for moving and/or sliding longitudinally along side walls ( 27 ) of the profile element ( 11 ).
10 . Fixing device ( 15 ) according to claim 2 , characterized in that the retaining device comprises at least one retaining element movably connected to the base body ( 16 ) of the fixing device and biased by separated elastic or magnetic biasing means to be engageable with the profile element ( 11 ).Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
