Multipurpose Wearable Liquid-Absorbent Sleeve for Personal Care Applications

Abstract

A multipurpose wearable liquid-absorbent sleeve prevents liquids, such as water, cleansers, moisturizers, and other personal care products, from running down the arms and onto clothing or lower body parts during their application. The multipurpose wearable liquid-absorbent sleeve comprises a body having a transverse passage forming an accommodation space through the multipurpose wearable liquid-absorbent sleeve. The body is configured to be worn around the forearm of a user. The body comprises an outer layer and an inner layer. The outer layer is configured to optionally be infused with moisturizers, scents, or other personal care substances. The inner layer is configured to absorb the liquids that run down the user's palm during upward hand movements. The multipurpose wearable liquid-absorbent sleeve is further configured with a fastening assembly.

The claimed invention is: 
     
         1 . A multipurpose wearable liquid-absorbent sleeve, comprising:
 a body having a transverse passage forming an accommodation space,   wherein the body is configured to be worn around forearm of a user, wherein the body comprises:
 an outer layer; and 
 an inner layer configured to absorb liquids that run down user's palm during upward hand movements while washing user's face or moisturizing with an applicant; and 
   a fastening assembly disposed between the inner layer and the outer layer, wherein the fastening assembly is configured to secure the multipurpose wearable liquid-absorbent sleeve around the forearm or the upper wrist of the user,   whereby the multipurpose wearable liquid-absorbent sleeve prevents the liquids from running down the forearm of during the upward hand movements for either washing or moisturizing the user's face.   
     
     
         2 . The multipurpose wearable liquid-absorbent sleeve of  claim 1 , wherein the inner layer is made of a thick absorbent material that comprises at least one of microfiber, foam, terry, sponge, any synthetic materials, and natural materials. 
     
     
         3 . The multipurpose wearable liquid-absorbent sleeve of  claim 1 , wherein the outer layer is configured to optionally be infused with moisturizers, scents, or other personal care substances. 
     
     
         4 . The multipurpose wearable liquid-absorbent sleeve of  claim 1 , wherein the outer layer made of a thinner material that comprises at least one of fabric-based materials, synthetic materials and natural materials. 
     
     
         5 . The multipurpose wearable liquid-absorbent sleeve of  claim 1 , wherein the liquids comprise at least one of water, face washes, cleansers, moisturizer and personal care substances. 
     
     
         6 . The multipurpose wearable liquid-absorbent sleeve of  claim 1 , wherein the fastening assembly comprises at least one or a combination of one or more Velcro, one or more elastic bands, snap fasteners, zippers, magnetic fasteners, and other similar fasteners. 
     
     
         7 . The multipurpose wearable liquid-absorbent sleeve of  claim 1 , wherein the body is made of an elastic structure. 
     
     
         8 . The multipurpose wearable liquid-absorbent sleeve of  claim 1 , wherein the body is integrally attached to a hanger member, which is configured to facilitate the suspension of the body on a vertical surface for drying. 
     
     
         9 . The multipurpose wearable liquid-absorbent sleeve of  claim 1 , wherein the thickness of the inner layer is selected to maximize liquid retention while maintaining user comfort. 
     
     
         10 . The multipurpose wearable liquid-absorbent sleeve of  claim 1 , wherein the multipurpose wearable liquid-absorbent sleeve is available in various sizes to accommodate different users' needs. 
     
     
         11 . The multipurpose wearable liquid-absorbent sleeve of  claim 1 , wherein the tubular structure is designed to cover a substantial portion of the forearm, providing extended protection against liquid runoff. 
     
     
         12 . The multipurpose wearable liquid-absorbent sleeve of  claim 1 , wherein the multipurpose wearable liquid-absorbent sleeve includes reinforcement stitching at the edges to enhance durability and prevent fraying over time. 
     
     
         13 . A multipurpose wearable liquid-absorbent sleeve, comprising:
 a tubular elastic body having a transverse passage forming an accommodation space through the multipurpose wearable liquid-absorbent sleeve,   wherein the tubular elastic body is configured to be worn around forearm of a user,   wherein the tubular elastic body includes:
 an inner layer made of a thick absorbent material, which is adapted to capture and hold liquids that run down user's palm during upward hand movements; and 
 an outer layer made of a thinner material, which is adapted to being optionally infused with moisturizers, scents, or other personal care substances; 
   a hanger member integrally attached to the tubular elastic body configured to facilitate the suspension of the tubular elastic body on a vertical surface for drying; and   a fastening assembly disposed between the inner layer and the outer layer, wherein the fastening assembly is configured to fasten the multipurpose wearable liquid-absorbent sleeve around the forearm or the upper wrist of the user,   whereby the multipurpose wearable liquid-absorbent sleeve prevents the liquids from running down the forearm of during the upward hand movements for either washing or moisturizing user's face.   
     
     
         14 . The multipurpose wearable liquid-absorbent sleeve of  claim 13 , wherein the thick absorbent material comprises at least one of microfiber, foam, terry, sponge, any synthetic materials, and any natural materials. 
     
     
         15 . The multipurpose wearable liquid-absorbent sleeve of  claim 13 , wherein the thinner material comprises at least one of fabric-based materials, synthetic materials and natural materials. 
     
     
         16 . The multipurpose wearable liquid-absorbent sleeve of  claim 13 , wherein the liquids comprise at least one of water, face washes, cleansers, moisturizer and other personal care substances. 
     
     
         17 . The multipurpose wearable liquid-absorbent sleeve of  claim 13 , wherein the fastening assembly comprises at least one or a combination of one or more Velcro, one or more elastic bands, snap fasteners, zippers, magnetic fasteners, and other similar fasteners. 
     
     
         18 . The multipurpose wearable liquid-absorbent sleeve of  claim 13 , wherein the thickness of the inner layer is selected to maximize liquid retention while maintaining user comfort. 
     
     
         19 . The multipurpose wearable liquid-absorbent sleeve of  claim 13 , wherein the multipurpose wearable liquid-absorbent sleeve is available in various sizes to accommodate different users' needs. 
     
     
         20 . The multipurpose wearable liquid-absorbent sleeve of  claim 13 , wherein the tubular structure is designed to cover a substantial portion of the forearm, providing extended protection against liquid runoff.
