Quick release ignition apparatus and gas heating device

Abstract

Disclosed are a quick release ignition apparatus and a gas heating device. The quick release ignition apparatus includes an installation panel, a gas adjustment assembly and an ignition assembly. The gas adjustment assembly includes a control valve, an air inlet pipe group and an air outlet pipe group, the control valve is provided on the installation panel, the control valve includes an air inlet elbow and an air outlet elbow, the air inlet pipe group is detachably connected to the air inlet elbow, the outlet pipe group is detachably connected to the air outlet elbow, and the ignition assembly is provided on the installation panel.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A quick release ignition apparatus, applied for a gas heating device, comprising:
 an installation panel;   a gas adjustment assembly comprising a control valve, an air inlet pipe group and an air outlet pipe group, wherein the control valve is provided on the installation panel, the control valve comprises an air inlet elbow detachably connected to the air inlet pipe group and an air outlet elbow detachably connected to the outlet pipe group; and   an ignition assembly provided on the installation panel.   
     
     
         2 . The quick release ignition apparatus of  claim 1 , further comprising a protection shell, wherein the protection shell and the installation panel are enclosed to form a protection chamber, and the control valve and the ignition mechanism are provided in the protection chamber. 
     
     
         3 . The quick release ignition apparatus of  claim 2 , wherein one end of the air inlet elbow away from the control valve is exposed in the protection shell, and the air inlet pipe group comprises a second quick connector detachably connected to the air inlet elbow. 
     
     
         4 . The quick release ignition apparatus of  claim 2 , wherein one end of the air outlet elbow away from the control valve is exposed in the protection shell, and the air outlet pipe group comprises a second quick connector detachably connected to the air outlet elbow. 
     
     
         5 . The quick release ignition apparatus of  claim 1 , wherein the air inlet pipe group comprises a first quick connector, a first inlet pipe and a second inlet pipe, one end of the first inlet pipe away from the second inlet pipe is detachably connected to the air inlet elbow, the second inlet pipe is configured for connecting to an external gas source, and the first quick connector is configured for connecting the first inlet pipe and the second inlet pipe.

The quick release ignition apparatus of  claim 1 , wherein the air outlet pipe group comprises a first quick connector, a first outlet pipe, and a second outlet pipe, one end of the first outlet pipe away from the second outlet pipe is detachably connected to the air outlet elbow, one end of the second outlet pipe away from the first outlet pipe is configured for connecting to the combustion device of the gas heating apparatus, and the first quick connector is configured for connecting the first outlet pipe and the second outlet pipe.

The quick release ignition apparatus of  claim 1 , wherein the gas adjustment assembly further comprises an adjustment knob provided on a side of the installation panel away from the control valve, and the adjustment knob is configured to adjust and control the control valve. 
     
     
         8 . The quick release ignition apparatus of  claim 1 , wherein the ignition assembly comprises an ignition mechanism, a first wire and an ignition needle, the ignition mechanism is provided on the installation panel, one end of the first wire is connected to the ignition mechanism, and another end of the first wire is connected to the ignition needle. 
     
     
         9 . The quick release ignition apparatus of  claim 8 , wherein the ignition assembly further comprises an ignition button provided on one side of the installation panel away from the ignition mechanism, and the ignition button is configured to control the ignition mechanism. 
     
     
         10 . The quick release ignition apparatus of  claim 9 , further comprising:
 a cover plate hinged with the installation panel,   wherein the cover plate and the installation panel are enclosed to form an accommodation chamber, and the adjustment knob and the ignition button are provided in the accommodation chamber.   
     
     
         11 . The quick release ignition apparatus of  claim 1 , wherein the gas adjustment assembly further comprises a sensor needle and a second wire, one end of the second wire is connected to the control valve, and another end of the second wire is connected to the sensor needle. 
     
     
         12 . A gas heating device, comprising:
 the quick release ignition apparatus of  claim 1 ;   a combustion apparatus comprising a combustion pipe and an installation base plate, wherein the combustion pipe is provided on the installation base plate, the installation base plate is provided with a first via hole and a second via hole, and one end of the air outlet pipe group away from the air inlet elbow passes through the first via hole and is communicated with the combustion pipe; and   a gas collection hood covering the second via hole, wherein an installation plate is provided in the gas collection hood, and the installation plate is formed with a plurality of installation portions.
