Abstract
A blade fastener for a grinder according to the present invention includes: a fixing part configured to be screwed over a drive shaft for a grinder; a support part configured to be fitted over the lower portion of the fixing part and come into close contact with a blade for the grinder; a plurality of bearings configured to roll while rotating between the fixing part and the support part; and a fixing member configured to be installed in a lower portion of the fixing part and be caught on the support part.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A blade fastener for a grinder, the blade fastener comprising:
a fixing part ( 20 ) configured to be screwed over a drive shaft ( 13 ) for a grinder ( 10 ); a support part ( 30 ) configured to be fitted over a lower portion of the fixing part ( 20 ) and come into close contact with a blade ( 12 ) for the grinder ( 10 ); a plurality of bearings ( 40 ) configured to roll while rotating between the fixing part ( 20 ) and the support part ( 30 ); and a fixing member ( 50 ) configured to be installed in the lower portion of the fixing part ( 20 ) and be caught on the support part ( 30 ).
2 . The blade fastener of claim 1 , wherein a locking and unlocking guide portion ( 21 ) protruding upward and having an outside surface provided in a quadrangular, pentagonal, hexagonal, or polygonal shape is formed on an upper portion of the fixing part ( 20 ), and a fitting portion ( 22 ) configured to be inserted into the support part ( 30 ), a fixing groove ( 23 ) formed in an outer surface of the fitting portion ( 22 ) and configured to fix the fixing member ( 50 ), a rotation support groove ( 24 ) configured to support parts of surfaces of the bearings ( 40 ), and a screw hole ( 25 ) configured to be screwed into the drive shaft ( 13 ) are formed on the lower portion of the fixing part ( 20 ).
3 . The blade fastener of claim 1 , wherein the support part ( 30 ) includes a rotation guide groove ( 31 ) formed to correspond to a rotation support groove ( 24 ) of the fixing part ( 20 ), a fitting hole ( 32 ) configured such that a fitting portion ( 22 ) of the fixing part ( 20 ) is inserted thereinto, and a stop protrusion ( 33 ) configured to prevent the fixing part ( 20 ) from being separated by fixing the fixing member ( 50 ) coupled to a fixing groove ( 23 ).
4 . The blade fastener of claim 1 , wherein fastening guide depressions ( 26 ) configured to provide guiding through tightening and loosening via a spanner are formed on the fixing part ( 20 ).
5 . The blade fastener of claim 2 , wherein the support part ( 30 ) includes a rotation guide groove ( 31 ) formed to correspond to a rotation support groove ( 24 ) of the fixing part ( 20 ), a fitting hole ( 32 ) configured such that a fitting portion ( 22 ) of the fixing part ( 20 ) is inserted thereinto, and a stop protrusion ( 33 ) configured to prevent the fixing part ( 20 ) from being separated by fixing the fixing member ( 50 ) coupled to a fixing groove ( 23 ).Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
