Abstract
A heat exchanger includes: a plurality of heat transfer tubes, each of which extends in a first direction, arranged in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction; an upper header provided on an upper end of each of the plurality of heat transfer tubes and extending in the second direction; and a water guide covering a part of the upper header within a region of an angle formed by the first direction and a third direction orthogonal to the first direction and the second direction as viewed from a center of the upper header in the second direction, and guiding condensate generated on a surface of the upper header toward a position between the plurality of heat transfer tubes.

a plurality of heat transfer tubes, each of which extends in a first direction, arranged in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction; an upper header provided on an upper end of each of the plurality of heat transfer tubes and extending in the second direction; a water guide covering a part of the upper header within a region of an angle formed by the first direction and a third direction orthogonal to the first direction and the second direction as viewed from a center of the upper header in the second direction, and guiding condensate generated on a surface of the upper header toward a position between the plurality of heat transfer tubes; and a fin provided between the plurality of heat transfer tubes, the water guide being in contact with the fin.

4 . The heat exchanger of claim 1 , wherein
the plurality of heat transfer tubes are located with an inclination to a vertical direction, and the part of the upper header covered by the water guide is a lower part of the upper header.
5 . The heat exchanger of claim 1 , wherein the water guide has a comb-like shape inserted between the plurality of heat transfer tubes and being in contact with the fin at a lower end of the comb-like shape.
6 . The heat exchanger of claim 1 , wherein a surface of the water guide is a water-repellent surface, and a surface of the fin is a hydrophilic surface.
7 . A heat exchanger comprising:
a plurality of heat transfer tubes, each of which extends in a first direction, arranged in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction; an upper header provided on an upper end of each of the plurality of heat transfer tubes and extending in the second direction; a water guide covering a part of the upper header within a region of an angle formed by the first direction and a third direction orthogonal to the first direction and the second direction as viewed from a center of the upper header in the second direction, and guiding condensate generated on a surface of the upper header toward a position between the plurality of heat transfer tubes, the plurality of heat transfer tubes including a first-row heat transfer tube and a second-row heat transfer tube arranged along the third direction, the water guide extending toward an inter-row water guide hole between the first-row heat transfer tube and the second-row heat transfer tube.
8 . The heat exchanger of claim 1 , comprising a thermal-insulation treatment portion provided between the water guide and the upper header.
9 . The heat exchanger of claim 7 , comprising a thermal-insulation treatment portion provided between the water guide and the upper header.
10 . A heat exchanger comprising:
a plurality of heat transfer tubes, each of which extends in a first direction, arranged in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction; an upper header provided on an upper end of each of the plurality of heat transfer tubes and extending in the second direction; a water guide covering the upper header over an entire region of an angle formed by the first direction and a third direction orthogonal to the first direction and the second direction as viewed from a center of the upper header in the second direction, the water guide having one end portion positioned closer to the plurality of heat transfer tubes than is an other end portion of the water guide, the one end portion being positioned on an imaginary line extending in a positive direction of the first direction, or in an area between the imaginary line and an imaginary line extending in a negative direction of the third direction as viewed from the center of the upper header in the second direction; and a fin provided between the plurality of heat transfer tubes, the water guide being in contact with the fin.
11 . The heat exchanger of claim 10 , wherein
the plurality of heat transfer tubes are located with an inclination to a vertical direction, and the part of the upper header covered by the water guide is a lower part of the upper header.
12 . The heat exchanger of claim 10 , wherein the water guide has a comb-like shape inserted between the plurality of heat transfer tubes and being in contact with the fin at a lower end of the comb-like shape.
13 . The heat exchanger of claim 10 , wherein a surface of the water guide is a water-repellent surface, and a surface of the fin is a hydrophilic surface.
