Abstract
The present invention discloses a novel design of the height-adjustable travel pillow that provides head cushioning, and lateral support and stays in place when the user is in a seated position or semi-reclined. The travel pillow includes multiple height adjustments and space to use headphones, earbuds, and earphones that allow the user to achieve the desired height and comfort level to ensure maximum convenience and rest to the user.

The height adjustable travel pillow of claim 1 , wherein the height adjustment mechanism allows to adjust as per individual's own requirement and convenience level.
