Abstract
Provided is an atomization device of an electronic cigarette, which includes a housing, an atomization core assembly, a lower cover, and an intake distribution plate. An atomization chamber and an exhaust channel which are in communication with each other are formed in the housing. An inhalation port that is in communication with the exhaust channel is arranged at one end of the housing, and the other end of the housing is an open end. The atomization core assembly is disposed in the housing. The lower cover is covered on the open end, and an air intake channel is formed in the lower cover. Distribution holes are formed in the intake distribution plate, and the intake channel is in communication with the atomization chamber by the distribution holes. The air intake distribution plate is connected to an inner side of the lower cover and abutted against the intake channel.

1 . An atomization device of an electronic cigarette, comprising:
a housing, an atomization chamber and an exhaust channel being formed in the housing, the atomization chamber being in communication with the exhaust channel, an inhalation port is arranged at one end of the housing, the inhalation port being in communication with the exhaust channel, and another end of the housing being an open end; an atomization core assembly, the atomization core assembly being arranged in the housing; a lower cover, the lower cover being covered on the open end of the housing, an intake channel being formed at the lower cover; and an intake distribution plate, distribution holes being formed at the intake distribution plate, and the intake channel being in communication with the atomization chamber through the distribution holes; the intake distribution plate being connected to an inner side of the lower cover and abutted against the intake channel to prevent liquid leakage from the atomization chamber.

The atomization device of the electronic cigarette according to claim 1 , wherein locating posts are arranged at the lower cover, locating holes are formed at the intake distribution plate, and the locating posts are inserted into the locating holes, so that the intake distribution plate is capable of being detachably connected to the lower cover.

The atomization device of the electronic cigarette according to claim 2 , wherein the intake channel comprises an air inlet and an air outlet, the air inlet is in communication with an outside, and the air outlet is in communication with the atomization chamber, a plurality of locating posts are formed on the lower cover and distributed around the air outlet, and locating holes are formed at corresponding positions in the intake distribution plate.
4 . The atomization device of the electronic cigarette according to claim 1 , wherein the intake distribution plate and the lower cover are positioned through embedding of concave and convex structures.

The atomization device of the electronic cigarette according to claim 4 , wherein a locating groove is formed at a surface, facing the lower cover, of the intake distribution plate, and a boss portion is formed around a periphery of the intake channel at the lower cover, and the boss portion is embedded into the locating groove to connect the intake distribution plate with the periphery of the intake channel.
6 . The atomization device of the electronic cigarette according to claim 4 , wherein the intake distribution plate is in sealed connection with a periphery of the intake channel.

The atomization device of the electronic cigarette according to claim 1 , wherein a plug-in tube is arranged at a surface, facing the lower cover, of the intake distribution plate, the plug-in tube matches the intake channel in shape and size, and the plug-in tube is inserted into the intake channel.

The atomization device of the electronic cigarette according to claim 1 , further comprising a bracket, the bracket is connected between the exhaust channel and the atomization core assembly, and the bracket is in sealed connection with an inner wall of the housing; a flow channel is formed in the bracket, a first end of the flow channel is connected to the exhaust channel, a second end of the flow channel is connected to the atomization chamber; and a central axis of the flow channel is offset towards one side of the housing in a width direction of the housing relative to a central axis of the exhaust channel.

The atomization device of the electronic cigarette according to claim 8 , wherein the intake channel comprises an air inlet and an air outlet, the air inlet is in communication with an outside, and the air outlet is in communication with the atomization chamber, and the air outlet is offset towards another side of the housing in the width direction of the housing relative to the air inlet.

The atomization device of the electronic cigarette according to claim 9 , wherein the intake channel comprises a first channel and a second channel, a first end of the first channel is configured as the air inlet, a first end of the second channel is connected to a second end of the first channel, and a second end of the second channel is configured as the air outlet; and in the width direction, a central axis of the second channel is offset towards one side, away from the bracket, of the housing relative to a central axis of the first channel.

The atomization device of the electronic cigarette according to claim 10 , wherein the intake channel further comprises a third channel, the third channel is extended along the width direction, a first end of the third channel in the width direction is connected to the second end of the first channel, and a second end of the third channel in the width direction is connected to the first end of the second channel.
12 . The atomization device of the electronic cigarette according to claim 1 , wherein at least two distribution holes are formed in the intake distribution plate.
13 . The atomization device of the electronic cigarette according to claim 12 , wherein the intake channel comprises an air inlet and an air outlet, the air inlet is in communication with an outside, and the air outlet is in communication with the atomization chamber, and at least two of the distribution holes are uniformly distributed within a boundary of the air outlet relative to the air outlet.
14 . The atomization device of the electronic cigarette according to claim 12 , wherein nine distribution holes are formed in the intake distribution plate, and the nine distribution holes are arranged in a three-row and three-column array.
15 . The atomization device of the electronic cigarette according to claim 1 , further comprising conductive pins, the conductive pins are penetrated through the lower cover, and avoidance notches for avoiding the conductive pins are formed in the intake distribution plate.
16 . The atomization device of the electronic cigarette according to claim 1 , further comprising a liquid absorbing element, the liquid absorbing element is arranged around a periphery of the intake channel, and the intake distribution plate is abutted against the liquid absorbing element.
17 . The atomization device of the electronic cigarette according to claim 8 , wherein an installation groove is formed in the bracket, and the atomization core assembly is partly arranged in the installation groove.
18 . The atomization device of the electronic cigarette according to claim 17 , wherein the atomization core assembly comprises an atomization core and an atomization core sealing member sleeved outside the atomization core, a stepped portion is arranged at the atomization core sealing member, and the stepped portion is abutted against the bracket at positions located at an outer periphery of the installation groove.
19 . The atomization device of the electronic cigarette according to claim 8 , further comprising a first sealing element and a second sealing element, the first sealing element is arranged between the bracket and the exhaust channel, and the second sealing element is arranged between the bracket and the inner wall of the housing.
20 . An electronic cigarette, wherein the electronic cigarette comprises an atomization device of the electronic cigarette and a power supply,
the atomization device of the electronic cigarette comprising:
a housing, an atomization chamber and an exhaust channel being formed in housing, the atomization chamber being in communication with the exhaust channel, an inhalation port being formed at one end of the housing, the inhalation port being in communication with the exhaust channel, and another end of the housing being an open end;
an atomization core assembly, the atomization core assembly being arranged in the housing;
a lower cover, the lower cover being covered on the open end of the housing, an intake channel being formed in the lower cover, and
