Abstract

The present disclosure relates to an automatically serving and recovering structure device for a table air hockey, which comprises a body, a ball pocket baseplate bracket, a ball pocket baseplate, a ball pocket, a nylon disc, a motor, a nylon cross turntable, three-bump hardware, a straight fixed iron block, a bearing, fairway hardware, an acrylic table, a counter and a plurality of screwing elements. The balls are driven by the counterclockwise rotation of the nylon cross turntable, and are pushed up in a straight line in sequence to enter a track under the cooperation of a plurality of three-bump hardware distributed in an arc line. The ball falls off the game table from the ball ejection track, then enters the ball inlet hardware, passes through the counter, passes through the hardware parts of the ball bend and then falls into the ball pocket.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . An automatically serving and recovering structure device for a table air hockey, which comprises a body, a ball pocket baseplate bracket, a ball pocket baseplate, a ball pocket, a nylon disc, a motor, a nylon cross disc, three-bump hardware, a straight fixed iron block, a bearing, fairway hardware, an acrylic table, a counter and a plurality of screwing elements, wherein
 1: the nylon cross turntable has an outer diameter of 227 mm and four arc-shaped grooves, the grooves are 20 mm in depth, at least three balls are stacked in the grooves, so that when the balls move in a different direction through limiting bearings and limiting hardware, a ball is sent out to the upper ball track through the bottom of the nylon disc every time the nylon cross turntable rotates;   the nylon disc has an inner diameter of 233 mm, which is 6 mm larger than the outer diameter of the nylon cross disc, and the balls are effectively rotated and conveyed into the track;   the three-bump hardware is designed according to the size layout of the balls, when the nylon cross turntable rotates to drive the balls to pass through the three-bump hardware, the three-bump hardware changes the moving direction of the balls, and cooperates with the bearing so that the balls enter the upper ball track through the nylon disc outlet;   the installation position of the ball pocket baseplate is an inclined surface, a hole into which foreign objects fall is provided at the bottom of the ball pocket baseplate, the hole has an aperture of 30 mm, and foreign objects such as screws, coins and keys fall into the hole;   the ball pocket is fixed on the ball pocket baseplate, the installation position is an inclined surface, a small hole into which foreign objects fall is provided at the bottom of the ball pocket, the small hole has an aperture of 30 mm, and foreign objects such as screws, coins and keys fall into the small hole;   the straight fixed iron block is a single piece, which is fixed in the middle of the bottom of the nylon cross turntable and functions to stably and firmly fix the nylon cross turntable on the rotating shaft of the motor;   an inversion inductor is arranged 47 mm below the center point of the top end of the upper ball hardware track, its position is above the moving track of the ball, once the ball triggers the inductor, it means that the ball may have deviated and moved to the track at this time, at this time, the inversion inductor feeds back a signal to a main board to control the inversion of the ball motor, so as to prevent the ball from choking in the upper ball hardware track while watching the ball, the ball is allowed to move backwards in the fairway for 1 second, and then the ball rotates forwards so that the ball moves to the ball ejection plastic suction track correctly, thus completing the ball ejection action;   the ball ejection plastic suction track is provided with a counter at the joint of the upper ball hardware track, and as long as the balls pass through the joint, a feedback signal is sent to a main board controller, thereby completing ball ejection counting;   either of the left and right sides of the acrylic table is provided with a ball inlet hardware device, respectively, the bottom of the ball inlet hardware device is provided with three outlets for discharging foreign objects such as screws, coins and keys, and there are two counters in the middle position to complete the ball inlet counting function.
