Abstract
An object of the present invention is to provide a golf ball having high visibility and little uncomfortableness at shot. The present invention provides a golf ball comprising a core and a cover disposed outside of the core, wherein a surface of the golf ball has a first region with a first color and a second region with a second color, the first color has hue H1 represented by H value in HSL color space, the second color has hue H2 represented by H value in HSL color space, and the H1 and the H2 satisfy a specific mathematical formula.

a surface of the golf ball has a first hemispherical region with a first color and a second hemispherical region with a second color, thereby providing an imaginary boundary line between the first hemispherical region and the second hemispherical region, the first hemispherical region and the second hemispherical region are each formed by a translucent colored cover, an outermost layer of the intermediate layer has a single color, the first color has a hue H1 represented by an H value in HSL color space, the second color has a hue H2 represented by an H value in HSL color space, and the hues H1 and H2 satisfy the following mathematical formula (1) or mathematical formula (2):
4≤|H1−H2|≤60 (1)
300≤|H1−H2|≤360 (2).
2 . The golf ball according to claim 1 , wherein the outermost layer of the intermediate layer has a hue H0 represented by an H value in HSL color space, and either one of |H0−H1| or |H0−H2| is less than 10, and the other one of |H0−H1| or |H0−H2| is 10 or more.

The golf ball according to claim 1 , wherein the first color of the first hemispherical region has a saturation S 1 represented by an S value in HSL color space, the first color of the first hemispherical region has a lightness L 1 represented by an L value in HSL color space, and the saturation S 1 is 40 or more and 100 or less, and the lightness L 1 is 30 or more and 100 or less.

The golf ball according to claim 1 , wherein the second color of the second hemispherical region has a saturation S 2 represented by an S value in HSL color space, the second color of the second hemispherical region has a lightness L 2 represented by an L value in HSL color space, and the saturation S 2 is 40 or more and 100 or less, and the lightness L 2 is 30 or more and 100 or less.

The golf ball according to claim 1 , wherein the hue H1 of the first color of the first hemispherical region ranges from 20 to 340, the hue H2 of the second color of the second hemispherical region ranges from 0 to 360, and the hue H0 of the outermost layer of the intermediate layer ranges from 0 to 360.

The golf ball according to claim 2 , wherein the outermost layer of the intermediate layer has a saturation S 0 represented by an S value in HSL color space, the outermost layer of the intermediate layer has a lightness L 0 represented by an L value in HSL color space, and the saturation S 0 ranges from 30 to 100, and the lightness L 0 ranges from 30 to 100.
7 . The golf ball according to claim 1 , wherein the first color and the second color are each selected from the group consisting of yellow, orange, blue, red, pink, green and black.
8 . The golf ball according to claim 1 , wherein the translucent colored cover is formed from a resin composition containing a resin component.
9 . The golf ball according to claim 8 , wherein the resin composition further contains titanium oxide and a dye and/or a pigment,
an amount of titanium oxide ranges from 0.001 part by mass to 0.7 part by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the resin component, and an amount of the dye and/or the pigment ranges from 0.5 part by mass to 7 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the resin component.
10 . The golf ball according to claim 1 , wherein the outermost layer of the intermediate layer is formed from a resin composition containing a resin component.
11 . The golf ball according to claim 10 , wherein the resin composition further contains titanium oxide and a dye and/or a pigment,
an amount of titanium oxide ranges from 0.001 part by mass to 0.7 part by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the resin component, and an amount of the dye and/or the pigment ranges from 0.5 part by mass to 7 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the resin component.
12 . The golf ball according to claim 10 , wherein the resin composition further contains titanium oxide and does not contain a dye and/or a pigment, and
an amount of titanium oxide is more than 0.7 part by mass and 10 parts by mass or less with respect to 100 parts by mass of the resin component.
13 . The golf ball according to claim 1 , wherein the colorless paint film is a clear paint film that is transparent.
14 . The golf ball according to claim 1 , wherein the colorless paint film is a mat paint film that contains a resin component and a filler.
15 . A golf ball comprising a core, at least one intermediate layer covering the core, a cover covering the intermediate layer, and a colorless paint film covering the cover, wherein
a surface of the golf ball has a first hemispherical region with a first color and a second hemispherical region with a second color, thereby providing an imaginary boundary line between the first hemispherical region and the second hemispherical region, the first hemispherical region and the second hemispherical region are each formed by a colored cover, the intermediate layer is not clearly distinguishable from the cover when viewed through the cover, the first color has a hue H1 represented by an H value in HSL color space, the second color has a hue H2 represented by an H value in HSL color space, and the hues H1 and H2 satisfy the following mathematical formula (1) or mathematical formula (2):
4≤|H1−H2|≤60 (1)
300≤|H1−H2|≤360 (2).
16 . The golf ball according to claim 15 , wherein an outermost layer of the intermediate layer has a hue H0 represented by an H value in HSL color space, and either one of |H0−H1| or |H0−H2| is less than 10, and the other one of |H0−H1| or |H0−H2| is 10 or more.

The golf ball according to claim 15 , wherein the first color of the first hemispherical region has a saturation S 1 represented by an S value in HSL color space, the first color of the first hemispherical region has a lightness L 1 represented by an L value in HSL color space, and the saturation S 1 is 40 or more and 100 or less, and the lightness L 1 is 30 or more and 100 or less.

The golf ball according to claim 15 , wherein the second color of the second hemispherical region has a saturation S 2 represented by an S value in HSL color space, the second color of the second hemispherical region has a lightness L 2 represented by an L value in HSL color space, and the saturation S 2 is 40 or more and 100 or less, and the lightness L 2 is 30 or more and 100 or less.
19 . The golf ball according to claim 15 , wherein the hue H1 of the first color of the first hemispherical region ranges from 20 to 340, the hue H2 of the second color of the second hemispherical region ranges from 0 to 360, and the hue H0 of the outermost layer of the intermediate layer ranges from 0 to 360.

The golf ball according to claim 16 , wherein the outermost layer of the intermediate layer has a saturation S 0 represented by an S value in HSL color space, the outermost layer of the intermediate layer has a lightness L 0 represented by an L value in HSL color space, and the saturation S 0 ranges from 30 to 100, and the lightness L 0 ranges from 30 to 100.
21 . The golf ball according to claim 15 , wherein the first color and the second color are each selected from the group consisting of yellow, orange, blue, red, pink, green and black.
22 . The golf ball according to claim 15 , wherein the colored cover is formed from a resin composition containing a resin component.
23 . The golf ball according to claim 22 , wherein the resin composition further contains titanium oxide and a dye and/or a pigment,
an amount of titanium oxide ranges from 0.001 part by mass to 0.7 part by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the resin component, and an amount of the dye and/or the pigment ranges from 0.5 part by mass to 7 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the resin component.
24 . The golf ball according to claim 15 , wherein the outermost layer of the intermediate layer is formed from a resin composition containing a resin component.
25 . The golf ball according to claim 24 , wherein the resin composition further contains titanium oxide and a dye and/or a pigment,
an amount of titanium oxide ranges from 0.001 part by mass to 0.7 part by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the resin component, and an amount of the dye and/or the pigment ranges from 0.5 part by mass to 7 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the resin component.
26 . The golf ball according to claim 24 , wherein the resin composition further contains titanium oxide and does not contain a dye and/or a pigment, and
an amount of titanium oxide is more than 0.7 part by mass and 10 parts by mass or less with respect to 100 parts by mass of the resin component.
27 . The golf ball according to claim 15 , wherein the colorless paint film is a clear paint film that is transparent.
