Abstract
A child tray assembly adapted for a child seat is provided. The child tray assembly includes a tray. The tray includes a tray body and a sliding latch slidably disposed on the tray body. The sliding latch includes a first engaging portion, a second engaging portion and an operating portion. The first engaging portion is for engaging with another tray or at least one sliding track, so as to configure the tray to be slidably disposed on the child seat by the another tray or the at least one sliding track. The second engaging portion is for engaging with at least one tube, so as to configure the tray to be used as a table. The operating portion is connected to the first engaging portion and the second engaging portion for driving the first engaging portion and the second engaging portion.

1 . A child tray assembly adapted for a child seat, the child tray assembly comprising:
a tray comprising a tray body and at least one sliding latch slidably disposed on the tray body, the at least one sliding latch comprising:
a first engaging portion for engaging with another tray or at least one sliding track, so as to configure the tray to be slidably disposed on the child seat by the another tray or the at least one sliding track;
at least one second engaging portion for engaging with at least one tube, so as to configure the tray to be used as a table; and
an operating portion connected to the first engaging portion and the at least one second engaging portion for driving the first engaging portion and the at least one second engaging portion.
2 . The child tray assembly of claim 1 , wherein the operating portion is fixedly connected to the at least one second engaging portion, and a relief slit is formed on a connection between the operating portion and at least one second engaging portion.
3 . The child tray assembly of claim 1 , wherein the operating portion is at least partially exposed out of the tray body, the first engaging portion is exposed out of the tray body, and the at least one second engaging portion is received inside the tray body.
4 . The child tray assembly of claim 1 , wherein the operating portion is movably connected to the second engaging portion.
5 . The child tray assembly of claim 4 , wherein a sliding slot is formed on the operating portion, a middle portion of the at least one second engaging portion is pivotally installed on the tray body and located at a position outside the sliding slot, a sliding pin protrudes from an end of the at least one second engaging portion through the sliding slot, another end of the at least one second engaging portion is adapted for engaging with the at least one tube, and the operating portion drives the another end of at least one second engaging portion to pivotally disengage from the at least one tube by cooperation of the sliding pin and the sliding slot.
6 . The child tray assembly of claim 5 , wherein the sliding pin is driven by the at least one tube to slide relative to the sliding slot during a process that the at least one tube is inserted into the tray body.
7 . The child tray assembly of claim 4 , wherein the at least one second engaging portion is biased to engage with the at least one tube.
8 . The child tray assembly of claim 1 , wherein a slot is formed on the tray body and located at a position corresponding to the at least one second engaging portion for allowing the at least one second engaging portion to pass therethrough to engage with the at least one tube.
9 . The child tray assembly of claim 1 , wherein a ramped surface is formed on a side of the at least one second engaging portion for cooperating with the at least one tube during a process that the at least one tube is inserted into the tray body.
10 . A multi-function high chair comprising:
a child seat; at least one leg component installed on the child seat for supporting the child seat, the at least one leg component comprising a tube; and a child tray assembly detachably disposed on the child seat, and the child tray assembly comprising:
a tray comprising a tray body and at least one sliding latch slidably disposed on the tray body, the at least one sliding latch comprising:
a first engaging portion for engaging with another tray or at least one sliding track, so as to configure the tray to be slidably disposed on the child seat by the another tray or the at least one sliding track;
at least one second engaging portion for engaging with the tube, so as to configure the tray to be used as a table; and
an operating portion connected to the first engaging portion and the at least one second engaging portion for driving the first engaging portion and the at least one second engaging portion.
11 . The multi-function high chair of claim 10 , wherein the operating portion is fixedly connected to the at least one second engaging portion, and a relief slit is formed on a connection between the operating portion and at least one second engaging portion.
12 . The multi-function high chair of claim 10 , wherein the operating portion is at least partially exposed out of the tray body, the first engaging portion is exposed out of the tray body, and the at least one second engaging portion is received inside the tray body.
13 . The multi-function high chair of claim 10 , wherein the operating portion is movably connected to the second engaging portion.
14 . The multi-function high chair of claim 13 , wherein a sliding slot is formed on the operating portion, a middle portion of the at least one second engaging portion is pivotally installed on the tray body and located at a position outside the sliding slot, a sliding pin protrudes from an end of the at least one second engaging portion through the sliding slot, another end of the at least one second engaging portion is adapted for engaging with the tube, and the operating portion drives the another end of at least one second engaging portion to pivotally disengage from the tube by cooperation of the sliding pin and the sliding slot.
15 . The multi-function high chair of claim 14 , wherein the sliding pin is driven by the tube to slide relative to the sliding slot during a process that the tube is inserted into the tray body.
16 . The child tray assembly of claim 13 , wherein the at least one second engaging portion is biased to engage with the tube.
17 . The multi-function high chair of claim 10 , wherein a slot is formed on the tray body and located at a position corresponding to the at least one second engaging portion for allowing the at least one second engaging portion to pass therethrough to engage with the tube.
18 . The multi-function high chair of claim 10 , wherein a ramped surface is formed on a side of the at least one second engaging portion for cooperating with the tube during a process that the tube is inserted into the tray body.
19 . The multi-function high chair of claim 10 , wherein a positioning recess is formed on the tube, and the at least one second engaging portion engages with the positioning recess when the tube is inserted into the tray body.
