Abstract
The present invention relates to a vacuum table for clothes, and more particularly, to a technology that imparts a vacuum suction function so that clothes can be fixed to a table top plate during manufacture and ironing of clothes, controls the foot plate for controlling vacuum suction so as to maintain the vacuum state without being pushed by an operator one by one, and thereby enhances convenience of an operator' work and enables adjustment to suit the operator's body by adjusting the height of the table top plate. That is, the present invention provides a vacuum table for clothes comprising: a plurality of support bases which is mounted vertically, an upper plate part which is mounted on the upper part of the support base so that clothes are placed on it, and has a vacuum suction hole formed at the lower part thereof, a vacuum suction device which is mounted at a lower part of the upper plate part and generates suction pressure in the upper plate part by a motor, a foot plate which is mounted on a mounting rod in the form of horizontally connecting the support base and opens and closes a damper of the vacuum suction device to control the suction propriety of the upper plate part, a position fixing means which is mounted on one side of the foot plate to fix the position of the foot plate in the form of supporting the upper part of the foot plate, and height adjusting means which are respectively mounted on both sides of the support base to adjust the height of the upper plate by the operation of a cylinder.

a plurality of support bases 100 which is mounted vertically, an upper plate part 200 which is mounted on the upper part of the support base 100 so that clothes are placed on it, and has a vacuum suction hole 210 formed at the lower part thereof, a vacuum suction device 300 which is mounted at a lower part of the upper plate part 200 and generates suction pressure in the upper plate part 200 by a motor 310 , a foot plate 400 which is mounted on a mounting rod 110 in the form of horizontally connecting the support base 100 and opens and closes a damper 320 of the vacuum suction device 300 to control the suction propriety of the upper plate part 200 , a position fixing means 500 which is mounted on one side of the foot plate 400 to fix the position of the foot plate 400 in the form of supporting the upper part of the foot plate 400 , and height adjusting means 600 which are respectively mounted on both sides of the support base 100 to adjust the height of the upper plate 200 by the operation of a cylinder 610 .
2 . The vacuum table for clothes according to claim 1 , wherein the position fixing means 500 comprises,
a clamp 511 fixed to the mounting rod 110 and a body part 510 in which a support plate 512 is formed to extend to the upper part of the clamp 511 ,
operating shafts 520 which are horizontally mounted to protrude on both sides of the support plate 512 and mounted to be movable in the horizontal direction,
a support block 530 which is mounted at one side end of the operating shaft 520 and supported in a form being placed on the upper part of the foot plate 400 ,
a spring 540 which is mounted between the support block 530 and the support plate 512 to push the support block 530 toward the foot plate 400 ,
a stopper 550 which is integrally formed on the operating shaft 520 and supported by the support plate 512 on the opposite side of the spring 540 to support the restoring force of the spring 540 , and
an operating plate 560 which is formed on the operating shaft 520 on the opposite side of the support block 530 to control the movement of the operating shaft 520 .
3 . The vacuum table for clothes according to claim 2 , wherein:
the clamp 511 is formed to be divided into an upper clamp 511 a and a lower clamp 511 b in the form of wrapping the mounting rod 110 in half, wherein one side is connected by a hinge, and the other side is fixed by screwing, so that the mounting position of the operating shaft 520 can be changed according to the mounting angle of the clamp 511 .
4 . The vacuum table for clothes according to claim 2 , wherein:
a guide bushing 570 that guides and supports the operating shaft 520 is integrally formed on one side of the support plate 512 .
5 . The vacuum table for clothes according to claim 2 , wherein:
the support block 530 is rotatably mounted at an end part of the operating shaft 520 .
6 . The vacuum table for clothes according to claim 1 , wherein:
the support 100 comprises a lower frame 130 supporting the floor, and an upper frame 120 connected to the upper plate part 200 in a form of being inserted into the lower frame 130 , and the height adjusting means 600 mounted on the support base 100 is configured such that the cylinder 610 body of the height adjusting means 600 is fixedly mounted on the first mount base 140 protruding from the lower frame 130 , and a piston rod of the cylinder 610 is connected to the protruding second mount base 150 of the upper frame 120 , so that the upper frame 120 is ascended by the operation of the cylinder 610 to adjust the height of the upper plate 200 .
7 . The vacuum table for clothes according to claim 6 , wherein:
a third mount base 160 is further formed on the lower frame 130 , and the vacuum suction device 300 is mounted in the form of being placed on the third mount base 160 , so that the position of the vacuum suction device 300 is fixed even when adjusting the height of the upper plate 200 .
8 . The vacuum table for clothes according to claim 6 , wherein:
a fixing pin 170 in the form of passing through the upper frame 120 and the lower frame 130 is further coupled.
9 . The vacuum table for clothes according to claim 1 , wherein:
the vacuum suction device 300 is controlled such that the vacuum suction pressure is stronger as the height of the upper plate 200 is higher.
10 . The vacuum table for clothes according to claim 1 , wherein:
