Abstract
A flavor sheet to be used in a non-combustion heating type flavor inhalation article, said flavor sheet comprising a sheet formed of fibers, an adhesive added to one surface of the sheet and particles supplied to the other surface of the sheet, and being formed of a nonwoven fabric in which the formation of the sheet, the addition of the adhesive and the supply of the particles are performed by an air-laid process.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A flavor sheet for use in a non-combustion-heating-type flavor inhalation article, the flavor sheet comprising:
a sheet formed from fibers; an adhesive added to a side of the sheet; and particles supplied to an other side of the sheet, wherein the flavor sheet is formed from a nonwoven fabric through formation of the sheet, addition of the adhesive, and supply of the particles that are performed by an airlaid process.
2 . The flavor sheet according to claim 1 , wherein the adhesive is added also to the other side of the sheet by the airlaid process.
3 . The flavor sheet according to claim 1 , wherein the flavor sheet has a thickness of 0.5 mm to 3.0 mm.
4 . The flavor sheet according to claim 1 , wherein the flavor sheet has an air permeability of 1000 l/m 2 /s to 50000 l/m 2 /s.
5 . The flavor sheet according to claim 1 , wherein the particles have a particle size of 14 mesh to 70 mesh.
6 . The flavor sheet according to claim 1 , wherein the particles have a particle size of 70 mesh to 500 mesh.
7 . The flavor sheet according to claim 1 , wherein the particles include ground tobacco.
8 . The flavor sheet according to claim 1 , wherein the particles include a tobacco extract.
9 . The flavor sheet according to claim 1 , wherein the fibers are plant-based natural fibers.
10 . The flavor sheet according to claim 1 , wherein the adhesive is a suspension in water of a mixture of polyvinyl alcohol and vinyl acetate-acrylic copolymer.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
