Abstract

A train hatch module includes a hatch cover that is provided at the front of a lower part of a train and opened or closed while rotating in a lateral direction and that exposes a coupling of the train to the outside when opened, a rotation support that supports the hatch cover while making contact with an inner surface of the hatch cover and rotates about an upper rotation shaft connected to an upper end of the rotation support and a lower rotation shaft connected to a lower end of the rotation support, a lower base connected to a hatch body of the train and located below the coupling, and a lower rotation center member located at an upper end of the lower base and provided with the lower rotation shaft about which the rotation support rotates.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A train hatch module comprising:
 a hatch cover provided at the front of a lower part of a train and configured to be opened or closed while rotating in a lateral direction, wherein the hatch cover exposes a coupling of the train to the outside when opened;   a rotation support configured to support the hatch cover while making contact with an inner surface of the hatch cover and rotate about an upper rotation shaft connected to an upper end of the rotation support and a lower rotation shaft connected to a lower end of the rotation support;   a lower base connected to a hatch body of the train and located below the coupling; and   a lower rotation center member located at an upper end of the lower base and provided with the lower rotation shaft about which the rotation support rotates,   wherein the lower base has a lower movement through-hole formed therein, and   wherein the train hatch module further includes a locking module configured to pass through the lower movement through-hole and protrude upward from the lower base.   
     
     
         2 . The train hatch module of  claim 1 , wherein the locking module is movable in the lateral direction of the train along the lower movement through-hole, and
 wherein when the train hatch module is in a locking mode, the locking module is located at a first movement through-hole end being an end of the lower movement through-hole configured to face in the lateral direction of the train.   
     
     
         3 . The train hatch module of  claim 2 , wherein when the train hatch module is in an operating mode, the locking module is located at a second movement through-hole end being an end of the lower movement through-hole configured to face in a direction toward the center of the train. 
     
     
         4 . The train hatch module of  claim 2 , wherein the rotation support includes a locking plate member provided at the lower end of the rotation support, and
 wherein the locking module, when located at the first movement through-hole end, makes contact with the locking plate member to make it impossible for the rotation support to rotate.   
     
     
         5 . The train hatch module of  claim 4 , wherein the locking plate member includes a first locking-plate end member provided on one side of a lower end thereof, and
 wherein when the locking module is located at the first movement through-hole end in a state in which the hatch cover is completely closed, the first locking-plate end member makes contact with the locking module to make it impossible for the rotation support to move toward the locking module.   
     
     
         6 . The train hatch module of  claim 5 , wherein the lower base includes a first locking-plate fixing member configured to protrude upward from a front area of the lower base, and
 wherein when the locking module is located at the first movement through-hole end in the state in which the hatch cover is completely closed, the first locking-plate fixing member makes contact with the locking plate member to make it impossible for the rotation support to move.   
     
     
         7 . The train hatch module of  claim 5 , wherein the locking plate member further includes a second locking-plate end member provided on an opposite side of the lower end thereof to face away from the first locking-plate end member, and
 wherein when the locking module is located at the first movement through-hole end in the state in which the hatch cover is completely closed, the second locking-plate end member makes contact with the locking module to make it impossible for the rotation support to move toward the locking module.   
     
     
         8 . The train hatch module of  claim 7 , wherein the lower base includes a second locking-plate fixing member configured to protrude upward from a lateral area of the lower base, and
 wherein when the locking module is located at the first movement through-hole end in the state in which the hatch cover is completely closed, the second locking-plate fixing member makes contact with the locking plate member to make it impossible for the rotation support to move.   
     
     
         9 . A train hatch module comprising:
 a hatch cover provided at the front of a lower part of a train and configured to be opened or closed while rotating in a lateral direction, wherein the hatch cover exposes a coupling of the train to the outside when opened;   a rotation support configured to support the hatch cover while making contact with an inner surface of the hatch cover and rotate about an upper rotation shaft connected to an upper end of the rotation support and a lower rotation shaft connected to a lower end of the rotation support;   a lower base connected to a hatch body of the train and located below the coupling;   a lower rotation center member located at an upper end of the lower base and provided with the lower rotation shaft about which the rotation support rotates; and   a first protruding support connected to a middle end of the rotation support and configured to protrude from the middle end of the rotation support in the lateral direction of the train and support the hatch cover while making contact with the inner surface of the hatch cover,   wherein the lower base has a lower movement through-hole formed therein, and   wherein the train hatch module further includes a locking module configured to pass through the lower movement through-hole and protrude upward from the lower base.   
     
     
         10 . The train hatch module of  claim 9 , wherein the rotation support has a shape curved depending on a curvature of the inner surface of the hatch cover to make contact with upper and lower areas of the inner surface of the hatch cover along the inner surface of the hatch cover, and
 wherein the first protruding support on the inner surface of the hatch cover extends from the middle end of the rotation support to a lateral end area of the hatch cover along the inner surface of the hatch cover and has a shape curved depending on the curvature of the inner surface of the hatch cover, the lateral end area being configured to face toward a side of the train.   
     
     
         11 . The train hatch module of  claim 9 , further comprising:
 a second protruding support connected to the middle end of the rotation support and configured to protrude from the middle end of the rotation support in a train center direction of the hatch cover opposite to the direction in which the first protruding support protrudes.   
     
     
         12 . The train hatch module of  claim 11 , wherein the second protruding support on the inner surface of the hatch cover extends from the middle end of the rotation support to a lateral end area of the hatch cover along the inner surface of the hatch cover and has a shape curved depending on the curvature of the inner surface of the hatch cover, the lateral end area being configured to face toward the center of the train. 
     
     
         13 . The train hatch module of  claim 11 , wherein the hatch cover is configured such that the inner surface of the hatch cover is attachable to and detachable from the rotation support, the first protruding support, and the second protruding support. 
     
     
         14 . The train hatch module of  claim 13 , wherein the hatch cover includes at least one cover attachment/detachment member provided on the inner surface thereof,
 wherein the rotation support includes at least one support attachment/detachment member, and   wherein the support attachment/detachment member is coupled to the cover attachment/detachment member provided on the inner surface of the hatch cover and supports the hatch cover.   
     
     
         15 . The train hatch module of  claim 14 , wherein the at least one cover attachment/detachment member includes:
 a first cover attachment/detachment member provided on a central area of the inner surface of the hatch cover; and   a second cover attachment/detachment member provided on an upper area of the inner surface of the hatch cover, and   wherein the at least one support attachment/detachment member includes:   a support middle-end attachment/detachment member provided at the middle end of the rotation support; and   a support upper-end attachment/detachment member provided at the upper end of the rotation support.   
     
     
         16 . The train hatch module of  claim 15 , wherein each of the first cover attachment/detachment member, the second cover attachment/detachment member, the support middle-end attachment/detachment member, and the support upper-end attachment/detachment member has at least one through-hole formed therein. 
     
     
         17 . The train hatch module of  claim 16 , wherein the rotation support supports the hatch cover while making contact with the inner surface of the hatch cover in such a manner that a first screw passes through the through-hole of the first cover attachment/detachment member and the through-hole of the support middle-end attachment/detachment member and couples the first cover attachment/detachment member and the support middle-end attachment/detachment member and a second screw passes through the through-hole of the second cover attachment/detachment member and the through-hole of the support upper-end attachment/detachment member and couples the second cover attachment/detachment member and the support upper-end attachment/detachment member. 
     
     
         18 . The train hatch module of  claim 17 , wherein the first protruding support includes a first end attachment/detachment member provided at one end of the first protruding support,
 wherein the second protruding support includes a second end attachment/detachment member provided at one end of the second protruding support, and   wherein the at least one cover attachment/detachment member further includes:   a third cover attachment/detachment member provided on a lateral area of the inner surface of the hatch cover configured to face toward a side of the train; and   a fourth cover attachment/detachment member provided on a lateral area of the inner surface of the hatch cover configured to face in a direction toward the center of the train.   
     
     
         19 . The train hatch module of  claim 18 , wherein each of the third cover attachment/detachment member, the fourth cover attachment/detachment member, the first end attachment/detachment member, and the second end attachment/detachment member has at least one through-hole formed therein,
 wherein the first protruding support supports the hatch cover while making contact with the inner surface of the hatch cover in such a manner that a third screw passes through the through-hole of the third cover attachment/detachment member and the through-hole of the first end attachment/detachment member and couples the third cover attachment/detachment member and the first end attachment/detachment member,   wherein the second protruding support supports the hatch cover while making contact with the inner surface of the hatch cover in such a manner that a fourth screw passes through the through-hole of the fourth cover attachment/detachment member and the through-hole of the second end attachment/detachment member and couples the fourth cover attachment/detachment member and the second end attachment/detachment member, and   wherein the hatch cover is completely separated from the train when the first cover attachment/detachment member and the support middle-end attachment/detachment member are separated from each other, the second cover attachment/detachment member and the support upper-end attachment/detachment member are separated from each other, the third cover attachment/detachment member and the first end attachment/detachment member are separated from each other, and the fourth cover attachment/detachment member and the second end attachment/detachment member are separated from each other.   
     
     
         20 . The train hatch module of  claim 15 , further comprising:
 at least one first reinforcing support provided between the rotation support and the first protruding support and configured to connect the middle end of the rotation support and an end of the first protruding support connected to the rotation support; and   at least one second reinforcing support provided between the rotation support and the second protruding support and configured to connect the middle end of the rotation support and an end of the second protruding support connected to the rotation support,   wherein the first reinforcing support is configured such that a side surface makes contact with the support middle-end attachment/detachment member and one end and an opposite end are connected to the middle end of the rotation support and the first protruding support, respectively, and   wherein the second reinforcing support is configured such that a side surface makes contact with the support middle-end attachment/detachment member and one end and an opposite end are connected to the middle end of the rotation support and the second protruding support, respectively.
