Wipe dispenser and related methods

Abstract

A wipe dispenser and related methods are disclosed herein. In one form, a wall mounted wipe dispensing system is disclosed comprising a wall mount support bracket, a dispensing bag of wipes having a rigid collar from which to suspend the dispensing bag from the wall mount support bracket, and wherein the wall mount support bracket and dispensing bag have first mating structures for mating the dispensing bag to the wall mount support bracket. In other forms, a wall mounted support bracket is disclosed and/or replaceable wipe packaging is disclosed. In still other forms methods related to these are also disclosed.

         22 . A removable dispensing bag for a wall-mounted wipe dispensing system comprising:
 a container portion having an upper container opening and an interior for receiving wipes therein; and   a collar portion secured to the upper container opening, the collar portion including a main body portion and a perimeter wall portion extending from the main body portion that defines a collar opening that extends through the collar portion to permit access to the interior of the container portion, the perimeter wall portion including a plurality of mating structures extending therealong for mounting the removable dispensing bag.   
     
     
         23 . The removable dispensing bag of  claim 22  wherein the plurality of mating structures are disposed on generally planar outer surfaces of the perimeter wall portion. 
     
     
         24 . The removable dispensing bag of  claim 22  wherein the plurality of mating structures include parallel elongate ribs having channels therebetween. 
     
     
         25 . The removable dispensing bag of  claim 22  wherein the plurality of mating structures include a first set of parallel ribs at a first outer surface of the perimeter wall portion, and a second set of parallel ribs at a second outer surface of the perimeter wall portion that is parallel to the first outer surface. 
     
     
         26 . The removable dispensing bag of  claim 22  wherein the container portion includes a flexible bag. 
     
     
         27 . The removable dispensing bag of  claim 22  wherein the collar portion is a rigid collar portion having a rigidity greater than that of the container portion. 
     
     
         28 . The removable dispensing bag of  claim 22  wherein an outer wall of the main body portion has generally a canoe shape having opposing end portions that taper inwardly away from a central body portion. 
     
     
         29 . The removable dispensing bag of  claim 22  wherein the perimeter wall portion is oblong in horizontal cross-section having two curved ends on opposite sides of the collar opening and two straight sides forming other sides of the collar opening. 
     
     
         30 . The removable dispensing bag of  claim 22  wherein the perimeter wall portion includes a wipe retainer that extends across the collar opening for retaining wipes. 
     
     
         31 . The removable dispensing bag of  claim 22  wherein the container portion is comprised of a two-ply construction having two separate materials bonded together to form the container portion. 
     
     
         32 . The removable dispensing bag of  claim 22  wherein the container portion is heat welded to the main body portion at the upper container opening. 
     
     
         33 . The removable dispensing bag of  claim 22  wherein the main body portion of the collar portion includes a ribbed side wall to which the upper container opening of the container portion is secured. 
     
     
         34 . The removable dispensing bag of  claim 22  wherein the collar portion includes a removable seal for extending across the upper container opening to seal the interior of the container portion. 
     
     
         35 . The removable dispensing bag of  claim 22  wherein the collar portion includes a protruding tab forming a second mating structure. 
     
     
         36 . The removable dispensing bag of  claim 22  wherein the plurality of mating structures include a plurality of recessed channels extending into the perimeter wall portion.
