Frame for supporting a retaining element for a panel of a display cabinet

Abstract

A frame for supporting a panel of a display cabinet or counter for show-casing and selling food and non-food products includes a fixing mechanism of a retaining element within a section of a frame of the display cabinet or counter, which mechanism advantageously allows a quick assembly and a robust and safe support for the retaining element.

1 . A frame for supporting and displacing a sheet or panel of a display cabinet or counter for product showcases, comprising
 at least one straight and hollow section with an axis for housing a mechanism for fixing a retaining element of the sheet or panel,   the mechanism comprising a fixed support element inside the section for a first end of the retaining element,   wherein the fixed support element is a shaped element comprising a first portion for fixing to an inner surface of the section, a second portion for resting onto a second inner surface of the section, opposite to the first, and a third portion astride between the first and second portions, and   the portion being provided with at least one hole which can be engaged by a respective pin for fixing to the first end of the retaining element.

The frame according to  claim 1 , wherein the third portion for supporting the fixed support element consists of two parallel walls defining a space for inserting the first end of the retaining element, the two walls each having two through holes transversely aligned two by two. 
     
     
         3 . The frame according to  claim 1 , wherein the first and the second portions of the fixed support element are parallel, plate-like, transversely partially staggered and at least one has two through holes for the engagement with fixing means in the section. 
     
     
         4 . The frame according to  claim 3 , wherein the second portion comprises comprising a groove facing toward the first portion and freely accessible in an orthogonal direction. 
     
     
         5 . The frame according to  claim 4 , further comprising a block provided with a body for fixing to the inner surface of the section and a bracket with a through hole for inserting a taper screw for engagement with the groove of the second portion of the fixed support element. 
     
     
         6 . The frame according to  claim 1 , wherein the at least one hole comprises an anti-wear bush. 
     
     
         7 . An openable display cabinet for show-casing products, comprising a base for resting on the ground on which there is fixed a shelf for supporting products, and a frame fixed on the base and carrying at least one panel or sheet adapted to separate products from the external environment, wherein the frame is according to  claim 1 .
