Abstract
A frame for supporting and moving one or more panels of a display cabinet or counter for show-casing and selling food and non-food products. A support and movement system allows the front opening-with variable geometry-of a panel of said display cabinet or counter through a single kinematic mechanism, regardless of the type of glass used.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . Frame for supporting and displacing a sheet or panel of a display cabinet or counter for product showcases, comprising at least one straight and hollow section with axis for housing a system for moving the sheet, said system comprising a fixed support element inside said section for a first end of a retaining element of the sheet, a rotary element for supporting, on one side, for a second end of said retaining element and, on another side, for a clamp-like element for fastening said panel or sheet, wherein said first fixed element is a shaped element comprising a portion for rotatably supporting said first end of said retaining element provided with at least two holes or an elongated hole, arranged on an oblique line with respect to said axis of said section, which can be engaged by a respective pin, and the second rotary element comprises at least two holes or an elongated hole, arranged on an oblique line with respect to said axis of the section, the inclination of the oblique line respectively of the holes of the fixed element and of the rotary element being opposite, when the retaining element is in the inoperative condition inside the section.
2 . Frame according to claim 1 , wherein said fixed element comprises a first portion for fixing to an inner surface of the section, a second portion for fixing to a second inner surface of the section opposite to the first surface and said support portion arranged astride between said two first and second portions.
3 . Frame according to claim 1 , wherein the portion for supporting said fixed element consists of two parallel walls defining a space for inserting said first end of said retaining element, the latter two walls each having two through holes transversely aligned two by two.
4 . Frame according to claim 2 , wherein the two first and second portions are parallel, plate-like, transversely partially staggered and at least one has two through holes for the engagement with fixing means in the section, said second portion comprising a groove facing toward the first portion and freely accessible in the orthogonal direction.
5 . Frame according to claim 4 , further comprising a block provided with a body for fixing to the inner surface of said section and a bracket with a through hole for inserting a taper screw for engagement with the aforementioned groove of the second portion of the first fixed element.
6 . Frame according to claim 1 , wherein said rotary element comprises a body for rotatably fixing to said second end of the section and an arm carrying said at least two holes or elongated hole.
7 . Frame according to claim 6 , wherein said arm is formed by a two-branch fork defining a space for engagement with said second end of the section and each branch having at least two holes or a single hole, which are aligned transversely.
8 . Frame according to claim 6 , wherein said body of said rotary element has two opposite main faces, from one of which there protrudes said arm, while the other comprises a plate for the slidable engagement with a clamp-like element for supporting the sheet or panel.
9 . Frame according to claim 1 , wherein both the at least two holes, or corresponding elongated single holes, respectively of said fixed element and of said rotary element, comprise an wear-resistant bushing.
10 . Openable display cabinet for show-casing products, comprising a base for resting on the ground on which there is fixed a shelf for supporting products, a frame fixed on said base and carrying at least one panel or sheet adapted to separate products from the external environment, said frame being according to claim 1 .Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
