Footwear assembled with preformed pieces and related method for assembling a footwear

Abstract

A footwear assembled with preformed pieces which comprises a sole or tread ( 11 ), an upper and a midsole configured to dampen the impacts generated during walking and being arranged below said upper; said footwear also comprises an integral shell ( 10 ), which constitutes an element of protection against abrasions and impacts and which is configured to house the midsole and the upper of the footwear, the integral shell ( 10 ) has a lower outer surface ( 12 ) on which the tread ( 11 ) is fixed by gluing or similar techniques.

1 . A footwear for sports or technical uses, which is assembled with preformed pieces, comprising:
 a sole or a tread,   an upper,   a midsole, wherein said midsole is configured to dampen impacts generated during walking and is arranged below said upper, char and   an integral shell comprising an element of protection against abrasions and impacts, the element configured to house said midsole and said upper of said footwear, said integral shell having a lower outer surface on which said tread is fixed.   
     
     
         2 . The footwear as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein said tread comprises rubber or TPU. 
     
     
         3 . The footwear as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein said lower outer surface of said integral shell has a flat and uniform profile configured to ensure a quick positioning and assembling of said tread. 
     
     
         4 . A method for assembling said footwear as claimed in  claim 1 , the method comprising:
 mounting and fixing said tread on said lower outer surface of said integral shell;   placing said midsole inside said integral shell; and   housing said upper above said midsole.   
     
     
         5 . The method as claimed in  claim 4 , wherein said tread is configured to be removed by a localized heating process for weakening fastening bonds between said integral shell and said tread or by a mechanical process of removing fixing residues. 
     
     
         6 . The footwear as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein said tread is fixed on the lower outer surface by gluc.
