Abstract

The present invention addresses the problem of reducing the alcohol sensation in alcoholic beverages. The present invention uses ethyl palmitate and limonene and/or capsaicin.

1 . An alcoholic beverage, comprising ethyl palmitate, and limonene and/or capsaicin. 
     
     
         2 . The beverage according to  claim 1 , wherein a content of limonene is 1 to 50 ppm, and a content of etbyl palmitate is 1 to 100 ppm. 
     
     
         3 . The beverage according to  claim 1 , wherein the content of limonene is 10 to 50 ppm. 
     
     
         4 . The beverage according to  claim 1 , wherein a content of capsaicin is 1 to 100 ppm, and the content of ethyl palmitate is 1 to 100 ppm. 
     
     
         5 . The beverage according to  claim 1 , wherein the content of capsaicin is 10 to 100 ppm. 
     
     
         6 . The beverage according to  claim 1 , wherein an alcohol content is 1 to 9% v/v. 
     
     
         7 . The beverage according to  claim 1 , comprising carbon dioxide. 
     
     
         8 . The beverage according to  claim 1 , wherein the beverage is a packaged beverage. 
     
     
         9 . A method for reducing a feeling of alcohol in an alcoholic beverage, comprising:
 a step of mixing raw materials so that the alcoholic beverage comprises ethyl palmitate and limonene and/or capsaicin.
