Abstract

A paper toilet basket device for enhancing cleanliness of a toilet includes a toilet that is positioned in a recreational vehicle to be employed for defecation and urination by occupants of the recreational vehicle. A basket is positionable in the toilet prior to the toilet is employed for defecation to inhibit fecal matter from sticking to the toilet when the toilet is flushed. The basket is comprised of a biodegradable material to be safe to flush into a sewage storage tank of the recreational vehicle. Additionally, the basket is infused with a chemical scent to mask the odor of feces when the basket is positioned in the toilet.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
I claim:

1 . A paper toilet basket device to assist fecal matter with being flushed in a toilet, said device comprising:
a toilet being positioned in a recreational vehicle wherein said toilet is configured to be employed for defecation and urination by occupants of the recreational vehicle; and a basket being positionable in said toilet prior to said toilet being employed for defecation wherein said basket is configured to inhibit fecal matter from sticking to said toilet when said toilet is flushed, said basket being comprised of a biodegradable material wherein said basket is configured to be safe to flush into a sewage storage tank of the recreational vehicle, said basket being infused with a chemical scent wherein said chemical scent is configured to mask the odor of feces when said basket is positioned in said toilet.

2 . The device according to claim 1 , wherein:
said basket has a bottom wall and an outer wall angling upwardly and outwardly from said bottom wall, said outer wall having a distal edge with respect to said bottom wall which defines an opening into said basket; and said outer wall has a series of pleats extending between said bottom wall and said distal edge, said series of pleats being evenly spaced apart from each other and being distributed around said outer wall.

3 . The device according to claim 2 , wherein said distal edge is scalloped between each of said series of pleats.

4 . The device according to claim 2 , wherein:
said toilet has a bowl and a throat; said outer wall is sloped with respect to said bottom wall such that an opening defined by said distal edge of said outer wall has a diameter being greater than a diameter of said bottom wall wherein said outer wall is configured to lie against an interior surface of said bowl of said toilet having said bottom wall covering said throat when said basket is positioned in said toilet.

5 . A paper toilet basket device to assist fecal matter with being flushed in a toilet, said device comprising:
a toilet being positioned in a recreational vehicle wherein said toilet is configured to be employed for defecation and urination by occupants of the recreational vehicle, said toilet having a bowl and a throat; and a basket being positionable in said toilet prior to said toilet being employed for defecation wherein said basket is configured to inhibit fecal matter from sticking to said toilet when said toilet is flushed, said basket being comprised of a biodegradable material wherein said basket is configured to be safe to flush into a sewage storage tank of the recreational vehicle, said basket being infused with a chemical scent wherein said chemical scent is configured to mask the odor of feces when said basket is positioned in said toilet, said basket having a bottom wall and an outer wall angling upwardly and outwardly from said bottom wall, said outer wall having a distal edge with respect to said bottom wall which defines an opening into said basket, said outer wall having a series of pleats extending between said bottom wall and said distal edge, said series of pleats being evenly spaced apart from each other and being distributed around said outer wall, said distal edge being scalloped between each of said series of pleats, said outer wall being sloped with respect to said bottom wall such that said opening defined by said distal edge of said outer wall has a diameter being greater than a diameter of said bottom wall wherein said outer wall is configured to lie against an interior surface of said bowl of said toilet having said bottom wall covering said throat when said basket is positioned in said toilet.

6 . A method of inhibiting feces from sticking to a bowl of a toilet, the steps of the method comprising:
positioning a basket in a bowl of a toilet, said basket being comprised of a biodegradable material thereby facilitating said basket to be safely flushed into a sewage storage tank, said basket being infused with a chemical scent wherein said chemical scent is configured to mask odors associated with feces; employing said toilet for defecation such that said basket captures feces; and flushing said toilet having said basket inhibiting the feces from sticking to said toilet when said toilet is flushed.
