Claims

Abstract

A solid electrolytic capacitor includes a solid electrolytic capacitor element and an exterior body that seals the solid electrolytic capacitor element. The solid electrolytic capacitor element includes an anode body including a first end part and a second end part that is disposed opposite to the first end part, a dielectric layer covering at least a part of the anode body, and a cathode part covering at least a part of the dielectric layer. The at least a part of the dielectric layer is disposed on a portion of the anode body that is closer to the second end part than to the first end part. The cathode part includes a solid electrolyte layer covering the at least a part of the dielectric layer. A breaking strength of the solid electrolyte layer is 0.55 MPa or more and 45.00 MPa or less.

1 . A solid electrolytic capacitor element comprising:
 an anode body including a first end part and a second end part, the second end part being disposed opposite to the first end part;   a dielectric layer covering at least a part of the anode body; and   a cathode part covering at least a part of the dielectric layer, the at least a part of the dielectric layer being disposed on a portion of the anode body that is closer to the second end part than to the first end part, wherein:   the cathode part includes a solid electrolyte layer covering the at least a part of the dielectric layer, and   a breaking strength of the solid electrolyte layer is 0.55 MPa or more and 45.00 MPa or less.   
     
     
         2 . The solid electrolytic capacitor element according to  claim 1 , wherein a thickness of the solid electrolyte layer has a minimum value of 1 μm or more. 
     
     
         3 . The solid electrolytic capacitor element according to  claim 1 , wherein a ratio t n /t c  of t n  to t c  is 0.5 or more and 1.8 or less, where t n  represents an average value of thicknesses of the solid electrolyte layer in the second end part, and t c  represents an average value of thicknesses of the solid electrolyte layer in a center part of the solid electrolyte layer that is located at a center in a direction parallel to a direction from the first end part toward the second end part. 
     
     
         4 . The solid electrolytic capacitor element according to  claim 1 , wherein the solid electrolyte layer contains a conjugated polymer, a dopant, and a water-soluble polymer. 
     
     
         5 . A solid electrolytic capacitor comprising:
 the solid electrolytic capacitor element according to  claim 1 ; and   an exterior body that seals the solid electrolytic capacitor element.   
     
     
         6 . The solid electrolytic capacitor according to  claim 5 , wherein the exterior body contains a resin. 
     
     
         7 . The solid electrolytic capacitor according to  claim 5 , comprising a stacked body of two or more solid electrolytic capacitor elements including the solid electrolytic capacitor element.
