Abstract
A drain structure includes a drain bent pipe configured to drain a urinal trough. The drain bent pipe includes a bent pipe main body; a first bent pipe end connected to a first end of the bent pipe main body; a second bent pipe end connected to a second end of the bent pipe main body; and an internal thread disposed in the first bent pipe end. The drain structure also includes a connecting sleeve configured to connect the urinal trough to the drain bent pipe. The connecting sleeve includes a sleeve main body including an external thread configured to be screwed into the first bent pipe end.

21 . A drain structure, comprising:
a drain bent pipe configured to drain a urinal trough, the drain bent pipe comprising:
a bent pipe main body;
a first bent pipe end connected to a first end of the bent pipe main body;
a second bent pipe end connected to a second end of the bent pipe main body; and
an internal thread disposed in the first bent pipe end; and
a connecting sleeve configured to connect the urinal trough to the drain bent pipe, the connecting sleeve comprising:
a sleeve main body including an external thread configured to be screwed into the first bent pipe end.
22 . The drain structure according to claim 21 , further comprising:
two sleeve wall protrusions disposed on an inner surface of the sleeve main body and facing towards each other.
23 . The drain structure according to claim 22 , wherein the two sleeve wall protrusions are integrally formed on the inner surface of the sleeve main body.
24 . The drain structure according to claim 21 , further comprising:
a sleeve top ring configured to be connected to an upper end of the sleeve main body; and a first sealing ring configured to be disposed on a bottom surface of the sleeve top ring.
25 . The drain structure according to claim 24 , further comprising:
a first mounting groove disposed on the bottom surface of the sleeve top ring and configured to receive the first sealing ring.
26 . The drain structure according to claim 25 , wherein the bottom surface of the sleeve top ring is a conical surface, and
wherein a radius of the conical surface is decreased in a top-to-bottom direction of the sleeve top ring.
27 . The drain structure according to claim 21 , further comprising:
a filter cover configured to be detachably connected to a top portion of the connecting sleeve, the filter cover comprising a plurality of filter cover through holes spaced from each other.
28 . The drain structure according to claim 27 , further comprising:
a plurality of elastic jaws connected to a bottom portion of the filter cover, the plurality of elastic jaws spaced from each other and configured to are clamped with the sleeve main body.
29 . The drain structure according to claim 21 , further comprising:
a flexible gasket configured to be connected to a top surface of the first bent pipe end.
30 . The drain structure according to claim 29 , further comprising:
an annular position limiting groove disposed on the top surface of the first bent pipe end; and a gasket convex ring disposed on a bottom surface of the flexible gasket, the gasket convex ring extending downwardly, wherein the gasket convex ring is configured to be disposed in the annular position limiting groove.
31 . The drain structure according to claim 29 , wherein a top surface of the flexible gasket includes a corrugated surface.
32 . The drain structure according to claim 21 , further comprising:
an adapter pipe configured to be connected to the second bent pipe end through a clamp.
33 . The drain structure according to claim 32 , wherein the second bent pipe end is configured to be inserted into the adapter pipe, and
wherein a second sealing ring is configured to be disposed between an outer surface of the second bent pipe end and an inner surface of the adapter pipe.
34 . The drain structure according to claim 33 , further comprising:
a second mounting groove disposed on the outer surface of the second bent pipe end and configured to be receive the second sealing ring.
35 . A urinal, comprising:
a urinal main body comprising:
a urinal trough disposed on a front side of the urinal main body;
a mounting cavity disposed on a rear side of the urinal main body; and
a sleeve mounting hole disposed on a bottom portion of the urinal trough,
a drain structure comprising:
a drain bent pipe configured to drain the urinal trough, at least a portion of the drain bent pipe disposed in the mounting cavity, wherein the drain bent pipe comprises a first bent pipe end configured to be connected to a bottom portion of the sleeve mounting hole; and
a connecting sleeve configured to be disposed in the sleeve mounting hole, wherein the connecting sleeve comprises a sleeve main body configured to pass through the sleeve mounting hole and configured to be screwed into the first bent pipe end.
36 . The urinal according to claim 35 , wherein the drain structure further comprises:
a sleeve top ring configured to be connected to an upper end of the sleeve main body; and a first sealing ring configured to be disposed on a bottom surface of the sleeve top ring, and wherein the first sealing ring disposed between the sleeve top ring and a hole wall of the sleeve mounting hole.
37 . The urinal according to claim 36 , wherein the sleeve top ring is disposed in the sleeve mounting hole.
38 . The urinal according to claim 37 , wherein a top surface of the sleeve top ring transitions to a top surface of the sleeve mounting hole.
39 . The urinal according to claim 37 , wherein the bottom surface of the sleeve top ring is a conical surface,
wherein an upper end opening of the sleeve mounting hole is a conical opening corresponding to the conical surface, wherein the sleeve top ring is configured to be disposed in the conical opening, and wherein the first sealing ring is configured to be disposed between the conical surface of the sleeve top ring and a surface of the conical opening.
40 . The urinal according to claim 36 , wherein a bottom surface of the urinal trough comprises a mounting plane surface, and
wherein a lower end opening of the sleeve mounting hole is disposed on the mounting plane surface, wherein a top surface of the first bent pipe end is connected to a flexible gasket of the drain structure, and wherein the flexible gasket is configured to be connected to the mounting plane surface.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
