Election board game and method of use
Abstract
While there are numerous board games available in United States and worldwide, the current invention is intended to provide a fun and educational board game centered on the electoral voting process of the United States, but also with other educational and historical content contained therein, including a geographic, colorized map of the United States, a depicture image of the events of Jan. 6, 2020 at Capitol Hill, a showing of all 50 states providing the path of play of the game with each states geometric shape, images representing both the Democratic and Republican parties, the seal of the president of the United States, and figurines and/or game pieces representing elements or activities germane to the United states such as the White House, a voting ballot box, a courtroom chair, a gold bar, a top hat such as worn by Abraham Lincoln, a microphone such as used by any president since the invention of the microphone, and the key such as the key to any US city or the key to freedom.

1 . A board game comprising:
a playing board further comprising
a game path extending about the board, said game path being a continuous path of distinct spaces of indicia of states of the United States;
whereby each state possesses a corresponding electoral vote value,
at least one political party represented by at least one player of the board game, at least one game rule; at least one figurine indicia representing the at least one player of said game; at least one activity card; an electoral votes bank containing electoral votes for distribution to the players of the game; at least one random number generator; at least one activity state on said game path causing the at least one activity card to be drawn by any player of said game should the player, via the any player's figurine indicia, land thereon said activity state during the course of said game, whereby the player drawing said activity card shall comply with any activity instructed by said activity card instruction; a detention site where any player via the any player's figurine indicia may be detained by at least one a game rule and at least one activity card.
2 . The board game of claim 1 whereby any player landing thereupon any state on said game path, shall receive the corresponding electoral votes for that state from said electoral votes bank.
3 . The board game of claim 2 whereby said game comprises all 50 Unites States, and any player that visits all 50 states and that has accumulated at least 270 votes wins the game and said random number generator is at least one die.
4 . The board game of claim 3 whereby said game comprises at least one battle ground state whereby any player landing upon said battle ground state may optionally choose to chance doubling the electoral votes said player received for landing upon battleground state by rolling doubles on the at least one die;
5 . The board game of claim 4 whereby a player choosing to chance doubling the electoral votes said player choosing said chance received for landing upon said battle ground state and fails to roll doubles on the at least one die shall lose half of the electoral votes the player choosing said chance received when landing upon said battle ground state.
6 . The board game of claim 5 whereby an activity card drawn by a player may include at least one of an assassination attempt and an assassination attempt not successful card, whereby any player drawing an assassination attempt card is rendered out of the game unless the player already possesses an assassination attempt card not successful card.
7 . The game of claim 6 whereby any player of said game must audibly state the players political party and why the player wants to be president of the United States at the start of the game.
8 . The game according to claim 7 whereby said game board is a map of the United States.
9 . The game according to claim 8 whereby the indicia of said detention center is the United States Capitol Hill.
10 . The game according to claim 9 whereby a plurality of activity cards are located by at least one of a Democratic and Republican indicia base on said game board.
11 . A board game comprising:
an electoral votes bank containing electoral votes for distribution to the players of said game; a playing board further comprising: a game path extending about the board, said game path being a continuous path of distinct spaces of indicia of all 50 states of the United States; whereby each state possesses a corresponding electoral vote value, and a player landing thereupon any state on said game path, shall receive the corresponding electoral votes for that state from said electoral votes bank; at least one of a Democratic and Republican political party represented by at least one player of the game, at least one game rule, whereby at least one game rule includes any player visiting all 50 states and accumulating at least 270 electoral votes wins the game; at least one figurine indicia representing any player of said game; at least one activity card; a pair of dice; at least one activity state on said game path causing the at least one activity card to be drawn by any player of said game should the player, via the any player's figurine indicia, land thereon said activity state during the course of said game, whereby the player drawing said activity card shall comply with any activity instructed by said activity card instruction; a detention center where any player, via the any player's figurine indicia may be detained, by at least one a game rule and at least one activity card; whereby any player of the game shall be released from said detention center by one of a get out of detention center free card and by the player rolling doubles on any of their next turns and the player being detained for at least three turns.
12 . The game of claim 11 whereby said game possesses at least one battleground state whereby any player landing upon said battleground state may optionally choose to chance doubling the electoral votes said player received for landing upon battleground state by rolling doubles on a pair of dice;
13 . The board game of claim 12 whereby a player choosing to chance doubling the electoral votes said player received for landing upon said battleground state and fails to roll doubles on a pair of dice shall lose half of the electoral votes the player received when landing upon said battleground state.
14 . The board game of claim 13 whereby an activity card drawn by a player may include at least one of an assassination attempt and an assassination attempt not successful card, whereby any player drawing an assassination attempt card is rendered out of the game unless the player already possesses an assassination attempt card not successful card.
15 . The game of claim 14 whereby any player of said game must audibly state the players political party and why the player wants to be president of the United States at the start of the game.

18 . The game of claim 17 whereby a time is used to limit the amount of time any player has to answer a question asked by at least one activity card.
19 . A method of playing a game:
