Multifunctional inner plug and cosmetic container including same

Abstract

A multifunctional inner plug and a cosmetic container including the multifunctional inner plug are provided. The multifunctional inner plug includes a plug body and a cosmetic scraping portion. A first end of the cosmetic scraping portion is fixedly connected to the plug body, and a second end of the cosmetic scraping portion is a free end. The second end of the cosmetic scraping portion forms a cosmetic scraping port. A first coupling member is provided on an outer sidewall of the plug body. An inner sidewall of the plug body extends inward along a radial direction to form a protrusion. The outer sidewall of the plug body extends outward along the radial direction to form a sealing rib. The inner plug is further detachably connected to an outer cap through the first coupling member, and the outer cap and the inner plug are cooperated easily.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A multifunctional inner plug, comprising a plug body and a cosmetic scraping portion, wherein a first end of the cosmetic scraping portion is fixedly connected to the plug body, and a second end of the cosmetic scraping portion is a free end; the second end of the cosmetic scraping portion forms a cosmetic scraping port; a first coupling member is provided on an outer sidewall of the plug body; the first coupling member is detachably connected to an outer cap; an inner sidewall of the plug body extends inward along a radial direction to form a protrusion; and the outer sidewall of the plug body extends outward along the radial direction to form a sealing rib. 
     
     
         2 . The multifunctional inner plug according to  claim 1 , wherein the first coupling member comprises an outer screw thread, a convex rib or a clamping groove. 
     
     
         3 . The multifunctional inner plug according to  claim 1 , wherein a rotation stopper is provided on the outer sidewall of the plug body, and the rotation stopper is located between the first coupling member and the sealing rib. 
     
     
         4 . The multifunctional inner plug according to  claim 3 , wherein the rotation stopper comprises a first rotation stopping rib, and the first rotation stopping rib is provided along an axial direction of the outer sidewall of the plug body; or, the rotation stopper comprises a protruding point, and the protruding point is protruded out of the outer sidewall of the plug body; or, the rotation stopper comprises a groove, and the groove is recessed in the outer sidewall of the plug body. 
     
     
         5 . The multifunctional inner plug according to  claim 1 , wherein a step protruded outward along the radial direction is provided on an outer sidewall of the inner plug. 
     
     
         6 . The multifunctional inner plug according to  claim 1 , wherein the cosmetic scraping portion is a cone structure, a diameter of the first end of the cosmetic scraping portion is greater than a diameter of the second end of the cosmetic scraping portion, and sawteeth are arranged at the second end of the cosmetic scraping portion. 
     
     
         7 . A cosmetic container, comprising the multifunctional inner plug according to  claim 1 , an outer cap, a brush rod, a brush head, and a bottle, wherein a first end of the brush rod is fixedly provided in the outer cap; the brush head is fixedly provided at a second end of the brush rod; the inner plug is fixedly provided at a neck of the bottle; the inner plug and the bottle are airtightly coupled; the brush rod and the inner plug are airtightly coupled; a second coupling member is provided on the outer cap; and the outer cap and the inner plug are connected together through the first coupling member and the second coupling member.

The cosmetic container according to  claim 7 , wherein the first coupling member is an outer screw thread, and the second coupling member is an inner screw thread matching with the outer screw thread; or, the first coupling member is a first convex rib, and the second coupling member is a second convex rib matching with the first convex rib; or, the first coupling member is a third convex rib, and the second coupling member is a first clamping groove matching with the third convex rib; or, the first coupling member is a second clamping groove, and the second coupling member is a fourth convex rib matching with the second clamping groove.

The cosmetic container according to  claim 7 , wherein a sealing member is provided on an outer sidewall of the brush rod; the protrusion is in interference fit with the sealing member; a sizing rib is provided on the brush rod along an axial direction; the sizing rib is fixedly connected to the outer cap through an adhesive; and the inner plug is in interference fit with a sealing surface of the bottle through the sealing rib, such that the inner plug and the bottle are airtightly coupled. 
     
     
         10 . The cosmetic container according to  claim 8 , wherein the outer sidewall of the plug body and an inner sidewall of the bottle are circumferentially and fixedly assembled together through a rotation stopper. 
     
     
         11 . The cosmetic container according to  claim 8 , wherein a step protruded outward along the radial direction is provided on an outer sidewall of the inner plug; a mounting portion is provided in the bottle; and the step is clamped in the mounting portion, such that the inner plug is fixedly provided in the bottle.
