High-stability shelf for easy connection
Abstract
The present invention relates to the technical field of shelves, in particular to a high-stability shelf for easy connection, comprising at least one group of laminate board and four groups of upright posts distributed on two edge sides of the laminate board in a matrix manner, wherein each edge side of the laminate board is bent to form a bend, and recesses spaced apart from each other are provided on two edge sides of the laminate board. In the present invention, the upright posts are mounted in two adjacent groups of recesses by providing the recesses on two sides of the laminate board such that seamless connection of adjacent laminate boards can be achieved. Meanwhile, the upright posts are connected to inner sides of the laminate board, and the laminate boards can be connected all around. The shelf of the present invention has lower manufacturing costs and is more attractive.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A high-stability shelf for easy connection, comprising:
at least one group of laminate board ( 1 ); and four groups of upright posts ( 3 ) distributed on two edge sides of the laminate board ( 1 ) in a matrix manner, wherein each edge side of the laminate board ( 1 ) is bent to form a bend ( 4 ), recesses ( 5 ) spaced apart from each other are provided on the two edge sides of the laminate board ( 1 ), the recesses ( 5 ) between two adjacent groups of laminate boards ( 1 ) can form accommodating openings having the same shape as the upright posts ( 3 ), and fasteners ( 2 ) for fixing the upright posts ( 3 ) are provided on inner sides of the recesses ( 5 ).
2 . The high-stability shelf for easy connection according to claim 1 , wherein the fasteners ( 2 ) are bolts, positioning holes ( 6 ) are provided on end faces of the bends ( 4 ), and threaded holes ( 7 ) fixed to the bolts are symmetrically provided on end faces of the upright posts ( 3 ).
3 . The high-stability shelf for easy connection according to claim 1 , wherein cross-sections of the upright posts ( 3 ) are axisymmetric figures, and cross-sections of the recesses ( 5 ) are half of the axisymmetric figures.
4 . The high-stability shelf for easy connection according to claim 3 , wherein the cross-sections of the recesses ( 5 ) are of a semicircular, semi-square or V-shaped structure.
5 . The high-stability shelf for easy connection according to claim 1 , wherein the laminate board ( 1 ) is a slab formed by welding iron plates, wooden plates or iron wires.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
